I had a flat on the nearby freeway on my way to a business meeting Chicago. Even though the manager was the only person working and he was busy he took care of my flat urgently and got me on the road. He would not accept a gratuity. Great experience

Jeff, the store manager at Monro is a great guy! I came in this morning with a big piece of metal in my rear drivers side tire. Jeff looked at the tire, was upfront and honest about what he could do for me. Suggested I check another place down the street quick, just to see my options. I really appreciate this because I am not experienced in how to handle this type of stuff. I ended-up buying a tire in my price range from Firestone down the street and then Jeff did the installation of that tire at Monro. He was quick and efficient and happy to help. I would never have even thought to buy a tire from one place and have another install it...that wouldnt even cross my mind. You dont come across places/people too often that tell you straight-up what they can help you with and are happy just to help you out with your issue and how to be the most cost-effective. I have 3 jobs and just try to make ends meet, that gesture is appreciated more than he can ever know. Jeff is gem and has earned my trust. I know where Im always going to go first from now on. Thanks Jeff for turning a stressful situation around! 😁

A good place if are you looking for who charge you a double price for parts. But any way they did their job. Not sure Ill have a deal with this Car Shop one more time.

My wife has a handicap accessible van and I took it in when there was a nail in the tire. He fixed it free of charge.

Called on a Saturday around 11:30am for an existing tire plug that was leaking air and by 1:00pm my car was already on the rack being looked at. I called 3 other places in the Menomonee Falls area and each place had a 4+ day waiting period. Once I was there, the gentlemen helping me out explained everything to me and I was confident in what they recommended doing. No more than 20 minutes later my tire was replaced, air was put into the remaining tires and I was on my way. I would highly recommend Monro to anyone and would absolutely go there again in the future!

Probably won’t ever take my vehicle here again, Jeff is entirely too rude. He doesn’t let you talk, continuously cuts you off, does not seem willing to help, and just overall VERY rude to the customers and doesn’t leave you comfortable leaving your vehicle with them.

Very bad experience at this location. I called and scheduled an appointment just for me to drive 5miles to get there and the guy tells me he can’t service my vehicle due to the fact that I didn’t have plates. I think his name was Jeff. He was the manager. I then told him that I had the title at hand and if it was possible to look up the vehicles information with that. He proceeds to tell me there’s no possible way to do anything without plates. I go to another location and within a matter of seconds he uses the vin number to get all the information he needs. Before I left Monro at this location. I recorded a video of the manager saying that he couldn’t service my vehicle even if he had the vin number. It was a complete waste of time and with me being scheduled for an appointment, all of this could’ve been established before I made it. I would never go to this location again, but thanks to the gentleman at the other location. He really helped me get my oil change and made my day.

We were able to get in same day for a tire leak which was great. Everyone was friendly and the problem was fixed promptly.

Went in for exhaust noise. They made it quieter on lower speeds, but the real problem, out on the freeway, its just as loud as it was before.

These guys are great. The place is nothing fancy, but they get the importance of taking care of the customers needs. Had a simple flat today, and they took care of me in between their other obligations. I have 2 other cars that are going to need tires in the next few months. Based on todays service, I WILL be taking my vehicles here for tires. Thanks guys for the great service!

I woke up this morning to a completely flat tire. I called Monro and they quoted me a price which was very reasonable. My husband was able to bring tire and rim in the same day. He was able to wait there as they repaired seal, remounted and balanced the tire immediately. Their service was spectactular!! I will definately be returning when I need additional service, and will recommend them in the future. Thanks a bunch!!!

I like Monro because appointment times are precise. The prices, though, should be more clear. I asked for the least expensive oil change for my vehicle and was given a $15.99 price, but the actual total was almost twice that @$28.

Stopped in because I thought my tire had a slow leak. Employees were friendly and thoroughly looked over my tire, repatched an old plug (didnt find a new leak) and sent me on my way without charging for anything. Again, friendly employees and good service.

I went to Monro out of proximity. I figured being less than a mile from my home I should give them a try.I had a flat on a rear tire for a summer car I had taken out for the day during a warm spell and just needed it safe to drive to store again.I called for a quote and gave them my tire size. They ordered the wrong tire size. Then when I dropped off the car they went to fix the mistake and the tires were hundreds more than originally quoted. My company works with Goodyear and I could have gotten them 20% cheaper if they would have been honest originally. But was stuck with my car there and snow coming.I got the car out of storage and after driving a block have a serious flat I cannot inflate again. The car is not safe to move. I would estimate the tires they put on have 100 miles on them.Absolute disgrace.Wasted my work day with their mistake, never called when the work was completed so I walked the mile on a guess in the snow, tire is defective or put on wrong so I am in the same position after spending over $500Update: tire was removed by a Goodyear warranty repair center. Goodyear is placing the blame on an improper installation and I needed to buy a new tire. The sidewall on the inside of the tire had multiple cracks in it.found out tire went out due to them cracking my rim. Had to buy a new rim. required redo of 100% of their work.Monro customer service stopped talking with me after I went to my CC company.

Stopped here for the first time with a nail in my tire. They patched the tire quickly. Great customer service! My 2nd visit was for problems with a tire pressure sensor. They tested everything, checked the batteries and made sure the system was operating properly. When I picked up my car they said; No charge Thanks Monro!

I stopped in today because I had are coming out of the valve stem. The young man took a look and said it was a quick fix he took care of the issue I offered to pay him he refused to take payments this is the second time that Ive gone in with something to be looked at an older gentleman help me the last time and also refuse to take payment because they felt it was something simple I cant expresshow great I think the service was. Not from one individual but from two separate individuals. I would highly recommend this company and I will be taking my vehicles back for any repairs and starting tires or oil changes. Truly five star service

A great place to get your car worked on without getting ripped off. Its the cheapest oil change place I know of. Make sure to call ahead on the same day. Ive had appointments for oil changes only to be told they couldnt do it that day. My best luck is calling an hour or so ahead or just showing up and waiting. But you cant beat the price, its almost not a worth changing your own oil unless you enjoy doing it or dont trust other people working on your vehicle. Id recommend!

Our family received EXCELLENT service today at Monro today! Setting out on a road trip, we heard a big POP and knew we needed a tire repair asap. After calling 7+ shops between Waukesha and Oshkosh, Joe was the only person who told us that he would get us taken are of and to come in right away.This is what it means to put Customers first and Monro will have our repeat business.

Really happy with my experience here and the work Joe and Shawn did on my vehicle. Took my car here to get an estimate on brakes and was back the next day to have the repairs made. Competitive price and very friendly, professional service. My car is getting old and Joe gave me a lot of good information on what repairs might be in my future. He also was able to show me exactly what was wrong with my leaky tire and didnt just try to sell me 4 new ones like the person at the dealership did. I was there approx a month ago. I had a horrible experience when my car randomly started overheating after I got done with work and was stranded. Did everything to diagnose what was wrong with my Xterra with the car knowledge my father taught me to no avail. After 2 days I called Monro, my saving grace. They had an opening short notice. I had my Xterra towed there. I live 10 minutes away, before I got home, I got a call telling me that the radiator was cracked from the cap to the bowl and I needed a new radiator.I was obviously upset because financially, no one can help me, but the people at Monro worked with me and didnt hold me over a barreland room care of me. They ordered the part and fixed my truck within a couple of hours. Not only that, when I arrived, they showed me my radiator and the massive crack. I could not have been more thankful for the people at Monro. You have a forever customer with me. Thanks again!

Came into monro here in the falls randomly to have my tire looked at. The tech had excellent customer service and assisted me right away. Left there better than I came in, I recommend this place to anyone who is in area and needs some mechanic work done

Also my tire kept losing air, asked them to check it out for me, found a bolt in there. they patched it up and I was on my way. All in all great guys and great service! Brought my car in for a wheel alignment and they told me they couldnt do it because the following needed to be replaced: tie rods, sway bar and stabilizer pins. Its funny because I just had front end work done to my car so Id be able to get an alignment so everything was new. They showed me 2 screws that were loose that werent fully tightened on the sleeves of the inner tie rods but were still in tact, but then told me it would cost at least 4 to 5 hundred dollars to get everything right before I could even get the alignment. Really?! I went elsewhere and had the job done in less than a hour.

Able to get in within 1/2 hour of my call for a nail in my tire. Shawn had me in & out in under 10 minutes. Very courteous! I appreciate the great service!

Called at 7:40(ten minutes after they open) to ask if they could take a look at my squeaking brakes and give me an estimate as they are 1 minute from my house. Guy that answered said I could drop it off. I asked realistically when he would be able to check and he told me probably later on that evening....I guess ill go start rice checking somewhere else.I did ask him in the beginning of the conversation if they had free estimates on work(which is all over their website) and I believe that is why I was told later that evening.These kind of places usually make their best money off of old rich naive people who have no clue what is going on with their car. Not a bunch of money to be made off of middle aged men so back of the bus for me.Gave 2 stars because they actually said they would look at it(2 other places flat out said no).

Not thrilled at all. I do my own side work usually, went in for an oil change and rotate (was feeling lazy that day) and was told my rear brakes were shot. Caliper seized up, and werent working at all. Was quoted around $800. Went home, picked up parts, tore my van apart only to find out all 4 braking components were in perfect condition. Not one thing of issues were found. So buyer beware, double check your services before they do the go ahead. Glad I checked and glad I didnt use them to screw me over.Wont be going back there anymore. And I live within walking distance of them. What a shame

Came in for my factory scheduled maintenance. Latroy was very knowledgeable and was able to help me out right away. I left with new brakes and felt better being safe on the road.

Arrived at closing time with hole in fuel line. Desk technician was friendly and knowledgeable and gave reasonable estimate of price and timeframe. Follow up call to me prior to repair arrived early the next morning. Car ready by noon. Technician saved worn part to show and its total cost was less than quoted. Appreciated the quick efficient work Monro Muffler did.

Fantastic service, unbelievable speed, stopped in for some tires and was greeted warmly and they had my car up on the jacks within 4 min of getting there. I was in and out in under and hour and back on the road, problem fixed! I most certainly will return!!

Worst customer service ever! They dont even deserve one star-- I went in for an oil change- had a coupon - the coupon stated that I should get a list of over things covered too - battery check tires rotated, fluids checked etc. Tim the manager gave me an attitude when I presented the coupon, and then when I asked about the tires not being rotated etc. He was even more rude and stated do you realize that you just got a super cheap deal on an oil change? They also tried to upsell me spark plugs and bunch of other stuff that I literally just had done less than 15,000 miles before!! Will NEVER go back! Will NEVER recommend others to go here either!!

This place was absolutely terrible. I went in to get a tire plugged because I had a nail in it. It took the technicians over 30 minutes to even find the source of the leak. Then after another 20 minutes of working on it the technicians caused my tire to bubble and say that i needed a new tire. I told them I was going elsewhere for that if it truly was something that I was liable for which I know Im not because it wasnt like that before. When I went in to pick up my tire today, the manager at the store, immediately gave me an attitude upon entering the building to tell him i was there to pick up a tire. He tried to use intimidation tactics that didnt work on me when he told me they put a new tire on anyways when i specifically told the manager not to the day before. When i inquired about this, i was told, He was trying to be nice and I told him not to be nice to you. How can a company blatantly tell their employees NOT to be nice to customers??? I will NEVER be returning and will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere.

I came in for a oil change and they also did a courtesy inspection and I found out my car needed more work. I’m glad the employee who did my oil change knew as much as he did. He helped me through it all on the prices and what each part was. My car is running more alive than ever before!

Had an absolutely horrendous experience here.All I needed was a simple headlight replaced and was told to bring my car in at 8am the next day. When I arrived at the scheduled time there was no one at the shop and it was still closed even though their sign says they open at 7:30am. I then had to rearrange my work schedule to come back to drop my car back off which they didnt call to tell me someone had arrived. I had to call back and ask what was going on. When I arrived back I got a quote that it would cost me $31 dollars, I was then told that seems excessive so I was only going to get charged $20 dollars. When I came back to pay I was charged $46 dollars because I used a credit card and it would have cost me $20 had I payed cash which was never told to me and that doesnt account for how the price suddenly doubled. This place is an absolute scam.

Always very helpful. I have taken my car here numerous times. They work with you to figure out the problem and have loaner cars which is a huge plus for me as I dont have to take a half day at work just to drop a car off.

Well i felt mechanics were very unprofessional. One guy in back had his girlfriend there. Asked for tire to be checked, he said didnt see anything in it but put air in. Well my tires are 50psi and tire at 34psi. Will find new place to go!!

Worst place to go to have anything done to your car, they can’t even get an oil change done right. Three seperate occasions they either forgot to change the filter, forgot to change filter gaskets and lied about rotating tires, after I just watched them work on my car. I’ve been going to Monroe for a few years just for oil changes, after this third screw up I’ll never go there again. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know not to go there

Absolutely horrible idiot lying mechanics.I was there the night before Thanksgiving 2016. I use synthetic oil in my truck so I need to rotate the tires each time I change the oil. I arrived for an oil change but was told he had another person showing up which is why he could not do the tire rotation. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. The sorry excuse for a mechanic was just lazy. The time before this I was told I did not need to rotate the tires. My truck tires now have premature edge wear thanks to these morons. I will never ever be back here as a customer even though it is very close to my house. If you value your vehicle do not take it here for service if any kind.

Took our vehicle here for an oil change since we received a coupon in the mail. Biggest mistake ever! I shouldve listened to the previous reviewers, but decided to try them anyway to save money, but it resulted in the total opposite! Long story short mechanic stripped the oil pan screw, which they tried to blame on the previous oil change mechanic. They ended up paying for a new oil pan and installing it but in the mean time they let use a loaner vehicle that was filled with junk . When we finally did get our vehicle back the vsc light will now stay illuminated. Not sure what they did but we will take it elsewhere to get that looked at. If you even slightly value your car DONT TAKE IT TO MONRO

Fast service for a tire rotation, balance and patching up a nail in the tire.

Alot has changed here in the last couple years, used to go to this place but now they have had management problems and employee problems. Not a single person that worked there a month ago still Does and the new people they hired quickly werent comfortable fixing my timing belt that they diagnosed so I had it towed to a different monro who said they misdiagnosed the problem and it was a bad clutch which actually I had them put in 14 months prior and while granted there was only a 12 month warranty with the business Ive given them over ten years years and respect they should have for their service I was offered a measle 20 percent off the job to replace the clutch. So if you want service that barely makes it passed a very small warranty this is your place. It also took 4 calls and voicemails over a week to even get a call back from the manager I was referred to.

One of the worst places Ive had the displeasure of doing business with. They dont even come close to sticking to times when they tell you something will be done. Ive driven away and realized my car was not completely fixed, so had to go back. I had my brakes checked and when I was told itd be a total brake job, I decided the car wasnt worth it and Id scrap it. Without telling me they never put the brake pads back on and let me drive home with no brakes!

Just an oil change with a coupon. Battery test, brake check, 5 quarts of oil and filter and tire rotation. When i called for the appointment, i was assured that i would get my tires rotated. When i handed my keys over, i specifically asked, You will rotate my tires? I was reassured that would happen from the manager. I was asked to see all of the things wrong with my car when it was up on the lift. I was told that if i dont fix things now, a good car will be trouble soon. When i was told my car was finished, i watched the work and they never addressed my tires. When i brought it to his attention, he said you dont need that. Ummmm yes i want that. The manager actually argued with me saying that he visualized my tire tread and its a 7. I said no i want it done. He was pissed and said I guess we will do it then. Long story long, PLEASE DONT GO THERE!
