Had an excellent experience buying a CR-V here. The team was awesome. I was coming in from out of state and there was great communication up front about the cars condition. They also replaced the tires before I bought the car since they were looking rough, and while the car was in the shop they gave my wife and I a vehicle so we could get some food. A week later the battery died. I completely understand that these things happen, but I sent a kind email explain the situation and asked if they would be willing to pay for some or all of the cost of the battery (not cheap). They responded quickly, and wrote me a check, which arrived the next week if I remember correctly. All in all it was a great experience and I would suggest them to a friend. Thanks Josh and team.

The service as far as communication was ok but they gave me back my car with what i counted to be 6 bolts missing as well as my plastic under cover for my engine i was told the mechanic is no longer working their i wonder why now i feel im being taken for a ride as im been told my new skid plate is on order never got my work order or my skid plate next action would be to call BBB come on 6 bolts and missing shield that protects my undercarriage NOT COOL! oh and i found my motor mount/ transmission mount and will be repairing it myself as my extended warranty has expired. Hopefully i get the call and get my cover / skid plate back before winter THANKS A LOT ROBERTS DODGE!

Did not perform recall as requested. Made 2nd appointment. Was told tech was too busy to work on it. And forced to make a 3rd appointment. DO NOT GO HERE

Called 2 ask bc I drove by 2 fast 2 C what the Red car with Black was.Turns out it was a Fiat. Said I wasnt interested in Fiat bc didnt know much abt them. Salesman was able to help ease my mind stating his wife has had one for 3 years with no problems. That was a big help. Hung up thought abt it. Drove by again was gonna test drive it & car has sold.

I walked into this dealership before the shift started and prior to encountering a salesperson. The sales manager (Marcus) approached me with a gleeful smile and assisted me right. He asked all of the pertinent questions, had me fill out the necessary paperwork in less than 15 mins flat. By the time I reached home, my approval was ready. Never would have received that grade A service anywhere else in this town. No to mention, he didnt get a commission for the sale due to him being a manager. I brought my companies business to them AND THERE SERVICE DEPT CAN NOT TAKE CARE OF A SIMPLE WARRANTY PROBLEM. My Dodge Dart (that was NOT purchased at Roberts Dodge) happen to break down right in front of the service department. I realized it was overheating and in need of some fluid in the coolant reservoir. I entered the service department, Chris greeted me. I asked if I could get a jug of water for my car. He acknowledged that my car was overheating. He came outside with me, assisted me with the water. I went to add the water to my car, Chris came out to my car with a mechanic to assess the issue. After a few minutes the mechanic discovered that a hose was disconnected. I explained that I needed to drive my car approximately 30 miles to my mechanic. After a few minutes the Dodge mechanic replaced the hose and I was on my way.The staff at Roberts Dodge did the right thing. The well known chevy dealer in Waterbury where my vehicle was purchased should take notes from Roberts on how to treat people!The actions of Roberts Dodge staff were above and beyond and because of this I will consider being a regular customer!!!!!

We thought wed had a good experience with this car dealership - until we had issues with the cars we bought and tried to get those issues serviced. Especially if you have a warranty, they truly do not care about helping you. Theyll gladly take your money if youre willing to just do whatever they say, but if you push back about the work they claim you need and start asking questions about all the extras that magically pop up out of nowhere, theyll basically tell you to take your car somewhere else if you dont like it. The purchasing part of the experience had seemed to go well and we would have bought future cars from them, but not anymore. We even went to our original salesperson to see if he could help us make some sense with the service team, but he just schmoozed us and ended up siding with the service guys. We will not be going back.

Ive used the service department at Roberts a few times. Cant recommend the manager (Shane) enough for his professionalism and prompt response to any questions. The work done to my vehicle was great as well, the tech (Hamza) took time to explain things and also went over certain options I had to remedy the issues.
