He is incredibly professional and thorough, not to mention friendly and helpful. I am moving a policy from another broker I had for nearly 10 years because of Roy. I never felt like I was being sold - he always wanted the policy to fit my needs and was very patient while I was deciding what to do. They do put it out there that they love referrals, as any business should, but never pushy about it. Im really grateful to have found this agent. I have had difficulties with this agency since I started working with them two years ago. I absolutely love allstate but they make if extremely difficult to switch agents. I have had multiple issues with communication, policy lapses and so forth. This is all due to lack of responsiveness and attentiveness on their end. Its been a nightmare working with them.
