Nasty attitude didnt assist me told us he wasnt hooking his air up until needed and we needed sir.... Prejudice!!!

Ive been taking all of my cars to Davis for 7 or 8 years now and Ive never been anything but satisfied with the work theyve done. Theyre honest and reliable. Sure, Curtis may not answer the phone on the first ring, but if he tells you your car will be ready at certain time, the car will be ready and work performed just as he said it would be. Theres never any surprises.If youre looking for a reliable mechanic, this is your place.

So it starts with my car overheating. It was leaking coolant, so I took my car to Daviss by accident, actually meaning to go to another car repair place but driving to the wrong location. They charge me a fair price for coolant leak repair, I get the car back quickly, everything seems good. Less than 14 days later, wow, my car is overheating again! So I take it back to Daviss, hoping theyd honor their work warranty and fix it for me. They tell me its actually the radiator and that they would be charging me to fix this too. I, annoyed but not trying to seem fussy, agree and let them fix it. Get my car back, having done 2 repairs in 1 month, and again, NOT TWO WEEKS LATER, my engine is once again overheating. Do NOT use these guys! Their prices are good, but their work is crap. I cannot afford all these so-called repairs.

Never called to tell me the issue.

This shop would be more at home in a rural setting. The Ill get around to it when I get around to it attitude is a bit vexing. Never been treated particularly well when I have sought assistance with my automotive problems. I feel like I am being talked down to. Professional and punctual are two words that I would absolutely not use to describe this place.

I took my car to him for an estimate after he said to being it in first thing tomorrow morning. I did. And he was so rude when I called to see if he had had a chance to look at it, that I picked up my keys and went elsewhere. This place soes not care about customers or know how to speak to people. Avoid at all costs.

This guy had to do one simple task. Fix the bolts on my wheel. He short-cutted, putting on the wrong size bolts, and the lugs flew off, along with my wheel, while I was driving to the airport. I had to pay for the tow, and he tried to charge me for a new tire. He put on the wrong size bolts, again-- and didnt fix my shock, which was damaged in the accident. His negligence and bad attitude could have cost people their lives. Fortunately, I wasnt hurt and my wheel flying down the expressway didnt hit anyone. I dont recommend this guy, unless you want to get screwed hard.

I have no idea why people said it is a good repair shop. He is bad attitude. After he repaired my car, Problem is not solved. Besides, my window can not goes up and down, my AC broke!!!!!! I need to pay almost 1000 to Toyota to repair those NEW problem because of him!!!!! Do not go!!! Trust me.

Shouldve went with my gut on this place. Davis auto told me I needed to replace my throw out bearing, and that my clutchwas rready to be changed as well. I said go ahead. Do what you need to do to get it done right. About a month after this repair, the pressure behind the clutch pedal dropped, and I started feeling and hearing vibrations from the pedal. I called last and finally got to talk to someone, and was told, that they were busy, and he had grease all over his hands, so he couldnt take down my info. So I said Id call back in a couple hours. I did. He said he took down my info when I gave it to him, and that he wanted me to call back 5 days later, because he had so much work to do.. I ride by his shop every day on the way to work. This place has the same cars parked there all week long. It has now been over a week since anyone has even picked up the phone and answer my calls. I think he programmed my number as a do not answer as the name when I call. Im gonna call from a different number next week. I am so tired of people like this. They dont care about their customers. They only care about money it seems. Hopefully, Ill be able to change my ratingfor this business. Its all up to Davis.

Chuck Vicious is delusional!!! he is not even in my data base as a customer we have never had a wheel come off and if he did as he said then why werent we notified like he said. im here M-F 730 till 5 i will gladly fix any problem you have
