Silver City Installed our furnace in August 2017. Professional job. Courtious techs. They listen and accommodate. Nice to do business with someone who does not do the corporate take a number act. John is a true entrepreneur. Always responds. Makes it right. I have had Zero issues in over 3 years now. Just great warm heat for a lower bill. Fair and reasonable pricing. The owner shows up on site often and is a regular human. What more can you ask for? One of these days Ill have them install the central Air portion. Good experience. The fact the name says Silver City, shows the company roots.

Silver City Furnace is just what I want when I deal with a service and installation company. One time, honest, fair and highly skilled. I have recommended SCF to several friends that all have similar experiences. You cant go wrong with these guys.

John was professional and thoroughly assessed the leakage that was coming from my AC unit. He diagnosed that I needed a new coil. He explained the cost and my options. I decided to have it repaired and scheduled an appointment 3 days later. John arrived on time and completed the work quicker than expected. I’m very happy with the results and the reasonable cost.

My wife called Silver City a few weeks ago to come take a look at our boiler because she thought the hot water in our upstairs shower wasnt getting hot enough. They came out and showed her why (It was user error with the shower controls) free of charge and gave us a few pointers of what we need to do to keep the system running right. Fast forward to this past Sunday and I could smell a hint of diesel in the basement every time the furnace ran for a long period of time. My wife called Silver City on Monday to schedule a service for Friday. Come Tuesday morning the furnace lines clogged up and it stopped working entirely. My wife called again and Silver City sent someone out first thing Wednesday morning. My wife is nine months pregnant, sick and being able to take a hot shower that night was priceless. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and got the furnace cleaned out and working incredibly fast. I didnt shop around for prices because we were impressed the first time so I cant comment on how their prices they are comparatively. I can say that they were very affordable and their customer service was worth every penny. Honest, affordable, and didnt try to take advantage of us. Those are hard qualities to come by nowadays and we appreciate it.

Very Helpful! I just needed help with starting my new AC. Every other HVAC company wanted 400 600 bucks for 10 minutes of work indecided to do it myself. Joe thr owner helped for free! You dont find that anywhere!

Extremely disappointed to say the least but feel like anyone who is considering going with silver city furnace should be aware. My fiancé and I are first time home owners and feel like we were taken advantage of. They sent some out out promptly (we were super grateful) but Drew didn’t check the work he did and left. We called him back shortly after and he came back the next day, charged us again. Bottom line he charged us twice for a job that should have been completed the first time there. I’m not sure how they do business. Instead of paying $300, we needed up paying $500. With everything going on, it’s awful they took us for a ride. We definitely learned our lesson and will never recommend them to any of our family or friends.

Just had Silver City install central air in our home. The owner John and his crew (Dan and Mathew) were friendly and professional. The job was completed on schedule and the crew was careful to make sure furniture, carpeting etc were protected and our home was left spotless. We were very pleased with the job.

They wasted my time, cost me money in missed work, and then cancelled my service appointment. Apparently a 4 hour service appointment window isnt generous enough for Silver City Furnace. It could take all day (or not happen at all). When I called for an update to make sure that they were still coming for my previously scheduled service appointment, I was told that their ONLY service man was busy with several unscheduled emergency calls and they werent sure when he would arrive. I called back later to try and get some kind of an update and explained to the owner John that taking time away from work costs customers real money in lost work, even for just a 4 hour window, but that if I ended up waiting around all day and missing an entire day of work only to be informed that they werent going to be able to make it I would not be happy. He told me that I should find someone else to service my furnace and cancelled my appointment. So that is certainly what I will do.....and what I recommend you do as well. Silver City Furance has horrible customer service and NO respect for customers time. Pathetic.

Reliable, honest, clean, professional company. Been in service many years. When I was younger in my teens living on my own - near company in a apartment. The owner would help me free of charge with my old heating system. He now employees my husband. He treats my husband like family.I highly recommend this company for all heating and cooling needs.This company is genuin, compassionate to customers and will be honest and fair with all aspects of service.

John and his crew did a great job. Fixed my furnace in just as day for a fair price.
