Very friendly staff. This was my first ever pedicure and I was really nervous about people touching my icky feet. I wasnt made to feel anything but good about my feet and although I wasnt going to have my toenails painted (Im not that girly), I did anyway. The staff member managed to rid me of a terrible ingrown nail, and although painful, was very well done. Ill definitely be going back.

Glad to have found this nail salon- they are busy, have a lot of regular customers and their work is top notch. Had a gel manicure and tried the matte top coat -something different to try and I like it. My nail technician was friendly and did a really good job on my admittedly rough nails- I will be back!

Friendly staff. Not to keen on the cash only though. If you use the ATM there is a fee of $2.50 then my bank charges another fee. I am not a person to carry cash. I wish I would of known before I went in. Know I know!

First time at this salon - went in with family visiting from out of town for 2 manicures. Read good reviews and the staff all seemed nice and friendly. The only concern here is there is no divider between the technician and the customer; they do have plastic sheeting between each seated customer but nothing between the customer and the tech providing the service. And the place was super busy (a good thing for revenue) however a lot of people in tight quarters, maybe not so good. Not sure of states requirements however, with all the clients the techs come in contact with daily, some type of clear barrier between customer and tech would have seemed a lot safer.

I see Marcie and she always does a great job with my nails and is very inexpensive and fast. Perfect for a busy person. You do need to pay in cash so make sure to bring some or there is an ATM in the back.

I absolutely love, Sassy Nails and Spa! They are by far the best place to have your nails done. My nail stylist is, Orianne, her work is outstanding. When you walk through the door, they always know you by name. Tracy, the Owner, is very out going and she treats everyone like family! If on occasion she doesn’t greet you, it is only because she is extremely busy, however, she tries to always make a concerted effort. Their price points are very good and the work is always quality! This is the go to place, if your looking for an overall great experience!~Deanne

Great place... much friendlier than most nail salons. They really went above and beyond to squeeze me in for a pedicure in addition to a new nail set. They were wonderful! I like that I can understand them well... no language barrier.

My girlfriend went to this place HOURS ago and one of her nails broke already. the acrylic looked too thin and her nail just flew off. we are so sad to give this place a bad review bc the staff was very nice. quality was just not good at all and sad to say we will not be returning.

The staff is always friendly and does high-quality work. I recently visited again after being away for a long time, and they even remembered me! You will want to make an appointment. They accept walk-ins but are usually pretty busy, so its best to call ahead.

I got my toes done a week and a half ago, and all the gel polish already came off. They also filed my toenails down so short without asking. Not trying to bash them or anything, but kind of bummed about my experience there.

Tracy is so awesome. Shes so nice and down to earth. She asked if I was okay with the length and shape at several different steps in the process, helped me choose my colors, and she was willing to try the unknown when I brought in some flamingo stickers. She was honest about the fact that she had never tried ones like these, but was willing to give it a go. We laughed and had great luck. They worked well and I love my nails! Im cruise ready now!

The women who did pedicures for me, my sister, and my elderly mother were all very nice. We liked it so much we set another appointment for my mom to go again.

I went in today to get some acrylic nails off that I had gotten done at another nail salon in Nampa a few weeks ago, that were completely butchered. The nail tech, Renee(sp?), at Sassy nails did and amazing job taking off the acrylics and fixing up my natural nails. She had so much patience and just overall made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be returning :).

Staff is kind and sweet. Pedicure was lacking. I had polish under my toes, nails were not trimmed and some nails were partially painted. Guy was so sweet but not worth the money.

Friendly! Reasonably priced and theyve done a great job each time. My tiny complaint is they dont take debit cards. ...but theyve took checks from me so that worked out.They make up for this inconvenience with their customer service!! I always call ahead and get an appointment. Ive seen them get really busy so this helped! They are so kind and accommodating and maybe its just me, but I kinda hate it when nail techs talk to each other in their different language and dont hardly talk to me - they rarely do that and usually when theyre talking to each other its in English. 💜 Highly recommend!

I really liked my tech, Yulia. She was very friendly and didnt charge more to take off powdered polish. I wasnt aware it was cash only, unfortunately, so (surprise!) I ended up using the in-store ATM for a fee.

Tracy is very welcoming. I have had nails done by almost everyone there. Probably the quickest at what they do. I am in and out on my lunch hour. You dont want to be late because they will fill your spot with a walk-in as they should. Their time is their money so people should respect that. BY FAR the best prices in Boise/Meridian. Sassy Nails has is right!

If I could give no stars I would. Extremely rude. I called on a Wednesday at noon and asked if they had time in the next 10 minutes for a full set (because I was across the street). I knew there was a good chance theyd say no, but I asked anyway. She said no. Okay cool. I then asked, Are you guys completely booked for the day? To which she snapped back with Well thats not what you asked, you asked in the next 10 minutes... WOW. I replied, Yes that is what I asked, and now Im asking if you have other openings today. There was silence long enough to make me question whether or not the call was still live...then she finally said, We have a 3:30 I sadly said, Oh no, thats too late for me AND was going to continue with can I make an appointment for another day? Before I could to that I was immediately cut off with BYE and hung up on. I have never been to this place and have my own nail tech who is AMAZING, but I was in a bind and thought Id try them out because of their rating. NOPE. I wont add the expletives that Im using in my head right now either.

I went in today! I called about 4 hours before my appointment and the girl was very sweet and got me in....I got there 5min before my appointment... I was suppose to have some guy do them but he was mad because he wanted to get off early, I kinda felt like I was a burden... why five stars you ask....Because this woman walked in and went right to work on my nails! I needed a fill and replacement of 4 nails... my nails where really bad she just started fresh...-She made them as short as I wanted-I like my nails done fast I’m not about relaxing (they were fast)-they don’t feel heavy or over done-I was stuck between two colors she helped me pick the best one for me-made great small talk-fixed bad nails done by another shop-great line work-price was perfect when I can leave with a set of great nails and a tip for $50 or under its a great day!!!!-I work in a Business that has to sterilize tools so I know what to look for and you can tell if you know what tools need to be clean and how... that they are clean and Sterile...I will be going back for toes and my nails from now on

I was displeased with the fact that they only take cash...It’s quite inconvenient… In 2020 who carries cash anymore. Furthermore, when I asked for a second coat of basecoat...as I have asked for from every salon since I began doing gel polish...I was told it would be an up charge...which I have never once paid for. My polish that needed removing (that I did myself was insulted)...and the manicure portion of my service was lacking...They do not soak your nails but rather cut your cuticles dry...which would not be my preference...they use no cuticle softener or anything like that. The service felt rushed...but I will say the new polish was applied very nicely...However, after only a few day it began to chip, I went back and they were kind about fixing it but only a few days later more chipped polish, I don’t have the time to come back every three days to have the polish repaired. The polish they use (DND) is cheap and it shows.

Best to call ahead. They can usually get you in the same day. It takes about an hour to gel manicure and pedicure. Everyone there is good. You can bring a picture on your phone if you want a specific nail design. Reasonable prices. Gel nails last about 2 weeks. Gel toes last 4 weeks. You can bring in a drink. Happy festive atmosphere. Always busy.

I don’t know where to start, the service was bad, I’ve had a gift card to there for almost a year now, every time I go In I’m told I can’t be seen because they don’t have time, but there’s always workers sitting around on their phone..I finally scheduled to get a pedicure so I can use this gift card before it expired on the first, I sit down and within 15 minutes I was done, they didn’t scrub, they cut the nails uneven, and the polish job was messy, and when I told her about the nails being crooked she told me “nobody has perfect toes/toenails” and kept working, she put white polish under the actual color I got for what reason idk, and you can still see some areas of white. I’m not one to post bad reviews so for me to do this, it was a bad experience.

Sassys is always pleasant no matter who you have do your nails they try to give you what you want. Everyone designs a little different.Variety is nice The prices are reasonable. They dont charge you for every little thing you want done.

The person who did my pedi admitted to not being licensed and I noticed that all the nail buffers they used were used on other people. Although the person who did my pedi was super kind, kindness does not make up for cleanliness...

After my daughter and I wasted about 6 months going there, I would say I gave them chance after chance to improve but never again will I go. Every time you go in they insist on putting a new set of nails on you even though your current set is only 3 weeks old that THEY put on! 6 months of this! When I question them they said its the same price for a fill as it is a new set. I CALL BS!! There pedicure is a joke too. 10 or 15 min and bam, your done. No leg massage or lotion or anything. Waste of money.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. This is the first time I have walked out on a service. New to the area I was looking for my new go to place. This definitely is not it. When I walked in I was treated as though I was imposing by asking for a fill. When I sat down I was told my existing acrylic was no good it was too old. In fact it had been completely replaced two weeks prior. My nails were definitely in poor shape because I had literally just finished relocating my entire family from Oregon. So I said go ahead and replace them. The technician then began to pull the acrylic off my nails rather than heat and acetone to dissolve them . I told him I did not want my nail bed ruined and would rather they were soaked off with acetone. He argued with me and told me this would take an hour and they wouldnt do it. I explained that it takes 5 to 10 minutes if wrapped in foil and placed under a light. He continued to argue with me and was very aggressive in handling my hands. While I was explaining to wrap in foil and place under the light, the lady next to him interrupted to say we dont do foil here. I wasnt asking for foil treatment I was asking for my nails to be handled in a professional manner and in a way that would not ruin the health of my natural nails. He continued to be rude but finally agreed to soak my nails to remove the acrylic. Even without foil and light this process took less than 15 minutes. I had had enough and will not be returning nor will I give a good recommendation. I went across the street to another salon and was greeted with a smile and had my nails done beautifully.

I understand why it’s called sassy nails. I went in with a friend to get a gel manicure. Literally was in and out in less that 15 minutes. I felt like I was burdening someone. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time I couldn’t even relax my hand. The technician got mad at me because I looked at my phone and got lint on my fingernail so she had to get it off. They never even put lotion on my hands. They did put cuticle oil on but didn’t even rub it in. I couldn’t even look at the gel colors with both hands because she insisted on filing my nails while I looked. If you’re looking for a quick manicure with no customer service this is the place to go.

I go here to get my nails done every time for an acrylic set. The whole group of ladies plus Tommy are great. Tracy runs a superb salon. I recommend this place to anyone in need of a pedi/mani all the way to waxing.

My only day off is Sunday and I heard good things about them so I headed over as soon as they opened. When I waked in and asked for a fill I was told that they were booked out and wouldnt be able to get me in until Monday for a fill even though there was only one other person in there and she was getting a pedi. Disappointed, probably shouldnt advertise that walk ins are welcome if you cant provide a walk in service

I have been coming here on and off for the last couple of years. They have always done a mediocre job, so they had been a good choice if I needed to get my nails done last minute. But after my last appointment, just a couple days ago, I will definitely not be coming back. The staff treated my friend and I with complete disrespect. And acted like we were a huge burden to be there. Even though we had an appointment. It was also the worst set of acrylics Ive ever had. After just 2 days, three of my nails already broke. Im very disappointed in the direction this salon has gone.

Overall the experience was okay. But it wasnt fantastic. They rushed through our pedicure, and they didnt even give us a leg massage. They didnt file our nails very well, they were super scratchy. And my grandmothers toes had paint all over them. Her clinician saw her looking at the nail polish all over the end of her toe, so she came over to remove it. It wasnt the best that weve had, but it did the job of painting our toes for spring.

Horrible service. Drove all the way from Caldwell, was two minutes late for my appointment and was told I now cannot do it. Wasnt offered a refund, reschedule, and didnt get an apology or any communication. Just wasted 45 minutes of time and gas to get there for nothing! Rude 👎
