You know I see all these bad reviews and be honest it got me a bit frightened since I ordered 2 new iPhone 13 but honestly I don’t like to judge by others opinions. The day came to be delivered and frankly it all went well. I don’t know what happened to the other people but I had a great experience. The person went out of his way to follow Instructions I left on the door and hand me the package. Thank you so much. Also to the ones that leave the negative reviews. Remember we are humans and things happen. Just work with it.

1)UPS Store in Atwater only now contacts me regarding this year old complaint! I spoke with UPS Hub who controls employee who failed to wear a mask last year. Both reviews leveled at both UPS locations:Atwater and 334 CA-59, Merced, CA 95340.2)A UPS driver delivers a package to a medical facility in Merced CA at 11:42 Thursday September 24th, 2020 without wearing a face mask. The COVID guard in lobby is too busy reading her book to challenge the driver other than flirt with driver at Valley Childrens 1190 W Olivewood Ave. I reported driver to UPS Customer Service and Valley Childrens guard to medical office. My 8 year old daughter was inside to see her Pediatrician.

One of the UPS drivers in the Yosemite area apparently does not look up addresses, nor bother to ask at the post office (we do not get mail delivered to our homes in this rural are, only to P.O. boxes), but the post master knows all the local addresses, as do the businesses along Hwy 140, in El Portal, as does the local business adjacent to ours...he could have asked there for information. ..He just recently apparently reported that the merchandise we had ordered had been rejected and returned...we never received a delivery to our door. This is the third time something like this has occurred...twice before, our package was just dropped off at another business, and, fortunately, their employees knew us and brought the package to us personally. This driver needs to get another job or learn to reason and think! Please put our physical address into his computer/mechanical brain, as he apparently does not use his natural brain in situations like this!

After receiving a text saying that I missed a delivery from Ups,the text the went on to ask for $2.20 to redirect the package my way or it would be returned to sender.I went down to the warehouse on 59 (on a Sunday ) they were closed but I was able to locate a gentleman who was working in the warehouse on a Sunday.I then proceeded to tell him about my issue at hand. He asked me for my tracking number and said give me a minute.After about 3 minutes he said the tracking number is FAKE! To which I replied (what?) Bogus. He replied with his next breath and said the scammers are getting better at their scams.Next he asked me if I had paid to have it redirected to me? I told him no.His response was good because he has hear of scammers draining whole bank accounts down to the last cent. From these kind of scams.SO BE CAREFUL OF ANY SOLISITAIONS AS HARMLESS AS THEY MAY APPER .THANK YOU UPS GUY FOR THE (SCHOOLING) QUICK BUT VAUBLE LESSONRV

What a terrible shipping company. Everything was fine until the UPS driver started tossing rocks at my family dog for barking at him. I cant 100% blame him due to not knowing the dog, but if you are around a dog you do not know, get into your truck and mark the package as attempted. However the driver, again, began tossing rocks trying to hurt our dog and started yelling profanity at him. My father ran outside and started cursing at the driver, which started a 10 minute swearing match between the two. it was horrible.Ever since then, when ever I order a package, they mark all deliveries as attempted and I never see the packages again. I even stayed home from work during an Out For Delivery status, and the truck drove by- I should say sped by going about 60 on our 25 mph street. Afterward the packaged read Attempted Delivery Im getting ready for court.

This is the worst service i have ever received how does a next day shipped item leave on wednesday and still not be here by friday it said it was out for delivery 📦 than nothing It has my work supplies on it. The fact that customer service can never Help solve a problem is even more of a issue!!!i’m ready to file a lawsuit against this terrible company

I want to thank STACY for being so helpful in my situation. My package was supposed to be delivered the day prior and the driver had told me my package was lost. Next day she called around looking for it, even had her driver stop to search! I really can’t thank you enough!

No one behind the counter or in the office. No one to be seen in the warehouse. Left me standing in the lobby for 10 min. Packages left all over the place. None of them were mine. I just gave up. Then noticed the ups guy siting in his truck right outside the entrance.

I dont know what theyre doing at this facility, but it already happened twice to me where they did not deliver my packages on time. Both times it said Out For Delivery only to switch at the last hour to In Transit and delivered a couple days later. The most recent one I had to wait over this weekend. Im still hoping they deliver my package on Monday. How was my package ON THE DELIVERY TRUCK and not delivered?UPS (at least this particular hub) is terrible! Only use them as a last resort.

I personally do not choose to use UPS. Every time and I mean every time I use UPS I am sitting at home all day waiting. It is now 4:48PM and the delivery driver out of Merced has yet to arrive. What kind of service is this? Leaving people at home all day. God forbid you are not home. Then it’s a circus to actually retrieve the package. Thanks to the driver out of Merced who has yet to make it to Delhi I am stuck at home! Waiting! That appointment I was supposed to get to. Cancelled, because the driver isn’t here yet. Can’t go grocery shopping for dinner, driver isn’t here, can’t pick my son’s prescription because the driver isn’t here. The delivery service is awful. Avoid UPS all together. I always use USPS or Fed Ex. I don’t know why but Fed Ex or USPS even Amazon can track the driver and let you know their vicinity and will deliver promptly! Your drivers are HORRIBLE! Oh! Still waiting. No package.

Called the 800 number to schedule a pick and this was the facility. i was informed that i would receive a call within the hour (it was 11 am) as to what time to go to this location to pick up the package. well the hours are 4-6 so i waited until 4. still no call. went to the location at 5. was told i needed to call the 800 number to set up a pick up. well id done that already. apparently the person at the desk had received the notification to contact me but just didnt do it. and i had to go back at 8 because they didnt have it. when i arrived at 8 i waited 15 minutes (half of the entire window of time to pick things up) in the lobby waiting on someone from the back to come to the counter. they were having a blast but not doing their job. also, my package was smooshed and there were parts missing which i had to contact the company about. apparently they package left the warehouse in one condition and i got it in a completely disheveled state

Since I moved to my new house the last 2 months, two packages were sent to wrong house and the tracking stated they were delivered. I thought someone stole the 1st time so I ordered a new one. My second package (a different order), was shown delivered this Wednesday. No knock on door or ring the door bell. 20 minuets after it was timed as delivered, I went out to check and no package found. So I call the customer service and they did an investigation. Turned out, the driver delivered my package to a different house on a different street. They were supposed to retrieve the package and give me a call for update on Thursday. Now its Friday night and no one call or no package delivered. At the moment, Im with customer service again and seems like no one had follow up on the lost package. Dont these drivers knock on door or ring door bell anymore? These senseless drivers should be penalized for sending to wrong address and signed off as delivered. Dont these senseless drivers check the street/house number anymore? Im fuming right now. If theres no star, I wouldve clicked on the ZERO star.

Package was on delivery vehicle on Friday and Saturday out for delivery and both times it was not delivered. Package included supplies for my employment which I can not work without. Called and customer service could not give me an answer as to why it was not delivered. Worst delivery service in town

I just have to say that my experience with UPS has always been good. As for those of you who have an issue with the CS hours, well perhaps you should be a little nicer when you talk with them. It is true that the hours are between 4:PM and 6:00PM. However if you conduct yourselves with a little dignity and common sense you might find that they are also open at 8:00PM Monday-Friday. As my experience today for instance. My item could not be delivered due to an incomplete address on the shipping label (not UPSs fault) I was told my package would be there for pickup, i went in at 4:00PM and the gentleman at the counter checked only to find that my package was still on the truck. But then informed me that if i came back at 8:00pm that same evening it would be there for me to pick up.And i am confident that i will be there.Common sense and understanding goes a long way.This world is not perfect and neither are we!But they do try.And that should count for something. Five Stars!!!

I literally just left a review 1 week ago. If you go back and look I received a package that wasn’t mine, they said they’d have someone come pick it up and take it to the correct person, NOBODY CAME. I had to deliver the package MYSELF.Today a man showed up on my door and asked if I have been receiving any packages that aren’t mine, I told him about that one incident and he said “oh okay, I was talking to the ups guy and he told me you’ve been receiving tones of packages lately” I asked him how he knew which apartment he was talking about and said the delivery driver told him my name and apartment number. Even told him I was home. Totally ridiculous. I’m calling tomorrow and someone is getting an ear full.

Terrible pick up service! i literally called off work because I wasnt given a option for time or date for a heavy package pickup. I waited all day and instead of ringing my doorbell to let me know theyre here, they left a note saying I missed them even though I was literally waiting inside for them all day! USPS has more of a brain to ring my door bell!

Supposed to deliver my package on a certain day but it was delayed, I called to find out and the package was sitting at a UPS warehouse nearby. I drove down to pick it up after requesting to be placed on hold they refused to give me the package till the following day UPS is a joke only US postal services deliver packages on time.

I received a package around 7:30pm, brought it inside thinking it was something I had ordered and it in fact was somebody else’s package. One of my neighbors a few apartments down. It was a pretty big, heavy box labeled fragile. I called the next morning and told ups, they said to leave the package outside my door and someone would come by to pick it up. Nobody did that day, or the next day. I myself pulled the box down the stairs of my apartment and down the sidewalk to the nicest old man. I don’t know what to say. I wonder if somebody out there is receiving my packages now.

Went to send a package that already had a label and was sealed as I waited i watched two employees being rude to the customer in front of me. When the issue was resolved one employee walked away without a word. When it came my turn (i was friendly) they scanned my package however i was not given a receipt like usual, i dont know things have changed since it has been a year since I’ve used their service. I asked if i needed a receipt and they told me to just take a picture of my package, the guy was rude. I’m normally given a receipt even with a prepaid label, so I thought this was weird. UPS needs to train their employees in customer service, they are only open to customers for 2 hours a day and cant even fake a smile and greeting.

This is the worse UPS and I am not one to leave negative comments but this driver wins the lazya** award. I was waiting on this package because it was for my car and I knew I would have to sign this driver never showed up yet I got an email sayin driver tried but no answer. There was no notice of this so called stop he claimed. I had to go to their office to pick up my package. They need better drivers Period!

Horrible customer service! Basically telling me they have no idea when my package will arrive that has to be signed for with an arrival window on a Monday of 7am to 7pm. This is ridiculous as I have a job and can be home at a certain time but my job requires me to drive and work up to and sometimes over 2 hours away. Then i was told my request for a shorter window would not go threw until too late on Monday and I cannot contact the warehouse directly and their drivers are not allowed to call customers and give me a time. Will they give me a $200 discount for me to take off a whole day of work? Will they give me a vacation day back? It would only take one phone call to help me, I know they have there routes and can give me an approximate time within an hour or 2!! Instead I got a there is nothing I can do for you.........this is not true. They could give me the number and allow me to talk to a shift manager from the warehouse who has the route schedule or even better call them themselves and notify me with a time. Very sad as I was once a UPS employee and know the pride they take in thier work and customer service.......complete fail!!!

Horrible customer service... Went there and no one was of help after driver left package and took off running without ringing door bell leading to my package being stolen with it all caught on camera. Called UPS for help.. and they had one of the local managers named Kathy call me with a block number and left me a lying message about their driver knocking on my door lightly when it was clear on camera that he did not. Filled out a missing package case online and nothing was ever resolved. Luckily Amazon reimbursed me. From now on I believe Amazon will have my packages shipped with a different carrier. Theyre so unprofessional!

Paid for next day shipping the shipper did their part but ups held up my package for 3 days because..................................? is the mystery question I think they have too many friends and homies working there...and they are just busy milking the clock...Im a business owner and I should have to explain to my customers why their order is held up when I dont even know why when Its just been sitting there....waiting to be delivered!#thinkaboutit

Unlike other UPS or former UPS customers, my experience with UPS went well. I picked up my package the day after it was delivered and it turns out my paratransit bus did not show up. So the guy at the front counter had me wait in the shade of the big warehouse while the warehouse door was open a little. And instead of the paratransit bus showing up when it is suppose to come by 6 pm, my Mentor/Mom showed up to pick me up worried. I like to thank the the guy at the front counter for having me wait in the warehouse till my Mentor/Mom showed up worried.
