As always OUTSTANDING service performed by Winchester Tire & Alignment. I went in for a routine tire balance and rotation. During the inspection, it was determined I had a nail in 1 of the 4 tires. A new tire replacement would be needed. A new tire was ordered and replaced. By lunch time, I was back on these 901 streets and highways again. Very professional and friendly but most of all…..HONEST! Took it in for a specific reason because another mechanic from a different place told me I needed a $1200 fix and that my problem was of dire need. They looked at the “problem” and couldn’t find the issue. So instead of doing it anyway they called me and explained the situation to me and asked if they could do a procedure that would help determine the problem if there was one but I would need to bring it back after I drove it awhile so this procedure would have time to work its magic and bring any issues to light. So I agreed and picked it up yesterday. This is an on going problem still at the moment but thus far I am completely happy with this shop both on service and professionalism. I think I have found my goto place for all automotive problems.

They open at 7:30 but dont start working on cars until 8am. I was first in line. Needed a patch on my tire. It has a slow leak. I left my windows open and handing them the keys. 8:10 I get up and look to see my car still sitting there with the windows up. 8:30am I told them I had to leave. My tire is still on a flat.If I had not have made a fuss I wonder how long I would have waited for them to patch my tire. At 8:29 they had my tire off my car and had to put it back on. They took the tire off my car to patch it.

Okay. So let me start off by saying that I will never be more satisfied with such a great professional service. I have an 03 Buick Regal GS that I bought in Nov 2018. I was working so much that I never had a chance to really drive it. Drove it and to my surprise it stalls out. More than once too. Change plugs, wires, and some other shop told me my battery was bad. So, new battery. Still stalling though. Ugghh! So 2 shops later and no luck. Finally. Finally called Winchester Tire and Alignment. They had it towed to their shop. Called me and asked me questions about it. I loved that. Listening to me. Gave me a call a few days later with a TRUE diagnosis of my problematic 03 Regal GS. Quoted me a price, which was reasonable. Next day shes back at home. No more than a week. Im impressed. They deserve 10 stars if you ask me. You pay for the best. And thats what I got...btw shes been handling beautifully since you guys laid hands on her. Look at her now!!

Unfortunately my old rusty Jeep had been sitting in the car port for years but during COVID I had no choice but to get it safe and running. This place has worked magic on my wrangler and continue to keep me safe and Mobile, they also picked up my vehicle and dropped it off in the same spot for me the very next day! I cannot express how much they have helped me and my kids during uncertain times I can always count on this amazing crew for engine problems, welding on the frame, electrical work, wheels and alignment, honesty and thorough work including what to do at home to keep my Jeep running. I wasnt impressed with there service. I went in for a balance and rotation. They did NOT balance my tires at all. My car was shaking and Im not sure if they rotated them either. I wont be back and I will not recommend to anyone.

I was not able to get the other maintenance service that I needed done on my car due to Pandemic fallout. They where still back log.

I went in for a wheel alignment and transmission flush, & they were helpful and honest to not mess up my car giving me a transmission flush knowing I shouldn’t get one just for the extra cash they could’ve made. But my car felt brand new after getting the alignment. It was a little expensive because I had to get something fixed along with my wheel alignment but it was worth it.

The staff at Todd Hollidays went over and beyond to help me with my vehicle. Highly recommended....

I have been to Winchester Tires a few times and have experienced great customer service and knowledge of what they are doing. I appreciate them (Karl & the rest of the crew) for not trying to print out & make up services that I do not need. I will be back for sure!Update: 8/7/20I called & went to Winchester Tires about 2 months ago to get my A/C fixed. They wanted me to drop my vehicle off just to fix my air that takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. They didnt tell me that on the phone. So I had to take it to the dealership who of course has higher overhead fees but get the job done. My dealership also stated that I did not need a service that Winchester Tire said that I needed. Smh, everybody is out for money instead of helping now days. Hard to get good quality, reliable, & trustworthy help.

I brought my car in for wheel alignment, Adrian asked what was my car doing for me to ask about a wheel alignment. I told him and it turned out that I had a bent rim.... Had a diagnostic done on my vehicle that was wrong and charged 152 dollar s. Went to Whitehaven Car Care and diagnosed to replace cam and 02 sensor.Replaced both sensors and problem solved . Told by Winchester tire needed a fuel pump and would cost 1,000dollars for two sensors for 110 dollars .Been a loyal customer for yrs and spent a lot of money at Winchester tire, wont spend another penny there . Taking my business to Whitehaven Car Care period !!!!!!!!

Have taken my cars there for quite some time. Carl is great, but the management of the establishment leaves a lot to be desired... YOU do not pay for good service even though they may work with you. Great company to work with. Every time I have gone there (and I have been dealing with them for 20 years as they serviced our government vehicles), they have been efficient, have done a great job and given me a fair price. Unlike other shops, they dont try to sell you what you dont need. But they will make sure you are safe when you leave.

I thought that I had a slow leaking tire. They check it out and found none. I asked for the bill, they said no charge since they didnt fix anything. Always treated real nice when I go there.
