Unfortunately, had to get a tow last night. From the time I called my Rescue Plan and they contacted Tlowing company, was there a total of 1 Hour. That is not bad in my estimation for 6:00PM at night time. Andy was the driver...handled the car well, and was polite and courteous!

The tow truck driver for this company was OUTSTANDING, the nicest gentleman I have ever dealt with for a tow company. The remainder of the management and customer service representatives have been absolutely awful to deal with. I was involved in an accident passing through and have now been told that I cannot pay any of the bills that have been accrued without providing the payment in cash. I am now expected to uproot my family again after moving across the country and drive back to Memphis to pay instead of finding another solution suitable for all parties involved. Extremely disappointed in the complete lack of customer service at this company.

I waited for two hours for a tow truck that never showed. When I finally reached the dispatcher he said the tow truck had broken down. Both the tow truck driver and the dispatcher had my telephone number but neither bothered to call to say they were not coming to pick up my car. I wish I could have given them zero stars.

They came to pick up my car and couldnt give me any information as of where my car was, they took my tags off my car and more.

They are charging a lot for towed vehicles. And terrible prices for the days of the car parked there.
