These guys are Fantastic!BJs is very knowledgeable, and professional, along with all his guys.The heater went out in our office, they had the unit pulled and new one in the ceiling and up and running the next day!They really had to move some things around and hustled to get it up and running. His bid and actual price was spot on. BJ even offered to let us use his space heaters while they worked, to keep the whole office staff warm.Seriously great guys to work with. Jake came out the same day I called. He was friendly and courteous. He patiently answered all of my questions and gave me some excellent advice. I will definitely call them again when I need replacement or repair.

Did a shaddy install job and said he would be back to make it look good. Like a dummy i refered them to my neighbors, he stopped by after he did my neighbors AC unit and took measurements and once again said he would take care of it. That was two years ago. My unit has worked well but the install was a terrible experience.

BJ checked came to our new house yesterday and helped us understand our new-to-us system and prepare us for the winter. He was extremely friendly and kind to my 3 year old son and made his day! We will always call Evenflo for our heating and air conditioning needs. I took several business cards to pass out to friends. Thankful for this company!

The tech called me and said he was on his way. I told him he would need to wait that no one is home and weve had a series of robberies in the neighborhood and I do not feel safe for him to be there with our landlord. The tech did not do as I wish and instead left my furnace running while no one was home for about four hours. Who would have been responsible if my apartment had been destroyed due to neglecting my wishes? Your company or our landlord?

I recently had my furnace go out on a Friday night and called Saturday morning. Someone was here to assess the situation quicker than I expected. Unfortunately I had to wait until Monday for the part, but Jake kindly offered his own personal space heaters to keep me and my cats cozy! On Monday he got the new part put in by 10am.Im a naturally curious person and have never been talked down to our mansplained by any of Evenflos technicians, as I have likely stood around to watch and ask some dumb questions. (Im all about whatever preventative maintenance I can learn if theres a pro around) When our A/C went out 18 months ago and this time with the furnace motherboard, my concerns were addressed with courtesy & professionalism.Thanks again, Evenflo, for helping fix my furnace!!

My family has been using Evenflo for years. We have worked mostly with BJ but today Jake responded to our need. Same day service and fast and efficient. BJ has been maintaining our older system for years. When it came time for a new air conditioner we didnt need to call around for pricing. We just called BJ and knew he would take care of us. He also helped my mother and father in laws. They were told by another company they had to replace their furnace. BJ went there and fixed the problem and minimal cost.
