I use to LOVE Debra nails, but i had not been there in about 2 yrs. I went on yesterday and was TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED...Never again want be going back and then you are charging more.....and I was the only one there and nails are a mess

I’m literally here now and I must say I did not enjoy my experience. She snatched my hands so much as if my arms would grow and the paint job is horrible. It’s a first and last visit for me. P.s my friend has mix n match length and angled nails.

They’re really nice and timely, but my nails started lifting a week in TWICE. this second time one came clean off and it’s only been three days. on top of that the nails are super thick and they will not thin them down.

Amazing!! I love their work! They are neat and organizedI had a conversation with one of the ladies and shes a spiritual and friendly woman . They love what they do and respect and give all their customers fair and valuable services!!

I was not greeted when I came in. There were 2 workers busy delivering services and another customer waiting. It took about 20 mins before I was greeted and put in a pedicure station. My pedicurist was very thorough and did not speak with me but I was reading a book I started while I was waiting. She did a great job on my feet and did extra scrubbing without being promoted. It took about 40 mins for her to finish and they did not rush me to leave even though I was the last customer. I sat at the drying table for 10 mins before leaving. I will return.

If they allowed us to do no stars or negative stars I would. I waited in this shop for about 30 to 45 mins waiting to be helped. A lady and her daughter walked in and waited 10 to 15 mins with no appointment no nothing and was waited before me. I called back and after I left cause I wont spend my money where I am not appreciated, and told the manager that was rude. She then tells me that the lady came in and asked for a pedicure. Word of advice to the owner and to future customers. Yell out what it is you want to have done when u walk in the store. Or else you will be looked over. Poor customer service.

She didnt even clean under my nails before doing the tips and she cut me with the file on my toes. For $46 I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went to Debra nails on January 2 2016 to get my nails done I asked for a gel set I paid 30 and the lady made me dry my hands under dryer when you get gel you dont have to dry your nails under dryer and she used a regular polish I was very upset the manager is gone for a month.When I left my polish messed up and smeared aint no way it should had happened if I had gel polish.When you do gel you are suppose to paint the nails put it under the UV nail dryer and paint it again not once did the lady do that she painted my nails with regular polish and put me under a regular dryer when she was finished I kept asking her she wasnt doing something right and she kept telling me she was I was being nice I paid 30 for my nails to get messed up and whenever I had gel nails my nails never did this I was not satisfied at all with my service
