When it absolutely positively doesnt matter when your package gets there, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home, or FedEx SmartPost. But Overnight.....still the king, Federal Express. Helllllllooohhh Federal....

One of the old lady staff there either hates FedEx or just hates customers. Worst attitude ever in a FedEx. Disrespectful and mean, and even tried to shine the laser scanner in my eyes.

One of the employees there has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen among all FedEx employees I’ve interacted with. It’s not just one single incident. It’s quite amazing how a person can be so consistent in being so impolite while working in customer service. I’d love to talk to her supervisor next time I go there.

I never have any problems here. The parking is a lot less congested the other locations I have been to. The customer service is great. I can get in and get out quickly and their hours are fantastic!

We came here to ship lithium batteries, but ended up not being able to. They do not let you print anything here -- you will have to drive another 7 min to another Fedex store to print the label and come back.

I have picked up several packages from there. The representative at the front desk is always friendly, professional, and quick.

I had an excellent experience here today! Samira went above and beyond to help me ship my package. I am very grateful for the top-notch customer service. I noticed there are “Employee of the Month” parking spaces and believe Samira would be certainly deserving of that recognition!

This location does not accept Covid testing kits. The service staff was really kind when she shared this information. I also liked the fact that the Fedex drop off area was unmanned, with a bell to ring for seeking service. As soon as I rang the bell, the staff came to the desk and shared information.This location is following Covid guidelines to do all they can to keep both their staff and their customers safe.

I visit this place on an almost weekly basis and the staff is very rude and always barking orders at you as if you should have had their job done already or like you are bothering them. Things like this dont usually get to me as I know everyone has bad days but geeez would it hurt to ask how may I help you or even hello!?!

The staff is extremely rude. The lady on the phone didnt work with me to resolve my issue. Literally in her own words you come pick it up ok? and when I said no she just repeated it leaving me literally no choice. Extremely rude staff, poorly run.

I love FedEx ... but the experience here was rough. I needed to ship a gift Internationally. Upon arrival, they instructed me to find a FedEx box and prep the package. They charge a lot for the box and any bubble wrap / packing material you need. Shipping the gift was very expensive so I wish they would have comp’d the box and packing materials. They handed me a tape gun to put the box together and seal it - the man at the counter wouldn’t lift a finger except to process the shipping slip and take my money. For the amount you pay - I would love to see some professional courtesy with respect to helping pack and prep the package. He also disappeared for a long time while I was taping up the box so I was there for about 30 minutes total from start to finish shipping this gift. The quality and speed of service has a lot of room for improvement. I’ll continue to use FedEx as they’re always reliable, but I won’t be back to this shipping center.

Wanted to charge my husband a crazy high rate and made him fill out paperwork before even discussing it with him.

Fedex is fine and all good. Service here by a certain employee were extremely bad. She/he made me very uncomfortable. On top of that, typos... good thing I was able to caught them before mailing them.Will not recommend this center.

Convenient location, easy parking

The delivery man left a note that wasnt clear about what I needed to do. When I called they couldnt find my package information. I had no choice but to drive to the pick up location. Good news they were very helpful. Found the information and the package. Poor start, great outcome. Now train drivers and phone contacts like your pick-up location staff and get better reviews!

I just wanted to specifically thank one of the guys at this Station, Michael. I had a really important package shipped out there and he was able to go above and beyond helping me to make sure I know all of my options. I ship 100-150 Fed Ex packages a day for over 3 years and Ive never come across an employee like this. This guy deserve a raise. Feel free to contact me for more info @FedEx.

I didnt have the right bar code for my package. Counter guy had me email the PDF to his personal account and he went in the back office and printed the label. That is customer service!

I was home and ready at the expected delivery time, and they stamped a notice to my door then left without ringing the doorbell that is right next to the door.There were also no texted warnings about when they would arrive despite me attempting to opt into updates.

I had an issue with a package tonight, and I felt that the young gentleman at the counter went above and beyond to help me resolve it which took more than a bit of time. He was professional and courteous. Also, clean facility and plenty of parking.

Open until 8:45pm for the late shippers. Excellent.

Nice guys, package came out fast. When looking for this place, remember to look on your left as you get on Haven as its not where youd expect businesses to be hiding. Otherwise, uneventful Opens late, so you can ship package quickly.

Quick service on a Monday at 5pm. Limited things here, but they can ship all your stuff and have a small selection of boxes you can buy, ranging in sizes and utility; I was able to buy a laptop box and ship it from here.

Critical package. Went to office. Promised that package would be delivered on Saturday. Went home and immediately checked tracking number which stated that package would be delivered on Tuesday. Went back to office and again received assurances that it would be delivered on Saturday. Guess what? Tuesday. Piece of crap.

Fedex is just full of sh**First of they didnt even had courtesy to call me if they were unable to get into my apartment building.Secondly, they said that I can pick up my package anytime before 8:45 from this location and when I reach there at 7 PM, they are already closed.I paid extra $30 buck to get that package delivered by tonight and when I call the customer care services, they just hanged up on me.FULL OF SH**
