They don’t clean cars inside right i had to go to a mobile car washer the next day i don’t refer them. outside was okay but inside nope they didn’t clean everywhere inside. wasted 55

While the results werent perfect, I dont believe anyone could have done a better job. A few days ago my 10 year old truck was extremely dirty, so I personally scrubbed it by hand and took it through an automatic car wash. I also tried to vacuum up the dog hair, with little success. It was better, but still bad.So I decided to try this place that I have driven past 1,000 times in the past several years. I was afraid that it would cost $150 or more, but was pleasantly surprised when I saw the price list. I warned them that it hadnt been properly cleaned in years, and that the carpet was thick with dog hair. I fully expected them to charge a lot extra, but they didnt. I ended up paying $38 for the Supreme Wash plus $12 for the pet hair. It was a bargain. Those two guys got right on it and didnt stop until everything was done. I couldnt have done better if I had worked on it all day.I will definitely be back. My only complaint is that they were closed the first time I came by, and no one answered the phone, so at first I figured they had closed down for good. Fortunately I had found an email address on their website, and they later replied to my message with an explanation that it was looking like rain, so they had closed up for a few hours. They should have a special sign on the door for those occasions, and someone should answer the phone during normal business hours no matter what.

Terrible service. On its website it says they close at 6 pm. I called several times on the phone and they never answered. When I arrived at 5:15 pm, Kevin refused to wash the car because he was tired and had another job after he left the car wash. Very disappointed and very bad treatment and customer service. Zero stars instead of one.

They cracked the inside dash of my new car & and I didn’t realize until after I left my gate key was gone that I left in cup holder. I’m very upset and would never go here again. Cleaning was mediocre as well. Save your time & money.

For a $15 basic wash, the service could be better. I was here on Wednesday afternoon 4/24/19. In the middle of having my car washed, the rude lady inside comes out and pretty much tells the man washing it, “forget about her car and finish the other car.” Really?I normally never pay $15 for a car wash, but it was my last day in Memphis and I knew I’d be too tired to wash it once I got back to Florida. They like to make money, but they don’t like to give good service. The guys were nice, but the lady from inside had a nasty attitude. My wheels were still dirty as well.

The entire staff is nice, friendly, and professional. My car was extremely dirty from our snow days. They took excellent care of my car, both inside and out. I will definitely be coming back.

Really good work; just be prepared to sit for a good amount of time. I will return because the prices are good.

They did a Good job cleaning my car but as the employees were working they were talking, laughing and wasting time, which made me late to a event that I was trying to go to.

This isnt a detailing service, just a basic hand wash. They are nice, but simply dont pay attention enough to wash the car well. They scratched my car and didnt realize it until I showed them. If you have an older vehicle you dont care about, this is your place. If you care about how your car looks, go elsewhere. I literally still had dirty rims and salt on my car after they claimed it was done.

Horrible, took too long just to still have dirty wheels and more. I asked him to wipe the bottom of the door again, he sat on the ground down by wheels! I know he saw the dirt, but I just said ok thank you. Never again. Do better thats horrible and not done timely enough for the results, took way too long, a hour.
