I brought in My Omega SMP300 yesterday for pin repair, and band adjustment. Colin was able to get me in and out in just minutes. The price was unbeatable and service was great. I’d recommend this shop to anyone.

Took a vintage seiko automatic chronograph in just too get a quote on a repair and walked out 15 minutes later with a fully functional watch. Will absolutely return for any watch repairs in the future.

I went into the shop to get my watch adjusted. I had a link put in to make it fit better the guy there was extremely nice and offered to take a look at my automatic wind feature that doesnt work and he did so with no extra charge I recommend this place very highly!!!!!!

Called to see if they could transport a grandfathers clock for a valued client. Unfortunately they could not, but gave me step by step simplified instructions on how to remove important pieces of the clock. Though I only spoke with a guy named Farmer over the phone he still went out of his way to get me the proper information I needed. These guys are obviously nice and educated in clocks of all kinds! Thank you so much Farmer for all your instructional advice.

Excellent repairs and watch shop

Had a stripped crown tube on my Tag Link Caliber 5. He kept my watch for a few weeks and finally just installed the wrong size tube which would not allow it to be screwed in. Watch actually came back worse than it went in. I havent worn it since for fear of ruining it. Nice guy, but he didnt fix the watch. Kinda like a restaurant that doesnt serve food. Why go there?
