The technician was very patient to explain what he was doing and what he was finding as I watched. He even loved on my terrier while she was inspecting what was going on. Great job!
Lucas did a great job on my central air system and dehumidifier. He was familiar with my Ecobee Smart Thermostat and this made me confident that he would do a good job. He explained what he had done and checked the system prior to leaving.
I hired Newair to install an Aprilaire 700 whole house humidifier. From the point of giving an estimate through the install, these guys were AWESOME! The technician that came to perform the install was extremely precise in everything he did. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
