I could not unscrew my rear license plate bolts without stripping them, and after several days of strong attempts, I decided to reach out to local auto shops for help. Pallos was the only one to tell me I could come by right then and he would look at it, and sure enough he was able to get the bolts off in under a minute. Raul was not only very helpful but also personable and nice to talk with. What a wonderful experience for something that had been such a pain! I will definitely return to Pallos Auto Repair again.

Great mechanic, Raul knows exactly what hes doing. Doesnt try to find other things wrong. He is a very professional and courteous person. Had our car up and running within a day. I went here because other shops in my area were busier with other customers ahead of me and could only do next day. Needed quicker, same day service to patch a right rear tyre that suffered a nail puncture and was slowing leaking air. Spoke with a Raul and he was accommodating to get me in later in the evening on short notice. During the visit, they didnt push other services on you and were easy to work with fixing the main issue.

Great service. Great price. Great man. Zero pressure. Very informative. Honest about what he could try and that it might not work and what he would do if it didnt work. Didnt try to push extra services even stayed late and did a couple things my car needed free of charge. Pretty amazing considereding my bill was less than $60. He clearly keeps his business going with word of mouth and return customers. He does not advertise. No more dealership for me. No more trying to decifer bad and good Google reviews looking for a honest mechanic. Glad I tried him out instead of going to the dealership. Just happened to find him on Google maps because he is near my work. Great experience.
