Called Crowell mid morning, explained my heating issue, Brian wrote down some info, drove to Hartford supply and was here within 2 hours with parts and heat is back on. This level of service is something that has become a thing of the past so I found my new HVAC guy. I will add that it was a breath of fresh air to get charged an extremely low price even though he expedited my request and could have charged a premium. Great Company

Had a gas heater stop working for a tenant. Crowell was about the 3rd place I called and I was happy to get a hold of them. Jeff was able to diagnose the problem, keep the heater going overnight and replace the part timely the next morning. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
