We recently had a funeral luncheon to celebrate the life of a family member. As to be expected, this was a very difficult time with a lot of time sensitive planning and decisions. It was so refreshing to work with Angela in planning the luncheon - she was kind, helpful and organized which was such a relief. The food was delicious and the room was beautiful. If you’re in need of a banquet facility, I HIGHLY recommend Angela and her team.

I wish the music played was more 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. After awhile the music played all sounded the same. The food could have been better. Not a great experience.

I recently had a stag for my son here and everything was fantastic. The food, the staff, the atmosphere, it just couldnt have been better. Angela and her crew just hit it out of the park. If youre planning an event look no further than Il Monticello, theyll do it all and make you look like the genius.

Had to cancel my event due to Covid-19. I did however have my event at home with a smaller crowd. The assistance and service I was given by Il Monticello was above and beyond. The food was delicious. I will definitely be using her services again.

Angela and her family are amazing! A+ They did my wedding and from beginning to end, I had absolutely NO WORRIES during my big day. They provided amazing service to all guests, and their staff was professional and hard working. Angela goes above and beyond for all brides, their families and guests. We had an amazing selection of food, and the appetizer hour was packed with non stop food being constantly refilled. People till this day talk about my wedding and rave about how great the food was. My wedding went off without any issues at all- everything was beautifully set up and arranged. I would highly recommend Angela and her entire family who run this amazing business to anybody. They also do sports banquets, birthday parties, corporate events-- you name it. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

We hosted a Celebration of Life for our Mom at Il Monticello. Loved working with Angela - she was so flexible, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful, the food was plentiful and delicious. They far exceeded our expectations. We would definitely hold another event here, and highly recommend it!

Best place for a party in Meriden!!! Amazing staff and treat vendors great. We all work together. I am a DJ and have worked with them many times in the last 10+ years we have been in business. Great as a vendor and amazing for your guests. If I was to throw a party this would absolutely be my pick of venues for every reason you should too!!

Not family friendly. Told us not to let the baby make a mess at his seat and that the kids couldnt play with each other. Ridiculous.

I went here for a bridal shower. I loved the pasta dish. The room was spacious. It was a nice atmosphere.

This place and the staff are fantastic !!! We had our daughters wedding there in July and the food was amazing. Angela and the staff made sure everything was perfect and it really showed. They went above and beyond to make sure the day was special.
