I have been with Farm Bureau since the early 90s and would have stayed but for a Renters policy that was a thousand dollars too expensive for too many years and also did not fully insure my rental property. If anything of a disaster had occurred, It would have been a major cost for us. This caused me to change my opinion of service for a company and want to look at Insurance companies. Which I did and I reviewed at least 8 companies I looked at Reyle Associates as a referral from my HVAC professional. Original email was done just to say that I had contacted Reyle. Jim Brogdon is the agent that called me. End result was 2 Homeowner,s policies, 1 auto policy and a $1,000,000 Umbrella Policy. Pricing was a factor but Erie Insurance is and has a recognition and rating that is superior. I feel comfortable with the decision and the value. Jim was very honest to work with, and interesting.

Use to love this insurance company when Ed Smith was there, now that hes gone I will be taking my business elsewhere. They are trying their best to raise my premium. The lady or ladies there call you and act like they are bill collectors (though Ive never been late or missed a payment) trying to force you to add household members to your policy that dont even drive YOUR vehicle. Then gets mad and tries to cancel your policy if you dont do it.
