I entered the building a couple of times and the light skinned one didn’t open her mouth… so I asked her how was her day going she looked at me and rolled her eyes like she knew me and I had did something to her… She’s rude and not very helpful… I think her name is mekia, Poor customer service and very unprofessional. But everyone else seems to be ok…

The best I seen n a while. The workers are nice and friendly. They do not keep u on phone a long time, they talk to you with respect, I have nothing bad to say about them.The prices are affordable .

One of the worst places to buy auto insurance in Meridian they sell used mostly Safeco auto insurance they sell you the highest premium a lot of stuff that you dont need as far as protection of your automobile stay away from them go to Direct General or go to the auto insurance store located on 14th Street you get better service elsewhere

Meka is great and is always kind when I come into the office but Jean has no customer service skills and is very rude.
