Customer service doesnt follow through and warranty doesnt exist. Ive been dealing with Mack. They dont honor the warranty. I spent good money on the ceramic pro. W warranty option. Long story short, they just directed me to local dealers in California none didnt know what to do next, all I got was to purchase the service all over again. What is being warranty? I reached out through email. Over and over, I regret it. I would not recommend to any tesla owner

Customer service needs lots of help: Spoke to a lady named Jalisa and I asked her a question....silence. No hold on one second no great question let me find out just silence...then she comes back to tell me that she basically has no idea whats going on. More questions were asked, more uncertain answers were given. Finally got to her telling me we dont control what amazon puts on their website uhhhh yes you do if you sell through them. Over it.

Ive been using products from Optimum Polymer Technologies for more than 10 years now. Terrific detailing product line-up from Optimum No Rinse Wash to their advanced paint coatings like Opti-Coat Pro and Gloss Coat. Outstanding polishes too. My job as a detailer has become so much easier thanks to the no rinse wash and Opti-Seal, which is a sealant you simply wipe onto the paint.
