Use caution when purchasing from this seller. There is no obvious signage for returns or refunds until you have made a purchase.Additionally, the seller will make claims to ensure a sale. I was assured that my purchase was of a recently opened, new product. After I found this product (a universal laptop charger) to not work for my laptop, I made the drive back up to Melbourne to return it. Upon arrival he smugly informed me he didnt refund refurbished products, note he told me this was NEW just two days ago, and accused me of lying about its charging capabilities.Im not very computer savvy. I didnt think to bring my laptop with me. Yes, thats my bad but the onus isnt on me to sit there for another day to try and charge it with a product not meant to work with my laptop.Go in well researched and with a little skepticism when buying here. You may pay more at a Best Buy or other big box store but at least they wont call you a liar or scoff at you for being less than tech savvy.

The owner of the store is very knowledgeable about his work on computers. Prices for his quality work he does are amazing! Family is also very knowledgeable & friendly. Ive been a customer & friend for years. Highly recommended!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We bought refurbished computer to him not even 3 months not using it much the push button on and off doesnt work anymore we bring it back to him he said cannot fix it anymore the computer dead like a door nail we just bought it from him morethan 500.00 $ he said the computer to old we just left it in there he didnt say anything we are so disappointed we paid to much money from him my husband trusted him but he let us so disappointed and also in our other computer he erased files and billed us again $$$ we are not recommends him at all.

I was having trouble figuring out how to mount two small Solid State Drives (SSDs) in my PCs hardware bays made for much larger ones. Abraham answered my call quickly, said bring my PC in, he should be able to fix it while I wait. I drove over with my PC and a box full of brackets and cables.Abraham took one look, politely informed me I could skip the brackets, and just screw the SSD drives right to the case! He REFUSED to take my money. He said it was his good deed for the day. I WOULD TRUST THIS MAN WITH ANY ISSUE YOU HAVE.

One time he even drove me in his own car to a business where I could buy the part I needed.He will even do House calls at a reasonable charge.He is very helpful in all areas and has he does Whats best for his client*If you have an issue with him I might just take a reality check on myself.

Ab is good he was recommended to me by my cable man. I think thats funny but the used computer I bought seems to be good and its what I paid for. I hope he continues to have success. I gave him four Stars because I wanted new Excel installed But it seem to be too expensive thank you.

Great place to go for computer repairs!!! This gentleman used to be in the Melbourne Mall!!! He is incredibly nice, very knowledgeable, guarantees his work and has very reasonable prices!!!! He also has a small selection of used computers for sale at great prices!!!! I would definitely recommend!!!!

The day I set foot in Melbourne, Fl. 2 years ago, this guy and his daughter have been a blessing. They always have an intelligent, prompt, budget concious solution to any problem I have had. I have used them 3 times for a variety of difficulties including a laptop replacement and every visit has been a positive and $ saving experience. Having run a school with a computer network for 20 years, I know what costs are and prompt, quality service is. They are far and away top of their game.

Scam. Ordered a custom computer and instead received a computer with none of the parts I requested. Then the owner refused a refund instead offered 75% of what i paid him for a restocking fee. I would have gladly paid a 25% restocking fee if he had given me the computer i asked for and not tried to defraud me. He then lied to my bank when I processed a charge-back and told them I refused to tell him what the issue was with the computer as well as saying he did give me the correct parts I had asked for. They were incredibly nice when taking my money but incredibly rude when I confronted them about defrauding me.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, looked at my laptop and really knew what he was doing. Excellent service and very affordable. The only suggestion would be that he should put price tags on all the merchandise in his shop side of his business. In any case, if I ever need laptop repair again Im going here.

Honestly, My computer was wiped about a month ago. My computer crashed, did not have the basic programs, died quicker by 3 hours(A sign of hacking in some cases), my program is considered not real since I got it back, when I put the info asked in, it restarts with the same issue. 0-stars though I can only leave 1-star as the least. Terrible service, when I called with questions they didnt understand a word I said and I was unable to talk with them about a disk that was missing from my computer. I cant believe my parents wasted their money here and we wont go back. I think this place needs to reconsider their Quality.

Only reason for one star here is for his customer service was great. OK so now for the gusto on this place:Business Presentation:The shop when you enter here is full of shelfs that are out in the open full of the old computer broken or used parts which should be in the back out of customers view and not on the shelfs with an inch of dust on all the stuff you can see with your eyes visibly, it looks very nasty and not presentable.Products:The products that he installs in these computers he builds custom for you have very marginal capable from power supplies to video cards and memory, very marginal being installed needs to offer these units he installs with true capability for what the customer is asking for that he/she need for them to work on at there business or house not used outdated old parts from other units being brought in that dont work for very long time after he shows you the finished PC in his store. People bring in used or broken units to him and he uses those parts to build a so called custom computer for you to work on and his parts are very old and outdated.Our Experience:From when we went in to the shop and picked up our build it was running fine and dandy but after about a week into using this computer for just online business no gaming mind you so its not like were running this very hard the PCI-E ( Graphics Card) did not handle two screens and this card was supposed to handle two monitors according to him and online that i checked myself. He also will take your Hard drive if you bring it in to put on the new PC build and wipe the drive so please backup the drive to somewhere else at home or else it will get wiped and lost of all stuff.Warranty: He gives you a warranty on his parts for like idk 30 days but go back in he installs something that works for the time being the wham goes out again so why use his so called shop warranty ummmm i dont think so this has trash all over it inside and out folks, i am not recommending this place to outside customers looking for a cheap custom build computer or computer build in general place please go elsewhere and help to not give this place business spread the word.

First, I must address that negative review I see here. If Abe has been in business for 14 years at that location, he is doing something right! If you could not work something out with him, I dont know what to say! Some people you just cannot make happy no matter what and I cannot imagine Abe not trying to make you happy..I stopped into his shop many times when I am in the area. I live in Winter Beach. A 35 min ride north. I just bought a new super powerful computer thru HP and decided to give Abe a shot because I wanted to install an SSD (solid state drive) to make this computer even faster. He did it the same day, made sure I understood what he did and demod the machine for me. This machine boots up in 20 seconds! Beat that.. And it will always do that.. The benefit of an SSD! I highly recommend Abe for any thing you need done, computer wise! He is also training his son to become a successful businessman as well. He is a very polite young man and will do well in life.If you need repairs or a new build, dont hesitate to go here.

Went to have new hard drive installed.wasnt new and was missing basic programs.went back to see what the problem was they couldnt figure it out. 150$ thrown away
