We paid half of the quoted price for a service that was never fully completed. Basically it cost almost $100 to get our car vacuumed and the service we actually wanted and specifically requested was never performed. Called multiple times, was told it would be forwarded to the person doing the service and never heard back from anyone. We gave up and moved on. But as a result, we would never use them again or recommend them.

Ive used Car Genie twice now, and their work has been satisfactory! Ill definitely use them again in the future. 👍👍👍
