Interest in acquiring homeowner insurance. Answered quite a bit of questions and was told I would receive a call back however never got a response. At least I would have liked to heard deny or accept. Just saying!

Real good insurance company

Signed up with them last year then I experienced my 1st claim ever. I was completely overwhelmed,I called (my agent) Rob Burger as soon as the office opened. I had a claim number in 30 minutes and received approval to start the cleanup & remediation process immediately. Granted, this is the 1st claim I have ever had to file, but I could not have asked for better service and repair.

By far the WORST insurance company I’ve dealt with.
