Initially felt comfortable, I had a laptop that needed a hard drive replacement, Immediately after getting it back it had issues and right back into the shop where I was told another hard drive would be needed, Im a little confused here because the last hard drive I had paid for plus shipping, giving the benefit of the doubt I figured the first one was bad, though I was never told a real reason, more down time and more missed work time running this down there .... All better, right? Nope, got it home and it would not connect to the internet .... turns out it had been configured to run on a wired connection and not the original wifi, that cost me more lost work time to get that corrected .... My experience was never customer friendly, I felt more of a burden to the technician, who sent me texts such as today is my laundry day making me feel as though his socks was more important than my satisfaction ....
