I teach dance because it is my passion; I can tell that the owner and her faculty train for the exact same reason - its their passion to teach so that lives are saved. I was confident when I walked out of my class and highly recommend these lovely, professional instructors. Excellent!

Mrs. Watkins is probably one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. She goes out of her way to point out a few important things not mentioned in the videos. She’s got the experience and you can tell. Her and her son create a very peppy and nice environment. Couldn’t have been better.

The team was great. Hands on training with knowledgeable individuals. This was so much better than going to a class where the instructor relies solely on the AHAs videos. Gwen and Tiitus were engaging and polite. They were able to add information to the videos and keep my eyes from glazing over.Heart CPR Step by Step has plenty of classes to choose from on their website, options to pay in person or online, reminder emails and a reminder text. This company goes above and beyond for the people they are training. The nicest people in the world, all my questions were answered professionally and politely.

I would like to share how I came upon this gem. I previously signed up for the BLS CPR class with Prairie State College. They cancelled the class the day before because I was the only person signed up for the class. I called all over to find a class that was offering CPR certification this week and found the Heart CPR Step by Step CPR training. The classes are offered just about everyday. I was once again the only person signed up fo the 4:00 session although another class was taking place from a previous session. They still offered the class in which I felt more confident in my CPR skills than any other class I have been too. Awesome facility and very accommodating. I want everyone to know about this facility. I will be back when it’s time to renew.

Today, August 11, 2018, I had the delightful experience of a BLS class with JR Gaskins in Fridley, MN. Ive taken this class for over 40 years thru any hospital Ive worked for. But Ive never enjoyed this class as much as today. Thanks JR ! Youre a GREAT instructor . You can bet Ill look for your class the next time Im due for CPR !
