My review is long overdue but I have been here 3x. My first time got me hooked. My front tire blew on my way to work. Wittlins was the closest. They were fair, honest, and budget-friendly. I love the interior which I can work in while they do their work. Cookies at checkout r a nice touch also. :)

Whittlins has always repaired our autos with excellent results. Their prices are fair and their staff are friendly and helpful. They dont try to sell us something and have given advice without charge on more than one occasion. I trust them!

The service Wittlin’s provides is always excellent. I have had my vehicles serviced there for about 5 years, I find their work of high quality and reasonably priced. They have a keen customer service orientation. I feel the need to post this review now because I just had an experience that went beyond excellent to exceptional. I was leaving on a trip on a Saturday morning in my RV. I woke to find a flat tire. I drove to Wittlin’s and explained my problem. Max looked at the tire and quickly determined the problem and fixed it immediately. This is precisely why you develop a relationship with a small business and support them. They then take care of you when you need them. Thank you Max!

I had brake line issues and was not able to drive my vehicle so needed to get it serviced quickly. Not only did I get scheduled promptly, but they were able to fix the issue quickly and charged a fair price. Definitely recommend!

I must say that I am a beneficiary of Wittlins exemplary customer service and competitive pricing when the maintenances and repairs are planned and scheduled well ahead of time . At the same time, my experiences with the emergency maintenances are not that great . Recently, my car which was failing to start was put into the normal maintenance schedule and asked me to wait for a week .Though they agreed to take a look if they get some time prior to that, that did not happen soon enough. I live a couple of blocks away and I considered this place as my ‘go to’ place for any routine maintenance work and emergencies . Also, being a regular customer suddenly happened to be in an emergency situation, I was expecting my car to be inspected and fixed with some level of urgency which unfortunately did not happen in two separate similar incidents happened within last one year.

My first experience with Whittlins was for a total engine replacement. Max and his mechanics were amazing! They started repairing my vehicle right away. Max has earned my trust 100% He runs an honest business! While having serious repairs done Whittlins provided me with a temporary vehicle. Even when Max is extremely busy he never fails to listen and answer any questions! I will probably be a life long customer! Thanks Whittlins! Love you guys!

Most stations like this place wouldn’t give you much time of day to just cash and carry a set of tires. Wittlins did that with no problem. Max at the front desk was extremely helpful and Not only got them there as quick as possible but also found me the best price Out of anywhere else I looked. They allowed me to pay over the phone and Max even help me load them in my truck. Thanks again guys I will definitely be back for my next tire purchase and or alignment.

I needed 4 new tires. I called around and Mr Ps wanted more for used tires than the new ones at Wittlins. I drove in from the south side of Milwaukee. I was in and out quick. The place was super clean and the staff was unbelievably friendly and professional. Ive been in sales my whole life and will definitely be recommending Wittlins to my friends, family and customers.

I take my cars here when I either dont have time to fix them or cant do it myself. They have great technicians and good pricing. Extremely good pricing on wheels and tires. They do a good job. Would recccomend

Jus went in for gas a couple times but the customer service was good

Max was amazing; hard-working, honest and transparent. My vehicle needed new tires installed and balanced. When I picked the vehicle up, I noticed very strange rubbing/rocking/squeaking noises, more noticably in reversal. I took the vehicle back for inspection, and it was found the back two tires were installed incorrectly (edit: See correctiom below). Wittlins seems to have caused the issue, but instead of fixing at no-charge, I was charged $43. Perhaps, thats just business. After the second visit, I noticed my tire light sensor on my dash board is blinking, so I took it to Toyota and unfortunately they said whoever installed the wheels last broke the sensors (see correction below), and it will cost hundreds to fix. Overall, Wittlins was a great experience, truly, however, now I have more issues than when I started

Whittlins is just about the only service garage I trust. Their mechanics are honest and offer fair pricing; Max is a great guy!Highly recommend this place, but call far enough in advance (at least a week ahead of time) as their phenomenal service is almost always in high demand!

The service was good but they are $10 higher for an oil change. I got a $2 charge for shop access but only $1 charge for disposal. Most places charge $2 for disposal. Off brand Synthetic oil so no reason for paying $10 more. Probably wont go back.

I was in a time crunch and they fixed my car before originally anticipated. They were very polite and upfront about costs. I didnt feel like they were in it for the money as I have with other mechanics. Im very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

I’m so glad I made the decision to take my car to Wittlin’s. I’m new to the area so I was looking for a new place to have my car looked at. I requested an appointment online and I was emailed back within a few hours to confirm the appointment, even though it was a Saturday evening. When I dropped my car off a few days later, they were able to contact me within the hour, informing me of the problem and giving me a quote for the work. My car was completely done within three hours of dropping it off. I was very impressed with how fast and efficient they were. Also they were very honest and their prices were fair. I will definitely be coming back for future repairs.

Always drive away with a working g vehicle for a fair if not best price available. Ive taken my 2 vehicles there for the past 5 years and long story short, once needed new transmission lines for my Ram truck. Was quoted $1400 at Weissman but drove away from Wittlins with exact same parts and service required to fix the problem for $700. Theyre always competitive and even squeeze me into their full schedule when the task isnt excessive. What else can you ask for? Again, prices are extremely reasonable compared to competitors and theyll blow away dwalersgips.

You would be mistaken to go anywhere else for car service in the Falls area. Max and his team are incredible and always go above and beyond to make sure all aspects of service and any additional concerns are covered.

Requested information about tires via their website and received a response within a couple of hours. Continued to have dialogue and within a day received a recommendation on three potential tire options. Tires were ordered, arrived early, set up an appointment and work was done earlier than projected. Easiest tire buying experience ever. Keep up the great work Max and team.

I would like to say this place is great but there needs to be a correction made when searching google maps. It only shows this as an auto repair shop and not a gas station so if it’s after 5:30 it’s shown as closed. Thank you for being convenient and friendly.

I can’t express enough how impressed I am with the service I received at Wittlins Service. They towed my car from a parking structure at freodtert hospital (which isn’t the easiest thing to do) because my car would not start. It took less than 24 hours for them to get the car and diagnose it was the starter and Max was on top of everything and really exceeded my expectations. Also, the price for the tow and service repair received was very reasonable. All in all I will definitely return if I ever need anything else serviced with my car. Wittlins is a very trustworthy and efficient business and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs. Thank you again!!

Usually has one of the lowest priced gas in the area and thankfully offers free air! (Truly a godsend for someone whos tire keeps going flat!) Wish there was a way to expand the lot however. Its always extremely crowded and somewhat difficult to maneuver a vehicle through.

My father has had his vehicles serviced here for YEARS. Ive just recently begun to have my Jeep repaired here - everything from oil changes, new ball joints, egr valve, new wheels & tires etc. In a world where there is very little transparency and good customer service anymore Wittlins stands alone. Definitely worth my 40 minute drive.

They are very honest. I brought my truck in for brakes thinking I needed a new master cylinder and all it needed was a brake adjustment. They could have pulled one over on me but they didnt. They also work on the company cars where I work and have been nothing but excellent. I will continue to use them.

Great service. When I called and said my car was having minor engine trouble, their first questions were Whats it doing, exactly? and Have you tried doing ______? Ive never gotten that response when calling a mechanic before, and I immediately knew Wittlins was going to be a positive experience. They gave me a loaner (for free) to drive while they were diagnosing the problem, and when they found the suspected problem (EGR valve), they explained to me that just outright replacing it wouldnt make sense at this point in time. Ive never in my life had a mechanic say that to me, but when they explained it at a technical level, it made perfect sense. They also (at my request) changed my brakes and rotors with a completely reasonable markup. Im very impressed by Wittlins, and Ill be sure to take my car there any time it needs service from now on.
