Silver City Ballroom was absolutely beautiful! My husband and I celebrated our marriage here on August 14th 2021. Throughout our planning process the owners were attentive and flexible with working to meet our needs. During the reception the bar tenders were accommodating and they even made our kids feel special by making them (non-alcoholic) Shirley Temples. The bathrooms were cleaned and stocked and spacious enough that our guest never had to wait in line for the bathroom. Having the use of the upstairs lounge area before being announced was comfortable and made us feel like celebrities. I 100% would have another event at Silver City it was a pleasure celebrating our union.

My cousins wedding was here on 8/14/21and it was AMAZING!!! The place was decorated so beautifully, and the staff of the venue were very respectful and the bartenders were friendly and willing to make ANY drink asked of them. The bathrooms were clean along with the entire venue as a whole. Just pulling up to the venue on the outside was beautiful, and I must say I hope we have another party here in the near future!! Thank you so much for allowing our family to celebrate a big moment here! 🥰☺️

Went there for a wedding over the weekend. Staff were serving food without napkins during a pandemic. Having people touching everything with their hands. Bar tender was rude and charging guest during open bar. Workers were not giving anyone water. Bathroom ran out of toilet paper, staff was told many times and still didn’t refill them. Then got angry when toilets were clogged with paper towels. People have to wipe. Bride and groom were not being served by any staff. They were given no water. Food was dry and they ran out of it. When we asking for more then 5 ziti staff was rolling their eyes. Worst service, do not recommend for a venue. Literally the Walmart of wedding venues. GO ELSEWHERE!!! Brides be aware!!The owner is now responding saying my review is fake. Reading his response actually bothers me. I am not a scam I was a guest at this wedding, And many things that were stated in his response was very untruth. I’m sorry that your place sucked and to say no guests touched anything you take CDC guidelines seriously was so untruth. I had to keep asking for napkins for the dessert area because no one had any.And we had no water all night, having people drink without giving anyone water. If your business was good I would not have taken the time out of my work day to write a review. And for the record, when it’s true it’s not called slander. Slander is untrue things. I only speak the truth. Should be ashamed of yourself, thinking you will intimidate me. I know the law. And welcome to freedom of speech my friend.

I was there for a wedding this pasts weekend. The food for Spanish cuisine wasn’t very good at all. The food was plain, the pasta was cold and the pork shoulder was super dry. I do agree with the previous reviews there was no water available in order for individuals to balance the food and alcoholic beverages. The lady behind the bar was the most pleasant individual I came across with at the venue. The ladies room did run out of toiletries which caused other methods to be used since it wasnttstocked back up. For the amount paid the services and food could of been much better. I’ve been to many and when I say many I mean MANY. I’m a new bride myself and for the amount money spent A Villa Louisa could have gotten the event done hands down without the issues seen. The tables didn’t have any napkins (unlike what was advised in the previous review) the food did run out and guest had to wait for a new platter to come out which came out cold. There was no one attending to bride and groom as they should have been. I feel bad for the newly weds, to have spent so much to only be disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a wedding. Maybe for a sweet 15/16 or retirement party but not a wedding.Ps. The windows above the hall should really have curtains to prevent the guest and groom from seeing the bride walk down.

To whom it might concern 8/21/2021 was a wedding at this place my husband was there the decorations was beautiful, but is sad to say that the food was awful, me n my husband cooks for parties and my husband say no taste not good service sorry but you guys have to get better if you wanna make business. THIS IS NOT A FAKE! Im entitled to share my experience as long as it’s the truth! How do i begin, We’ve spent a year planning our big day! I thought we made the right decision going with this place but what we didn’t realize is how unprofessional, unorganized, extremely expensive and cheap this place is. There is a cost for EVERYTHING, even a champion toast seriously! I knew back in June when i complained about miscommunication and hidden fees that i was possibly making a mistake, but i tried to put that aside and hope for the best daily. Lets get to the point! Staff was not attentive and careless! The food was nasty and cold no warmers to keep food hot! my 14 year old cooks better then that, serving size was if everyone was on a diet. 15 year old kids with nike and black t-shirts serving appetizers at a wedding, no water throughout the event, photography had to get bride and the groom water, wedding decorator had to clear the sweetheart table, didn’t have any Courtesy to help bride and groom cut the cake or hand out cupcakes to guest which resulted in them being tossed. Bathroom toiletry wasn’t properly stocked told multiple times but didn’t seem to care. Bar tender exposed that the tab ran out and bride owed money, That it self is unprofessional! could have just told guest cash bar instead! Didn’t meet my expectations. Thank the lord for the wedding decorator and DJ the venue would have never looked so amazing if it wasn’t for my vendors! And money is not the issue here it’s the principle the manager sucks and will not admit to true facts! The amount of complaints received from my guest is unreal! so hurt that i have to look back at this, on the upside my vendors did a fantastic job! I am not bashing your hall i’m sharing my experience. Reviews are the biggest and most popular way for others to make great decisions Especially for a wedding. birthday parties here sure, but Weddings Never! some personal information was shared without my consent. Notice how some of the comments get replies from the venue and it’s directed towards me, seems like they can’t take responsibility for anything and notice how they mention they couldn’t helpout because it wasn’t in the contract there it is EVERYTHING had a fee!

Don’t you dare call my review fake because it’s far from it !!!!! I see your tactics sir 🤨If I could give this venue a zero star I would . Where do I start ? My sister in law took months to decide on a venue and was so excited about this one because it appeared to be everything she was looking for . Not!!! When I arrived to start helping her I arrive a few hours before to bring the cake and the guy (I think his name is Angel ) basically watched me and another woman struggle to bring the cake and cupcakes in . Didn’t even offer to lend a hand until I think he heard me mumble under my breath how rude he was . Prior to that on Thursday night I asked for water during rehearsal and his response was “I only have tap” not even a “I’m sorry I only have tap” very unapologetic . His whole attitude from the moment I met him was just uggghh ! If you are running a wedding venue at least pretend like you enjoy your job for the bride, groom, and family . He couldn’t even fake it ! Wedding day was even worse . Nobody checked on the bride to see if she needed anything, no water anywhere, no sanitizer anywhere, the bathroom was out of toilet paper half the night ! The female bartender was the only nice person . He sucked and should not be in customer service ever !! I watched my sister In Law reach over her husbands head to cut their cake . Really ? You couldn’t even arrange the cake so they could cut it properly ? I get it, it’s hard to find staff, but you really need to learn to be nicer .Nobody handed out the cupcakes but he had 3 teen looking kids clearing tables all night . Not one time did anyone ask the bride if she was thirsty or at least get a feel on how she thought things were going . The food ? Ugh it was cold and flavorless . Except the Empanadas (those were good)No love put into it whatsoever ! The venue just did not meet anyone’s expectations and I feel so bad that this is what they have to remember on their wedding day . I wish we could do it over SOMEWHERE ElSE! Brides … do not book here, this guy doesn’t know how to treat people ! Way overpriced too !!

VERY EXPENSIVE AND SMALL on the inside. Clean..but doesnt offer enough for the price. This place does not supply tap water and thats free. The up lighting(please) that reminded me of elementary school gym stage. Nothing worth the money that is being asked to pay to rent this place.

Excellent choice for our family reunion. Beautiful atmosphere+ great dancing. Owners very pleasant, accommodating, and helpful.Advise anyone to go + look at this venue for all types of needs.Excellent renovations done from previous facility. Must be seen to believe!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my pre- wedding celebration held at the Silver City Ballroom last Sunday. To summarize it, it was a fairytale come true for me. The venue is absolutely stunning and the lights added an amazing fun touch. The owner was responsive and kept in touch with me to help with whatever I needed help with. Thank you Angle. Beyond elated.

Its such a beautiful venue! The entore place has a unique vibe which is both high end and artistic. I really enjoyed the renaissance event they had with live music, body painting, and live art. Its a very cool space with some fantastic thibgs happening. Im looking forward to the next event.
