Mrs. Cindy has been doing my electrolysis for quite some time. Her facility is quaint, clean, and welcoming. The pricing is reasonable. She does not accept credit/debit cards- bring checks or cash! As part of the LGBT community and being a transgender woman, I will say that her office is secure and she is respectful of who you are. Her communication skills are impeccable and her work is phenomenal. I recommend seeing her if you are looking to get rid of some welcome hairs! Electrolysis is the only FDA approved permanent hair removal solution. Call her today! If she doesn’t answer then leave her a voicemail. She always calls you back!

I called at least five times, left a voicemail and submitted an online form. NEVER heard back, and NO ONE EVER answered the phone. I’m done; guess they don’t want my business. It’s a shame because a friend recommended them.

They were very informative about what procedures were going to be most beneficial for me. They were very nice as well. There was no wait time.

I had laser removal before but the hair returned so I tried electrolysis. It was a progress and a success.

Great personal operation! Ive had electrolysis at many venues in many states and Cindy Goforth knows her stuff! She is friendly, efficient, professional and clean and works with you so you get the results you want. She will take the time to sit down and explain the procedure to first-timers to dispel any myths and misconceptions and set appropriate expectations. The office isnt super fancy and thats OK. Its clean, functional and pleasant. Id rather not pay more just for a fancy reception area and a high society address. I highly recommend East Memphis Electrolysis.

I absolutely love this place! Ms. Cidney knows her stuff! Youre in great hands if you go here. Shes clean, and hilarious! I live out of town and when I need her services I rush to her office and she takes care of me hands down. I remember she came in on a Saturday for me, just to see me. She loves her customers!

I have been going for almost two years now. I recommended Mrs. Cindy to all of my family members. She makes you feel comfortable. I did my facial hair and I don’t even use a tweezer anymore!

Ive been seeing Cindy for years, though mainly for maintenance now. She has helped me tremendously as I have PCOS and unwanted hairs seem to pop up out of nowhere. I recommend her highly for permanent hair removal. Shes also fun to talk to while taking care of an embarrassing problem.
