Our technician is very thorough and always lets us know when he is coming and what service he will be performing. He always asks if there is something that we need. Since he has taken over the issues with with rodents from the orchard behind us have been resolved.

Jonna was amazing! She really did an excellent job and is a HUGE asset to Terminix. I had a really bad experience with Terminix, and Jonna renewed my faith in them.

Had Terminix preform an inspection for a refinance. We liked their prompt and professional serviceso much that we signed up for the services they provide for our home against spiders and fleas, ect. We get a call telling when the technician will be out and if we have any problem areas that need special attention. Our dogs are very happy about the no fleas also.

We had termites at our house and they sub contract out for the tenting and they completely destroyed our house. Broken windows, broken gutters, dug up some of the lawn, used our gravel to hold the tent down. It was an awful experience

Gino is an amazing tech and the longest tech that we have had. Always nice, kind, and friendly.

Edmund Cureton (the person that services our home) is very skilled and thorough at his job. If I should have a question or a concern he answers and addresses promptly. Edmund calls me the day before to remind me of our scheduled service, which I do much appreciate. The Terminix website is easy for me to use and pay my bill.

The serviceman found wood rot and offered me a price for the repair. However I still do not have an itemized price list to submit to my insurance company and I have requested this list at least 3 times.

Mister James Hudson called the day before to advise about upcoming appointment. The day of the appointment he heard my concerns, explained the process, gave me options, suggestions about the treatment and advised about keeping my dog safe from the products he used. Great conversation too. Nice to see good ole fashion customer service. Good job!!!

My service gentleman always calls me prior to the visit to see if there are any specific concerns and to let me know when he is scheduled to come out. If for some reason I am not available the day he comes out he calls me to give me an update after his visit.. I love this company and I always recommend them if someone has issues with bugs/rodents/ spiders, etc... keep up the great work terminix!

James did a great job, very informative and kind. The employees are all kind. The only con I would have are the wait times when calling. One call I was on the phone for over 30 minutes waiting. Other than that everything was great.

Ozzie has been our technician. He is prompt, punctual and courteous. He does a professional job and hes very good at communicating with us.

I strongly recommend using caution with this branch of the company. I have an issue where they went into my mothers house and contracted a job with my brother and her, who both have extremely obvious developmental and mental health issues and upsold them on every possible job they could have done. What should have been a straightforward job costing a couple thousand dollars, is currently sitting at 19,000 dollars with another 10,000 in financing fees (~30,000 total). I strongly advise avoiding this company if you can or know that they will try to sell you many things that you do not need. Really unfortunate and sad when big-name companies do not act ethically. I am in negotiations with them to try to resolve the issue and will send an update when I have one. That being said, I have currently been waiting for 2 days since they promised they would call me back.

Both Bill and Oscar were amazing. They explained every detail and made sure I understood. Friendly, kind and definitely top customer service. I would not be able to do what they do and still manage to have a smile. Would definitely recommend Terminix, I hope all your employees are as great as Bill and Oscar :)

I was moving to a new pace where everywhere roaches and spiders were crawling so I called Terminix they give me 50 dollars discount and after spray when I have entered in that place I was able to see clear difference. great work, Mr. Jose and his assistant are very friendly and helpful. Terminex was good, but the fumigation team they contracted broken roof tiles I had to replace them out of my pocket. My wife was not happy about that. I would give a lower score, but Im giving the benefit of the doubt to Terminex.Update, it has been over a year and no further contact from them on this. They are great if there isnt a problem. If there is a problem dont expect them to make it right though.

William Leiter has been very professional and helpful whenever I had a question about my account and how to obtain preventative services (Still waiting, since that plan can not be prorated or whatever when a previous plan has already been purhased...grrr).

Honestly if I could give no stars I would. More than 3 times i have had failed services for reasons that can not really be explained to me because no one knows what is going here. My wife is pregnant due any day now and the whole reason for the service was to prevent any pests around our newborn. I do not recommend this company at all.

Great service. Wonderful staff. Killz bugz dead! I had a very bad black widow problem and quarterly spraying from Terminix got rid of my black widows.

Very professional and polite . They do a great job on regular visits and responsive if I have any in between visits concerns.

We have been very happy with the reduction in bugs in and around our home. The first couple of months we still had a few spiders and bugs in the house, but since then its pretty rare and we live way out in the country, so thats saying a lot. Matt Porras does a great job and we are glad hes our technician. Hes always here on time and always calls ahead to make sure everything is ok and calls afterwards to make sure everything is still good. The first time he was here, he let me follow him around and he explained everything he was doing and why. It really let me understand what was involved with the service which is nice because then I understand whats going on and I also understand why its worth having the services.

I unfortunately was not happy with service. After several sprays, no relief from bugs..they werent dying. Took me several calls to corporate to get refunded. Very misleading company.

Recent update: They sent me to collections even after they told me it was an error on there part with the system and that it would be cleared up.
