Yep this is a shipping store FedEx. No need for a bad review. Its just a place where you can drop off your FedEx packages just make sure your boxes have the proper shipping label. I took a box with a paper in there for them to scan but they do not scan or print the labels themselves so no matter what youve heard. They do not do that. So make sure you already have a label on your package before you drop it off. Its just a drop off center

They never left my package only notes it is very bad service from fedex

Just walk and tell them what you want to send. They have packages to put it in, they type up the label on the computer and then put it on the package for you. You pay and go. Very quick and easy.

These guys are so on top of everything, business FLOWS everytime I go here. Keep up the great work!

A big package was delivered to our house today by FedEx, it was not ours! I tried to call customer service because there is no local number directly to our office it was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone and no numbers to press for this concern on the automated machine. Finally I spoke to someone about 15 min after the driver dropped it off. They said theyd schedule a pickup and come for the package tomorrow. The lady I spoke with was was rude, had terrible customer service, put me n hold multiple times for way too long and I could hardly understand her. Then she basically hung up on me after she told me to take a survey!! This is a terrible company for respectfully and gently getting peoples packages to them in a timely manner, not only that but the package was so jacked up and rough looking, it had a gaping hole on one side and pieces were clanking around in the box unusually. Just Absurd!!!!

Went there to ship a small att package and the young female that was there told me that they didn’t deal with att packages and I need to take it to Turlock or Modesto.I ended up taking my package to UNITED POSTAL SERVICE and they took my package with no questions asked and super helpful.

The worst service in the world, my package one week delay, Ontrac has better service, and FedEx do it again i paid for overnight service, and I will the package late for 2 days, Supposedly the driver left a door tag on my door, but he never left it, I have a camera in front of my house and it can be seen when the driver passes but never stops to try to leave the package

Picked up a package... That had been attempted two times being delivered. No one knocked.

YOU CAN NOT TRUST FEDEX DRIVERS. The delivery guy comes up to the door with a package (mine) unknown to him when he got up to the door the camera on the doorbell started recording him.. he walks up to the door and instead of leaving the box, he turns around and walks back to his truck. We open the door to see what he is doing.. for what ever reason he had the box open and was taping it back up.. he drove away, and I noticed that I had a notification about my package being delivered but the driver had taken it with him... it was going to be a very big awesome smelling candle... the dude jacked my box... I called FedEx and trust me I let them know that I have their hired thief on video

I always use Fed Ex when possible. Have gotten excellent service. They are open during regular business hours. UPS is only open 4pm to 6pm. Hard to work with that

Shipment took 10 days 3 of the days it was in a fed ex warehouse in a nearby city which easy could of come to my local warehouse

The older woman that works at front desk comes off so rude. Never coming here again.

I ordered a package from QVC, and it came from the manufacturer in China, sat in Oakland, Ca for 3 days, and I am not able to pick it up until Saturday morning now, and it is a necessity item. How in thr world can a business call themselves a global leader when they cannot deliver packages on time or return calls when they create so called tickets for a callback! Extremely displeased!!!!!

I was in and out in 30 seconds. Seriously. They didnt ask for any paperwork regarding my package, they just took it, smiled and we were on our separate ways.
