Needed to renew my passport, they were very helpful in choosing the right packaging and finishing the order quickly. Was not very busy when I went.

Plenty of parking and normally not busy, but several of my packages were tampered with. That is a federal crime. I have opened a claim but now I’m scared to drop anything off here.
I am always a polite person to everybody. But I think the guy who works in this office does not deserve my nice attitude.It was my turn after waiting in a line. I asked thisbguy which size of envelope I should choose for my mail. He ignored me and just talked to the next one. Hey, how could you be so rude to someone who was asking you a totally reasonable question with nice attitude? After I asked for several times, he eventually answered impatiently. I don’t understand this. Maybe because I have an Asian look? Or other reasons? I have visited so many post offices and all the people were really nice. I am not sure why I experienced this in this happy holiday season!
They have been very nice and not much different from the average clerk. Like most old timers, they dont work fast. Most of the time there is a line and it does take awhile to be helped. But if you come in certain hours of the day, there is no line to wait in. They are convenient and easy to park. I like them.

Terrible service. I am Asian myself. Asian man, Asian woman and also another older lady server slow, bossy and rude. (Slowest and worst service). I don’t usually write review. They need to be trained and supervised for customer service.
They dont ever pick up my outgoing pacakages when they deliver my mail - this drives me NUTS!!! Also, when I drop off packages they dont scan them into the USPS tracking system until 10-11:45PM so when I ship 2 day priority it really takes 3+days (even if I drop off in the morning). The staff at the actual post office is always nice to me and my kiddo and there is typically no wait during the day: the only reason Im not giving them 1 star.
Service is generally good, but when my regular delivery driver went on vacation last week, the web site declared that a delivery had been made at 10:10 on a Thursday - but there was no package and no other mail.On Tuesday I spoke with the carrier who explained that he had been on vacation last week and that he was now delivering mail that had been marked vacation hold for us.Dont know who marked it vacation hold unless it was the fill in guy, since we have six adults here, we all got mail on Friday, Saturday and even a package on Sunday - yet the Thursday mail took five days to get here?Called the number and no one picked it up. Visited on Friday (to report the missing package and mail) and spoke to a manager who said he would look into it and call me back (no call, no messages).I appreciate the USPS and I know the crappy situation they find themselves in, but I dont appreciate our address being placed on a one day vacation hold because someone cant be bothered to deliver the mail.
I’ve used this post office for 40 years, and I haven’t had terrible experiences like others. I guess I’m just lucky!
I had a package coming from China that I noticed that my street name had an extra letter making it like a street in nearby city. Everything else was correct. Talked to delivery person who said to call the PO. I called several time but no one would pick up. I drove over to Bohannan and when I got there, there was no one there but two clerks. I asked the guy what would happen if the street name was miss spelled. He only could say he did not know. He did not offer to check with anyone else or check for the package in the back. Acted like he was to busy.
Rudest employees ever. Would not even deign to speak to my elderly mother, when she asked a question held up fingers as a response and turned to drink his tea. Ive been in a lot of terse and busy post offices, never have I been so angry. There was no one there but us, he just couldnt be bothered.
Wish they could figure out that Watkins and Walnut are parallel, but different streets. I keep getting their mail. On two different occasions, I received notices that packages were being held for my pick up at Bohannon, when they were actually at the Oak Grove post office. And, you never know what time of day the mail will be delivered on my route or who will be delivering it. You can expect a new carrier weekly. Dont waste your time trying to phone this office. They usually dont answer the phone. Menlo Parks U.S. Postal Service is a sad comedy of errors run by incompetents! Aside from that, its just terrific. 👎
Was met by a man who didnt know what a photocopy was and told they did not do any passport info when it states otherwise online
Went in on a Saturday morning to pick up a package and mail an international letter. The attendant was very helpful in finding the right envelope for my mail, and the service was quick and painless.
I wanted to cry after spending 45 min here with filling out customs forms for my packages, some forms three times because of incorrect instructions from staff.Guy that helped me was on top of that rude, made wrong assumptions about my mail and gave me wrong tracking number on the receipt of one package.Send people here that you hate.
When they say they are open on Saturdays, I assumed, apparently wrongfully so that they would actually be OPEN, not for a brief 3 hour window in the morning. Looks like Im going to have to wait and ADDITIONAL 2 days for my package.
I wanted to simply renew my post office box fees. My money was declined. I was told they cannot accept the money until one week before the box deadline expires. A public business refusing money- Imagine that ! Also there appears to be racial discrimination on the hiring at this branch.
Poor service. Packages left on a driveway containing medicines. Wrong mail delivery. This organization has gone down to the garbage. I have lived here for over 40 year. Service was much better when Sam was delivering my mail. Shame on you!
I live in Menlo Park and Ive had so many shipping problems. Lost 5 out of the 6 packages I was sent through USPS. My roommates have also lost packages too. Ive reported to this USPS about the rampant package losses and they never got back to me or addressed this issue.
The most inattentive post office ever. Their phone line is constantly busy, and if you get a ring through itll ring for a few minutes before someone switches it to decline the call and drop you! They ignore mail holds, mis-deliver mail constantly (get to know your neighbors because youre going to be going to them frequently!), fold and crease envelopes to fit them into inconveniently sized mail slots, ignore changes of address and forwarding requests! So many lost hours of my time dealing with their mistakes!

I called this office but no answer for over 3 minutes then cut off this morning..We filed twice of the Mail forwarding request form, but we are still not receiving most of the forwarding mails. We are expecting hundreds of insurance EOB/checks from Blue Shield but still not received them since 5/28/14 until now. We called so many times but USPS is still not solving the problem.This is URGENT! PLEASE HELP!
Service is horrible. A couple weeks ago I went to their post office to ask a couple of questions regarding EDDM, no one was able to help me. I had to explain to them what EDDM was and ended up leaving without any answers. The only thing they could tell me was to go online. I just dont understand how they can offer a service they dont even know about.After doing all the research online regarding EDDM I was able to finally answer all my questions. I ended up paying $400.00 for the delivery service online so I could have my flyers delivered the following day, once I got to the office I asked the employee behind the counter if it would be okay for me to drop off the flyers since they were being delivered the following day and he seemed lost and didnt understand what I was trying to say. He ended up calling his manager which ended up being worst! couldnt help me either! ended up telling me to go back online and to get reimbursed!NOT TO MENTION THE WAIT! THE SERVICE! CANT BELIEVE THEY HAVE A MANAGER WITH THAT ATTITUDE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I signed document to allow my international package be delivered on my home address. Next day no delivery or pick up .I called but they do not pick up phone ether...I was hoping they will deliver next day but they didnt deliver again.

Terribly slow during peak times. You hear employees in the back but no one comes to help with simple package pick up.
This post office refused to pick up the phone when I called at 4:15 PM on a Monday. That was after getting a busy signal for another 15 minutes. Very poor service.
Lost my package and were unable to help basically because the staff dont speak English

I put my mail on hold when I go away for more than one week and request that the hold mail be delivered by the carrier. For the second time my mail has not been delivered. This time it is 3 days overdue.
