The girl working there this morning very rude and unprofessional. She was so rude that she just threw my change to me. If you dont know how to treat customers then you shouldnt be working.

I’ve visited this place three times, I always get a great customer service for printing, sending packages etc, they have everything you need. Highly recommended :), I love you can send the documents by mail for printing before your arrival.

Postal connection is a small business operated by the owner and staff. I usually use them as a way to ship things out for both business and personal, never had a problem with them.

Didnt know how to use a computer but made us wait for over an hour. Worse part, they didnt bother apologizing and acted like they want to send people away early cause they wanted to close the store quickly

Postal Connections has been there for a while and I used to frequent it when the original owner was still there. But since he passed, the store has gotten more and more busy looking, cluttered looking, and the staff that is usually there is very slow moving.They are usually pleasant but often I just need to drop off and get a receipt and it seems to take forever. It makes me want to do all my shipping via USPS (which Raleys accepts and they are quick - even having to wait for a clerk and receipt goes faster).It is a decent place, location helps but I desperately wish they could serve one faster.(Side note: Parking on the Promenade is HORRIFIC).

Im not one to leave reviews frequently, unless I experience outstanding service, or a very poor service. I felt the need to go out of my way to give Postal Connections in Merced a 5-star rating based on my first experience earlier today. I was in and out within 5 minutes or less (which was awesome because i stopped by on my lunch break). The staff member (whose name I did not catch) was extremely friendly and helpful. She saved me from unnecessarily spending money on purchasing a new packaging envelope and took on the entire process of repackaging my opened bag and placing the new label while also covering up old labels. Great, quick, friendly experience is all I can ask for and they exceeded these areas!

Don’t recommend shipping packages here because they charge too much for shipping. I recommend the post office on M street.

Overall the place is good. However in one of the 4 employees, the old lady with a pair of glasses was terrible. She has not patience and was so greedy that she always try charged us in any way she could.Be careful when you meet that old lady. Prepare your label and make sure everything is ready.Other employees are way more better. The slim young man is kind and helpful. The other lady is nice.

I really like Postal Connections. In fact, when I need to make color prints or when I need to ship something I always go here because I know that I will receive quality service for a good price. Apart from making color prints and shipping, they also have many other services such as faxing, notary, mail service, and they also sell cards and other goodies (to name a few). Best of all and probably most importantly, when I go to Postal Connections, I know that I will receive amazing customer service. I would highly recommend Postal Connections to anybody because they are helpful, nice, and very good at what they do. Lastly, the location (in north Merced) is very convenient and easy to get to.

Lady who helped me was extremely nice to me and everyone else. Love this place.

Not easy to deal with. I asked by calls, emails for TEN DAYS trying to rent a mailbox for my second home in Calif and finally the owner called me, she will check with her Regional Manager and call me back in 15 min, THREE HOURS later she calls to say she is uncomfortable renting me a box as I live out of state. Called PO Box Etc. and 5 minutes later they are sending me the forms, no problem.... Not sure how folks like this stay in business since good service is the only thing that differentiates businesses now. Dont bother calling these folks.

Brandon asked what was specifically in my package, I refused shipment with postal annex because of him insisting on knowing specifically was in my package..I dont want a 20 something kid knowing the 1000s of dollars of stuff in my box...there was nothing hazordous and it was rude of him to be so nosy....DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS

Way too expensive!! It was my mistake in not asking up front how much scanning some documents and emailing them to me would cost, but charigng $8.00 for 13 pages seemed ridiculous. They used no paper and it took about 2 minutes! He charged me $0.50 per page, even for the back BLANK side of papers that didnt need to be scanned (which is why I was charged for 16 pages). I was in a rush, so it was my fault for not paying more attention until after I thought about it/looked at my receipt. But, be sure to ask ahead of time! And look around for other options which are cheaper, such as going to a nearby school. Staples charges the same price.Way too expensive for such a small, simple task.

I was standing in line and the employee ignored me while she was chit-chatting with someone else for 30 minutes. The service was extremely awful, maybe it was just that employee and she needs to get fired.
