I had to get my emission test and due a manufacturer problem I failed my emission test two Times.Not till the 3rd TIME did my car pass.Every time I went the Employees were very friendly and did not charge me at all.They were so nice and helpful, total Gentle Men.I give them 5 Stars

Went in for an oil change. They scanned the barcode on the door label, checked the car data and came back and said its not due for one for another 1800 miles. Saved money! Then the battery died right in the bay. They replaced it promptly! Nice people. Great work.

I brought my own oil and filter in cause they were on sale. They still had to charge me which was a fair price. Overall everyone was super friendly with smiles all around which made it comforting to stop in.

Price Gouging? My vehicles owners manual says it takes 5 quarts of oil, Ive never noticed an extra quart of oil charge at another oil change place but superlube charged me 8$ extra for more than 5 quarts of oil on a 35$ oil change. An upcharge of over 20% on the entire services for an extra quart or probably a fraction of one? Seems very fishy to me and Ill never go to another Superlube personally. Otherwise pretty average.

I did the emission test few days ago. Good thing they were open at Saturday and didn’t require appointment. It was quick.

They were great. We got an oil change and a headlight restoration. The headlight restoration worked GREAT! And we felt it was very affordable given the lifetime warranty that come with it. They offered upgrades as they should but we never felt pressured or lesser because we did not choose to do them. They were very polite and efficient during our experience. I would highly recommend them!

Very quick in and out time. Thought it was a bit high for the oil change, but the speed and promptness of service really made up for it.

The technician Chandler at the Menomonee Falls lol action needs to be trained as a professional. I do not to hear cursing when he is repairing my vehicle that he messed up. Kudos to Rob who was telephoned to step in and fix the mess Chandler made when installing an air filter. Not a pleased customer. Writing half off on my receipt for next oil change will not cut it. Please train your employee

I will never go anywhere else. I as a woman, have never been treated better at a car place before. These technicians were EXTREMELY polite and kind to me. They explained everything to me and walked me through everything. They were the greatest and made me feel so comfortable, again I will never go anywhere else!! Also, they treat our veterans AMAZING! Thank you Super Lube for making me feel so comfortable and not intimidated when I come.

We went to Super Lube for just an oil change because our local mechanic was out of town. We arrived and our greeting was very unpleasant and not friendly. When it was our turn we asked just for an oil change and their cheapest one was $65! Our local mechanic charges us $35. To top it off, the next day we discovered a big oil spot under our vehicle. Hoping when we go back tomorrow they will correct the issue free of charge.

I truly dont know why you would go anywhere else. Thats honest. My dad took me here when I got my first car, 12 years ago, and Ive been to other places, but 9 times out of 10 I go to super lube because it is so much faster, the quality of service is unbeatable to the point that I dont care about price. This place is worth anything they charge. Also its not expensive. Its not cut rate, its just market rate with amazing service and convenience.

Came here for an oil change around 11:15 on a Monday. I was done by 11:30! Nice guys, asked if I wanted certain filters checked/replaced. Filled up my tires and wiper fluid, cleaned the front and back windows, and checked my battery.Fast and courteous, will definitely be coming here for the foreseeable future.

After my car was already pulled into the bay for the oil change then found out that they were out of stock of my cars filter and going to order from auto parts store & wanted to charge extra $15 to cost of a oil change price & not willing to match the price. I dont know what they did when I left the place there were not any oil in my car, my car could have cost hundreds of $$ driving without an oil in the engine I called back but they were not willing to accept it. My car was running fine until I left their place. I would not ever go there again.

Have gone here for emissions testing for several years. Always friendly and efficient. This time, the tech tried to sell me on renewing my registration there for $10. An OK deal if you need your sticker in a hurry. He then tried to convince me it was $16 online - not true! Its free through WI DOT if you debit a bank account and $1.28 if you use a credit card. Watch out for this attempted SCAM!

With the amount that I drive having an oil change location that does good quality work is hard to find. Super Lube in Menomonee Falls always does amazing work and keeps my vehicle running smoothly! Stop by for amazing service always!

I recently stopped at the M&D Quick Lube in Menomonee Falls and was very impressed with the customer service of the two gentlemen working. I believe one was Rob and the other Nick. I have been recently having issues with my vehicle and they were very knowledgable and helpful. They took the time to answer any questions I was having and didnt rush me out the door. I will definitely be going there again when I am ready for an oil change due to the customer service of ROB and NICK

Ive had my cars oil change here about once a month due to traveling and company car. The first couple times oil change was notated now nothing is put in. My wiper blades were bad znd needed changed so they did that. Well my old ones worked better. I was warming car up about a week later and went to use wipers and the driver side fell off. Thank goodness I wasnt driving. I had asked about tires and was told that they would try to get authorization and call me. They took all my information. I never received a call. Great for oil changes but nothing else

I have been to the Port Washington location a few years back and had a few bad experiences and never went back.I used to frequent this location in Menomonee Falls but that was more than a decade ago.I received an email touting half-price oil changes on Tuesdays, so I thought I would give it a shot. That turned out to be a very frugal decision. I love my mechanics work, and his prices are reasonable, but I am trying to save a buck here or there.Super Lube saved me alot! Besides the half price oil change that saved me at least $50 (I brought in two vehicles at different times on Tuesday), both vehicles needs engine air filters. The price I paid included labor and that saved me about ten bucks total.I had tire rotations on both vehicles and thst saved me at least another $50 (they were nice and didnt make me pull out and come back as a new visit and took off the rotation on the bigger bill).After our horrible cold spell of minus-20 temps, the battery on one vehicle was shot. I paid a little more ($30) than my mechanic would have charged but it seemed worth it with everything said and done.The young woman who mediated between me and the mechanics was thorough but not pushy. I did end up having my headlight covers restored and am thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend that service as well as all the others.The only fault I found was not really Super Lubes, but they had to wait on the battery to be delivered and then for the bay to open for tire rotation. I spent way too long waiting on the one vehicle.Will I return? To that location, you bet!

Reasonable prices yes but the wait time is ATROCIOUS! It took 45 minutes to get in then another hour just for a simple oil change! Severely under-staffed and we had to wait for printer troubles. They did apologize for the insane times. Stipl, not the way me and my wife wanted to spend a Saturday morning. 😡

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. No issues when I was there. 1,500 miles later notice that 1 of my lug nuts is MISSING and another was clearly replaced.

The weather started to get cold and my tire pressure was getting low. I didnt have a pressure gauge or gloves so I drove up the M&D to see if they would check and fill my tires. Nick happily and quickly obliged. He came up to the window and said I was good to go. I asked him how much and he said free of charge. I thought that was so nice, excellent customer service and I will take my car in when I actually need an oil change. Thank you Nick for putting a smile on my face!

Do not get the new head light rejuvenation kit.The new shop there is a joke I witnessed the manager do a Headlight lease rejuvenation on a nice black Cadillac sedan.. He scratched the pair so bad that the car will have to get RE painted.... The scratches are on the bumper, hood, and qtr panels....Dont go here....
