Manuel was very detailed and proficient in his work. He took his time to explain the treatment process and timeframe to allow the chemicals to work. He was very professional, yet easy to talk to. The technician is knowledgeable and efficient. A rat infestation is an unfortunate and anxiety provoking event, but it is a relief to know that a competent and courteous professional like Brad Sausser can evict the uninvited and noisy attic guests. Brad also sprayed around the perimeter of the house to get rid of insect pests.

Called for an inspection for bed bugs because I had bite marks all over my arms, was told there was nothing. A little while later I killed a bed bug in the middle of the night on my neck and it wasn’t until I had physical evidence of one that they decided to do a more thorough inspection. I do not understand why they wouldn’t do a thorough inspection in the first place with something as serious as bed bugs.

Im really satisfied and glad with the work that Brad has been doing. I strongly recommend Advanced IPM they work with the bes product. I have had a few othe companies treat my house and no good Results. And with Andvanced IPM with the fist time Brad came by it surprise me how good the product does its job all it took one time and all those bad visitors were gone. Thank you so much!!! Kevin was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was conscious about my pets and made sure I was very satisfied with his work. He made sure my home was protected from any pest that might harm my family and pets.

It’s the end of spring and it’s been a wet one so naturally the ants and bugs are out in full force. They finally breached our house and a quick text and less than 24 hours later our Service Tech Sean was here. He made sure to evaluate everything we had going on, besides the ants, and took multiple measures to mitigate. Not only is Sean super friendly, he and his team are on top of it. This is the first time we have had to call since signing up almost a year ago, I can confidently say that we have never had better pest control service!
