Absolutely the most unprofessional company to do plumbing work. A tech came out Saturday for a faucet that was pouring hot water, he couldnt fix it that day because he was in a personal truck. He gave a quote for $247 + cost of faucet. The plumbing supervisor came out Monday, couldnt repair it because he didnt bring the faucet then changed the price to $500 + cost of the faucet and he would be back on Tuesday. Tuesday no one showed up, and I received a call saying someone would be out on Wednesday. Before their arrival on Wednesday the newest tech said it would be $900 + the faucet.I do not ever recommend this company to anyone. It has been absolutely ridiculous at how ill prepared and unorganized they are.

We could not turn the water off to our master bath tub, and Joshua came out same-day to install a new valve and faucet. Prompt, respectful, and quality work. We are very grateful we can turn our water back on after only a day of it on the fritz! Definitely will be calling them from now on.

I called about three or four times due to my anxiety because I’m a single mother and help is limited and currently without transportation. I highly recommend this company 100%. The whole staff was very friendly and service was quick! They are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and it takes them no time to come out and see what the problem is. Christian, the technician that was sent to my home did a wonderful job repairing my heating system and for a very reasonable price at that. I will most definitely be using them again!

I would highly recommend Dean PHC LLC. Very professional and very responsive. We discovered what we thought was a water heater issue on a Friday night and called Dean’s on Saturday morning. Joshua Grimes was the technician that came on Saturday and discovered we had a sewer line that was backed up. After getting the City to check the city lines, it appeared the line was backed up from our house to the city line so we called Dean’s back to request they clear the line. Jacob Norris came on Sunday afternoon and was able to clear our line for us. Our issue occurred during the winter storm in MS in February where many people were without power and water for several days. Considering how busy they were due to this storm, their response time was great. Joshua and Jacob were very knowledgeable and very professional. Great job at a reasonable price!

Joshua and Jacob came out the next morning after we notified them late the night before that we had a slow leak from our water heater. They quickly determined that our 19 year old gas water heater was on its last leg and about to flood our basement. They were very professional in removing the old one and installing a new one. We will definitely recommend them to others.

We have called 4 days in a row requesting a plumber to come out and snake our pipes and the plumber has no showed every day. When we call the office, they keep saying we are on the schedule for each afternoon and they will call the tech to find out what time they will be here, and then nobody shows up and nobody gets back to us. Very frustrating when you have water backing up into your tubs and toilets.

We had a water leak in our bathroom. We called Dean Plumbing and Jacob and Jay were here in less than an hour. Very professional and friendly. Theres not enough space in the review area to go into detail. The various unsettling issues I encountered with Dean Heating & AC. From day 1 of install of a new Hvac system. My house never cooled down. Rather my house overheated to an ungodly, very hot dry heat over 99 degrees in the middle of summer. They wired the new Hvac system wrong and turned it into a scorching hot Dehumidifier.Causing my electric bill to soar to 660.00 in 3 weeks and the wattage to soar to 5300 in 3 weeks.. because the system never shut off. Due to them wiring it wrong and breaking our home security smart Thermostat. Damn straight I made Dean pay the electric bill.And thanks to an employee who recently left the company. That employee brought to our attention that the technician (The VP son) broke our home security smart Thermostat. So he made sure the company ordered another one from Xfinity to replace ours that they broke.From day 1 of install. The VP had been in contact via text message. He was given many screenshots of the temperature of the thermostat. Yet never once did he convey any issues about the system & HIGH 99Degree temp in our home, to any of the other employees at Deans. The VP nor any employee ever came out for the emergency call they supposedly offer, when he knew we were home. Rather he made use call the office and book an appointment. Wtf!For days we had fans in the windows circulating hot air OUT OF THE HOUSE / while also trying to pull some outside air in. No. We should of been enjoying COLD air from a new Hvac system. That didnt happen!!After that issue was fixed (which took over 4hrs) a mnth to the day, later.The pipes froze up.. because there was a leak. Its been issue after issue with Deans.Only to find out from the city in Aug. ThatNO, Deans is NOT licensed nor bonded in Meridian. Per the city. Theyre NOT allowed to do work in Meridian. They also have several lawsuits against them.Per the city. They never pulled a permit to Install the HVAC system in our home. Illegally installing it.When I brought this to Johnathan Dean, attention IN EMAIL. He the (owner) admitted to me last week, to NOT being licensed nor bonded in Meridian. That he was piggy backing off Sanders Gas license. (When hes NOT been in business with Sanders, for some time.)Thus hes FALSE advertising on his website that hes licensed and bonded in Meridian. When he is NOT!!!Folks, do not fall for thier Facebook post nor their Ads on Tv. Nor anything printed on their website. Call the City of Meridian and speak to Scott Smolley.  Youll find out just how deep in trouble Deans Company is.

This is a very reliable company I had an emergency with my water heater over the weekend it was flooding my car port. Justin and Mykel showed up early (yes...thats right, early!).I had a home inspection that found a plumbing issue that was required for me to have fixed. These guys showed up with brand new unopened parts on hand for anything the job might need. I already had a price quote on the job, so they could have done the bare minimum to fix the problem (as I have see other plumbers do). As Mykel was making the repair, he noted that there was a few things that are not necessarily needed for the repair I requested, but were items that should have been done by original plumber. He took care of these items. You could tell these guys were professionals who took pride in their work...you dont see this very often in any profession. We live in a world of let me do the minimum amount of work to checkoff the task.I would definitely recommend them to others and if I need a plumber in the future, I would call this company first!

Very professional and fast! I have two small kids and it’s the middle of summer in MS. I called on July 3rd at 7 PM when my AC went out not expecting anyone to come that late but they sent someone within the hour. When the technician, Christian, got here he was very nice and professional. He went out of his way to get us the part we needed over the holiday. He was able to fix it within 20 minutes of being here. I could not have asked for better service. I will be using Dean in the future for all my heating/air and plumbing needs. After our AC was fixed we also got a follow up call later that evening to ensure everything was working as it should.

I made a service call for clogged drain line causing water back inside the house, I was charged $321.00 for the Tech being on site less then one hour. Tech left without testing to make sure the drain was un-clogged. Couldnt get the tech or the company to send another tech out. Will never ever use this company again.
