DO NOT USE THIS NAIL SALON FOR ACRYLIC NAIL SERVICE. AND OR JUST DONT USE SANGETTA.never in my life has nails just popped off. After 5 days I had 3 nails lift. And now its been a 2 weeks and I have 2 nails left on my hands.Ontop she told me her customers go 4/5 weeks with out a fill in. ( definitely a lie )I asked for my money back and she said because I was late she cant give me my money back.I paid 95$ and tipped her 10$.So 105$ for nails to fall off.She was an awesome girl, but nails is not what she should be doing for a living. And or get better quality stuff ( nail glue, tips, acrylic )

Just north on Merrick Ave on east side. Excellent work, they do so many designs and work. Regular customer now for me. I travel 4 towns to get there, but worth the trip!

I got my nails done here multiple times before with no problem, I decided to get a gel manicure for the first time and omg. It was 45 + tip and the nail polish was chipping off on the second day, my nails are weak and one broke off a little. Don’t recommended to get a gel manicure here.

I have been a loyal customer of Pink Nails for over two years. The staff is extremely professional, attentive to detail and truly a creative bunch. I come here every three weeks for my sculpted acrylic set and occasional pedicures. The salon is always kept clean as safety precautions are always taken, including during modern times. These ladies are talented artists and they do not disappoint.

Viedmarie did a great job on my rough looking nails and I left the salon feeling human again. Due to a lot of stress lately, my nails were in very bad shape. She did exactly as I requested and asked me what kind of shape I wanted and how long etc. then she took her time with it and didn’t rush me through like an assembly line. So glad I finally found a salon where they don’t just speak to each other in their language and leave the customer feeling like they’re talking about you. Word of advice, please make an appointment otherwise you may not get in. This is a very busy salon for good reason, they do great work but they don’t take “walk ins”.LMoniquette

I absolutely LOVE this place they are amazing and do fabulous work I got tips back in March and every 3 weeks my mom and I are there for a fill in. The place is clean, the girls that I get are always professional and do amazing work especially the owner some of the nails she can do is like art work. The only downside is you have to make appointments but its understandable because they do get a lot of business

Booked my appointment 2 weeks ago, since my birthday is coming up. I completely understood the strict policy on cancellations under 24 hours because it’s their time and money. But when I book my appointment WEEKS in advance, I should at least be told 24 hours in advance as well, NOT 3 hours before my appointment that it’s being cancelled. Because now that’s my time being wasted, especially when I rearranged my busy schedule between school and work so I could make this happen.

Really depressing experience. I am not sure why I was treated so poorly here. So I walked in during a time when they were clearly not busy, and I wasnt even acknowledged whatsoever.I finally got someones attention after about 5 minutes of standing there awkwardly (its a small place), and I was met with a so? what do you want? sort of attitude. When I tried to make an appointment I was met with a cold nah after nah, cant do it without any effort to actually find a time I could come in.I understand they have a steady and plentiful base of clientele - but that doesnt mean treating anyone new who walks in like garbage.Obviously I walked out, and as I closed the door I could hear them start to laugh at me?

I absolutely love getting my nails done here. The staff is highly professional.Some may complain about calling for a same day appointment and not getting one. They may also say that that is so unprofessional, however thats completely the opposite with Pink Nails. They are so professional and value their customers that they will not take walk ins (unless advertised) so that youre not waiting there hours, instead by doing only appointments it allows everyone to actually get things done in what most likely is their only day off, that for me is important; my time is valuable and they acknowledge that.So in essence, GREAT nail salon. They know their stuff.People, stop complaining that you cant get an appointment and appreciate the fact that they value your time enough that they dont have you sitting there waiting for hours like most nail salons.

I called at 11:15am (2/11/16) to make and appointment and i couldnt even do that?! Apparently they are open till 7PM but on a Thursday calling at 11:15 AM they are already all booked?! UNREAL.

Love this place. Especially my nail tech, Camila Garzon. She is so talented!!! So are the other ladies that work there. Theyre by appt only and they dont do pedicures. I know thats an immediate no no for some people but I dont mind that. Since shes so busy I have to book my appt MONTHS in advance. Again, I dont mind that. Id rather have an appt than have to wait 30 minutes for someone to become available.Theyre literally a half a block away from the Merrick stop on the LIRR.Theres 2 hour street parking and also a parking lot but there is a lot of reserved spots in the lot so parking is limited .If you want beautiful nails and great service you should go there.You can book your appts by calling or on the app Vagaro.
