Nothing but positive vibes. The staff and owner and very knowledgeable and reliable they are all very motivating.I always leave with a good workout sesh and always dripping in sweat. Thank you again, Merced needed a gym like this! If you want to train hard and see results this is the place for you! Plus they have meals ready for you and stocked daily (:
