They do our ongoing service on an every other month schedule. It started with ants and spiders but now it’s just to insure we keep them at bay.

Clark has High prices and only 1 year warranty ..they dont communicate well with their call center I canceled my inspection appointment. And they still showed up..I went with Relible Termite in Turlock better prices and 3 year warranty.

I signed up for service under the promise of unlimited visits for the first month. I paid my start up fee got my initial appointment and now I cannot get another. They dont return calls. I call the number on this ad and they want to send to a service center that also doesnt help. Its been 2 weeks and Im ready to switch to a reputable business.

Very unprofessional. Since they only spray every 2 months it is important that they can be trusted to spray where agreed, without having to be reminded, but that wasnt the case.

You guys need to be more carful with your employees today one didnt even make a complete stop on the road and almost hit my car. This happend on badger flat rd and W H st . His truck # was1003

Everyone in the company was effective, quick, courteous, easy to talk to and they were always timely. They saved us from the onslaught of Central Valley bugs that are just lying in wait just outside your house... ready to come in. And according to their resources, the chemicals used are bug deterrent and pet friendly. That was very important to us... if you dont believe, do your own research first.

Always great service. If I experience any pest problems in between services, I can always reach a live person and have a technician come out usually within a day. Our technician Scot is very knowledgable and very pleasant.

We had a serviceman come one day and found we had bats when we thought they were mice. Problem solved ASAPGreat service !!

Our exterminator is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain procedures. He is very thorough and very meticulous when he sprays the inside and the outside of my home. Im very happy and comfortable with our exterminator.

Worse customer service ever ! Especially for the price I called to get info about automatic payments and the lady who answered was very rude and didn’t let me speak to voice my concerns I asked her are you going to let me speak ? And she puts me on hold ! Then I talk to the manager and he is of no help I end up asking him if there is a fee to cancel he says sorry U signed a year agreement you can’t I call the office to find out I can cancel at any moment ! I felt like he was just trying to keep me in a service I didn’t want anymore . I recently got new service with THE Xterminator and the customer service was great price even better !

During a kitchen/laundry area remodel, my contractor found evidence of old subterranean termite activity along baseboard behind the washing machine & dryer units in an interior portion of my house. My slab foundation house had been treated for termites in 2010. I maintained the annual inspection/bait station service policy. When the recent evidence was found, I immediately called Clark Pest Control. They responded immediately the same day to check the findings. After probing the suspect area & finding evidence of live activity, Clarks crew was there the next morning to treat the entire laundry room area foundation at no extra charge to me. I was very pleased with Clarks response to this situation and will continue to maintain my annual protection policy.
