I had my iPhone 11 screen replaced and within 2 weeks of service the screen is now bulging off my device and my battery is now acting up. Odd because when they ran the diagnostic on my phone initially there was no issues. The work is rushed. Go the extra distance to an actual apple location because these clowns are only trying to take your money.
I first came in to visual dynamics a few years back needing service on my watch and phone and was BLOWN AWAY by the fantastic service and assistance I received. I told everyone where to go knowing how satisfied they’d be. Then I heard from a few people I referred that they had moved and they were left feeling disappointed in the level of service. I recently needed some work done on an older Mac Book pro. I had a fan replaced and the software reloaded. A week after they worked on this computer, which had never had an issue in 10 years, the screen stopped working. I brought it back And was told (rudely) it was a new issue and it would cost me the same to reboot the software again... with little to no options, I reluctantly sent it through service again. Now a month later, THE SAME PROBLEM ALL OVER AGAIN. It should cost me another $120 but I fear calling back to get the same rude response and zero accountability.
I bought my iPhone 7 Plus in to see if they could fix it. The wouldn’t come back on at all and Savannah was so helpful. So professional and patient. I had so many question because unfortunately my phone could not be fixed and I ended up getting a iPhone 11. Savannah was a big help because coming from a 7 phone there was a huge difference in operating my new phone and she had no problem helping me. I’ll probably go to her for help from now on instead of Verizon.
Techs are completely knowledgeable and great attitude
Not at all happy. Apple referred us to this business to fix the iPhone. They couldnt fix it & had to send it to be repaired. The guy said it would be about 3-5 days. A week later, we called and another guy said it was ready. We drove 40 minutes to get it, just for the Tech to tell us that it was not ready and that his manager must have given us false info. A few days later, we called back just to have a girl tell us she could see the phone was shipped, but no more info than that (no tracking, nothing). We called back a few days later, and they said they had no info for us. I contacted Apple directly, they gave an apology, said the phone should have been sent to our home (which VDI said wasnt an option), still no more info was given. A day later, the iPhone finally arrived to the store. Names and info on the repair order were incorrect (not very professional). 40 minute drive back to grab the phone after almost 2 weeks... If we ever have an issue with another Apple product, we will drive the extra miles to go to an actual Apple store. Way too much of a run around at this place!!! Always a different story when talking to their people.... poor business practice.
They told me it would be 14 days to look at my airpods. They kept them for a month and a half. Lied and said they tried contacting me, I checked my cell bill, no call from them. They also claimed they emailed me, but I have no email. They waited an additional 20 days to try contacting me again from their first call and email (both not received). When they called, they now claimed that because one AirPod was missing that they couldn’t fix the case without the missing AirPod. They never said anything when I dropped it off missing an AirPod. They said that $130 for a new AirPod. I contacted Apple instead, and since I have AppleCare it’s free to replace the case, which is the problem. I don’t need a new AirPod.
No resolve my problem I drive 1 hour and they dont solve me and I said how the apple they sent me to stop if they dont do that and I dont like it because I wasting my time at all
Brought in my Macbook Pro 2018 for a failed battery, they fixed it but when I got it back all of the USB ports are loose and keep loosing connections, make it difficult to even get power to it. The Wifi and Bluetooth are now intermittent and keep resetting my external monitors, it make the Macbook almost unuseable.I spoke to Apple and they said they did not see a entry for testing by these guys before the gave it back. Now I have to sent to Apple (not these guys) and they are going to replace most of the internal hardware. NOT HAPPY - and they didnt even say they were sorry for the damage they caused, bad attitude, never again, dont make the same mistake I did - go someone else.
Everything I expected. Professional. Fast turnaround. Clean repair. My MacBook Pro is back in business! Thank you!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST! They don’t’ deserve even the one star if there was the choice of 0 I would have used it. The worst customer service I have faced so far by far. I was booked by Apple at this place to change my battery for my iPhone 6 Plus a week ago. After driving almost for an hour and a half, I arrived at this shop to find out that they didn’t have any technicians or the spare battery. The young man behind the counter was rude, not apologetic and it seems he didn’t even care. After I asked him if he knew that there would be no technicians or the spare batteries why he didn’t advice me in advance to save me the time and miles to drive all the way. His response was that he didn’t find the time FOR A WEEK to warn the customers. I called Apple customer care and told them what happened, they called the shop and the shops sales person told to the Apple reps that he offered me to order the batteries, which he didn’t. They are is not only bad sales reps but liars as well.
First off, don’t expect Apple to make you an appointment with an independent store. That concept is just silly; for those that don’t realize... when you call Apple for tech support the person is located in Canada, India or some place 1000 miles away from you... they have no idea what the policies of every store in the US are—independent or Apple. Apple online support is barely able to even locate a store...something I can do on Maps in about 30 seconds. In short, call the store yourself and make an appointment like a normal human being instead of relying on Apple chat to make an appointment—or do something super uncommon these days... actually walk in and have a face to face chat... the Visual Dynamics team was incredibly helpful with or without an appointment. With that being said, Visual Dynamics did a great job at getting my phone repaired under warranty. The team was super helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me understand what could be malfunctioning and what the proper course of action for repair would be. I only had my Iphone for 4 months—bought from a cell phone provider—before it started having issues of freezing. My phone is now working 100% and I couldn’t be happier. I will be a repeat customer due to my positive experience with this Apple premiere partner—and it sure beats driving to Orlando.
We visited Visual Dynamics after my wifes iPhone 6 plus screen went bad. While the overall experience with Apples technical support has not been the best, the folks at Visual Dynamics have seemingly done all that was within their power to help us. They have friendly staff, and seem eager to help resolve issues. The only improvement I could suggest, and this is really more directed at Apple, is to be as accommodating with your re-sellers as you are when a customer calls directly. The re-sellers are dealing with Apple on behalf of the customer, so Apple should treat their re-sellers as such. I felt like there really was no reason why I had to get on the phone with Apple support for an hour to get a resolution on our issue. Visual Dynamics was told twice by Apple that they would not cover the cost of the repair of our iPhone because the phone had been tampered with, which we know was not the case. Again, this seems like a relationship issue that should be addressed with Apple, but as one of their re-sellers, I think you should be able to have that conversation with Apple, and not have to get customers to apply leverage. Overall, we are very happy with the service at Visual Dynamics.
Very good my wife got her iPhone repaired, and she is very happy.
** Beware - Apple Scam! ... I made an appointment through Apple to have my iPhone battery replaced. After standing outside for a half an hour past my appointment while they worked on a walk in, I was charged an extra $40 fee that you don’t pay at Apple stores! Save your money and go to an actual Apple store!!
I had a problem with my laptop not turning on and as a Realtor working on trip it was very important to get back working ASAP, I dropped off at 4:00 and Lawrence called me back before they closed that night. He said the battery as loose, he would check out completely and I had it back by 3:00 the next day. He was honest and very helpful. Im so glad that when we move back to the area next year we will have a great Apple Store so close to our house. We have Apple everything.
Went there to get my laptop screen fixed. They quoted me the cheapest price out of any store in Melbourne and Orlando. They would also have been the fastest if they got it done in the time they said they would. I was originally quoted $754. I went to drop it off only to be charged a $120 deposit fee (FIRST ISSUE) that they failed to tell me about on the phone. No big deal. They said it would be done in 5-7 days rather than the 3-5 days they told me on the phone (SECOND ISSUE). A few days later, I get a call saying that they are going to charge me $873.25 instead of $754. This is verbatim what they told me, Sir, I understand that we misquoted you, but if we did charge you the original price we wouldnt be making any money off you. The part is $699.99 and with tax we are at the price we originally quoted you. There wouldnt be a labor charge so we wouldnt make any money. (THIRD ISSUE) I had already paid the deposit so I was stuck with their business. I told them to go ahead. A few days later, they called me and said they were going to knock the price down to $813.25 and see if there was a cheaper way to fix it. Two days later, I get another call saying the attempt for a cheaper fix was a fail. I was stuck at $813.25 (FOURTH ISSUE). Fine I said. I needed the laptop fixed by the end of the week because I was leaving for college. They told me I was their main priority. Two days later, I get another call saying that they needed to train someone to fix the laptop because it was a new model but rest assured it would be done by the end of the week (FIFTH ISSUE). Today, I get a call saying they cannot fix the laptop (SIXTH ISSUE). I told them I would call them back in an hour because I was busy and could not talk. Nick told me that we would be in until 12. I called them back at 11:35 and asked for Nick. Nick has left for the day. Unbelievable (SEVENTH ISSUE). A few minutes later, Nick calls me and makes me an appointment for the Apple Store by my college. Now I have to leave a day early for college, and I will not have my laptop fixed in time for classes. Two weeks wasted. Thank you Visual Dynamics. Please DO NOT give these people your time or money.
DO NOT GO HERE. Take your device to Connecting Point Computer Center instead. Dont bother with this place. They dont care about you.My laptop needed the logic board replaced. They said they would order the part and overnight it. Would take 3 days tops. After nearly 3 weeks they still didnt have the part and would not give me an ETA. On top of that, when I complained, the manager at the main store was unprofessional and gave me a LOT of attitude.Thankfully, they gave me a refund of the $120 diagnosis fee they charged when I left my device with them to be repaired. I googled other Apple Service Providers and found Connecting Point Computer Center, and took my laptop there. They ordered the part and fixed it in less than a day! No kidding.
I brought my iMac in for diagnostics and the staff was extremely helpful. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem as well as the options I had for repair. They werent looking for ways to take my money or overcharge me for something unnecessary, they just wanted to help me get my computer working. Rocco was especially helpful and friendly. This place is great!
I took my iphone 6 plus there because it kept zooming large. They showed me how to correct the problem. The sales person was very nice. I love that store. I love Mac laptops. Thanks for locating it so close to my house.
Helped my friend but didnt show her how to make corrections or use email
Took my Iphone 5 there within a couple of days after the recall. Was told theyd have a new battery within 3-4 business days. One month later no battery. I understand the back log but thats not the problem. Twice Ive called and twice I received a poor attitude and was rushed off the phone both times. Clearly I was an inconvenience.UPDATE, I finally received a new battery and the customer service was much better. I updated my review as I feel my initial review my have been a little unfair.I gave them a second chance with my desk top. I mentioned what I did on the phone and was told to bring it in, they might be able to fix it. Drove 45 minutes only to be told nothing could be done. It would have been nice if they mentioned this on the phone, I wont be back.
Why do we write reviews only when we are dissatisfied? I returned on Friday from yet another visit to Visual Dynamics resolved to say what a helpful and enlightening experience it had been. I was feeling quite desperate about a communication problem with Mexico. Over a period of several hours while he also patiently helped others, Ryan walked me through the steps to scan (and put a scan icon on my desktop), and to use iTranslate for a major letter. Then he made sure that it went on it way. I felt as if a great weight had been lifted. Over a period of time the staff at Visual Dynamics have helped me, always with intelligence and good humor. Some months ago Justin gave me truly great help with my iPhone. Conrad has given meaningful answers to questions.I took an informative class with Javier.I am a senior, basically competent but not always tech savvy with computers. Several years ago I came out of retirement to do a major Tiffany exhibition and book, working primarily on the internet, as my office was in New York. I wish I had known Visual Dynamics then. Much stress would have been alleviated. Thank you,Visual Dynamics.
AJ was super helpful in helping me diagnose a weird clicking sound I had with my computer. I noticed he was friendly and attentive to everyone who walked in and was able to set an appointment, point the customers in the right direction, or help them right away. Its so nice to know I do not need to drive all the way to Orlando to get my laptop serviced through my AppleCare plan. Thanks AJ!
Michael is a genius. was on the Phone to apple for hours. brought all my stuff and he was able to fix my Problem.. Thank you so much!!
Most wonderful people ever!! Helped me out SO much!! Returning (instead of going to Orlando? PRICELESS) tomorrow & know I will revive the wonderful service I did prior!!
Pretty good place to get your computer or phone worked on.
Excellent response from Rocco at Viera store, in dealing with a difficult ordering process. He worked with us obtain a new Mini-IPad to meet our needs. He then was able to supply information pertaining to setting and cloud usage.
A job well done on the transfer data from old Macbook to the new iMac. Their patience with applications and problem solving techniques, made it easy to leaving the store without doubt. Take a Bow!!
I took my iPhone 5 in to get the battery replaced under the recall Apple issued last year. They did a great job and got it done even quicker than they had anticipated. The staff was very friendly and professional.
My wife and i visited Visual Dynamics to upgrade our aged ipads and tech support transferred all our cloud-stored data over to the new ipads. The support by these guys and gals are very professional and friendly as well as knowledgeable of Apple products and their operating systems. If youre in the Avenues area of Viera, Florida...put them to work for you, youll be glad you did.
Horrible!!! I have the new MacBook Pro with touch bar. On 2/27 it would not turn on. I called Apple and was referred to Visual Dynamics due to the distance to the nearest Apple Store. I had an appointment for the following day (2/28) at 3:00pm. The tech briefly looked at it and advised me they would have to keep it 1-2 business days, 3-4 tops. I was contacted that night and advised the logic board was bad and one had to be ordered. I didnt hear from them all week. I called on Saturday and was told techs do not work on weekends, but the part was there it should be fixed by Monday. Monday came and went-nothing. I called Tuesday and was told they were waiting on the tool to port the data. The tech called me Wednesday night and said it was repaired and he was porting the data, it will be ready Thursday by 12:30. That time came and went-nothing. At 2:30 I called and was told it was ready-come get it. I drive 25 miles one way to be told it wasnt repaired. Frustration was an understatement! It was only after I contacted Apple Consumer Relations, it seemed to light a fire under them. I had to find out from Apple that the battery was bad and had to order one. Serious miscommunication. Now I understood when they told me they had never worked on one as this is a new model and Im fairly paitent and understanding-all they would have to do is communicate with me-they did not-I never even spoke or saw the manager. I was told by Apple a realistic expectation would be the following Monday or Tuesday. Low and behold I got a call on Saturday-repair complete. I wonder how long it would have taken had I not called Apple. From here on out, I will drive the 37 miles to the nearest Apple store. This business will never see me again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Terrible customer service. The tech guy who has been there for three years needs to stay in the back. Not a single customer service bone in his body. He immediately was offensive and snarky. I bit my tongue because I didnt want to make the trek to the other visual dynamic ( should have they are so much better). He proceeded to tell me that it probably was just a software glitch even though Ive had issues with my wifes phone phone since the moment I purchased it when it was a brand new blank slate. This tells me that its a hardware issue, however since Im not a tech, I cant know anything about phones. (Total vibe from this guy)Needless to say I paid the $30 to get the phone reset, even though I did already reset it to factory settings but he assured me thats not what they were going to do. He told me NOT to back it up to my iCloud contacts because I can just back up my wifes phone, ( however with being a software issue if I backed my phone up to the old software theres a large chance I will get the same issue I had if it was still a software issue, but again I dont know anything about phones) This was strike two. now my wife doesnt have any of her contacts because I listened without thinking!!!Visual Dynamics assured me they fixed my phone with the reset, they assured me they watched it for over an hour to make sure it is fixed. Needless to say I turn it on and it has the same issue 😳Lets wrap this up! I take it back, they send it in to apple this time (I managed to dodge the tech) and the ice creme on the cake? They dont call me for a week, I finally call them, and they said they called me once a few days ago! No message, no missed call, and they are saved in my contact list. Very suspicious since all my other calls and messages came in fine 👎🏼
The store should lose their Apple license. They should put a sign in the window - we only sell new stuff and we will treat you like garbage if you bring something in for repair. There is a reason people pay a premium for a Mac product and it isnt to be treated like a POS.Ill never again walk into that place or spend a penny there.Too bad because I was considering adding 10 more work stations to the office - I guess well go back to PCs.
I just love This Place ! :)... Really Wonderful People, Selling and Servicing Apple/Mac products - with genuine Concern for Their Customers and Their Work !Highly Recommended !!!Thanks Guys !Rus:)
I got the entire display for my MacBook Pro replaced here less than a year ago, and last night I discovered the camera wasn’t working. I brought the laptop back to the exact same store and they refused to clean up their mess without me paying.
Terrible service and customer support! Brought iMac in with AppleCare appt. Was told, Those appointments dont mean anything. Just bring in your stuff with or without it. I described problem and what I had done to try to fix it. Then tech asked me if I had tried.......(things I had just said that I had tried.) I asked, Hey I lost my apple TV remote as well. Does THIS one work with the very first Apple TV? Tech: Yes! I bought it. It did NOT work with 1st Apple TV but I was later told by these folks, We dont take returns if you have opened packaging. Me: Its YOUR error, so you WILL take it back. Tech: Ill ask my manager. They did take it back but the person who was supposed to reimburse my credit card CHARGED IT A 2ND TIME INSTEAD!!!!! This requires another long drive there for them to fix.Waited 2 days then called about my iMac. They had not looked at it yet. I was told someone would call me by the end of the day. No one called me. This went on for a week. iMac had not been opened or worked on and I waited on hold for 15 or 20 minutes while the person answering the phone tried to get info. about when they might actually work on iMac. They finally opened it and said they had to order a logic board. Several days later and more time on hold for me, they still had no idea when the part would come in. This went on for 2.5 weeks! One of these times I happened to be nearby (I live far away from this location) and called, waited on hold and was told It will be ready in 10 minutes. I drove over to get it 30 minutes later. It wasnt ready. I waited 10 more minutes but had to leave without it due to prior appt. elsewhere. I cant imagine how these folks could be any worse at what they do! Would NEVER use them for AppleCare again. Editing this to add (Yes, the later called me back and said they COULD refund over the phone.) Total time from appt. to pick up was 13 days.
After having a very trying experience at the IHB location and Visual Dynamics being only one of two authorized Apple repair stores in Brevard, I decided to give the Viera location a chance before heading to Orlando. Rocco and Mike (?) took great care of me and ultimately resolved my iPhone issue. They were patient, kind and went well above the call of duty in order to help me save some very important data before losing the phone entirely. I highly recommend using Visual Dynamics at their Viera location.
Thanks AJ and anyone else that got my MacBook Air back up and running! Great service, price and people!
Fixed my MacBook Pro. Great.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Visual dynamics is a totally disreputable business. They massively overcharge for the most minor repair work. They will lie to you about the repairs needed, as well as any repairs they perform. By the time they return your device they will have charged far more for the repair than the device is worth. Take your computer to ANY other repair shop befor using these crooks.
A great resource for an old broad who needs help with computers
Might as well buy it from Apple directly or accessories by Amazon... The manager never has items in stock!!!
I brought my 2015 Mac Book Pro to Susan at this location. She was very helpful in the diagnostic test and was sympathetic to my issue which made me feel better. She showed be the best trick to try and fix my computer at home (screen flickering). The computer is only a month old or less so she told me if it did not work to bring it in to check in for repair. I will be going up there today to drop it off. Thanks again Susan!UPDATE: Service has been flawless, My Macbook Pro has to go back to Apple,,,BUT I can say between Jalil and Susan I think they exhausted every effort to repair my computer. Some things just have to be sent to Apple. Susan and Jalil the technician kept up their professionalism and courtesy with constant communication which made me feel more at ease. Jalil explained everything he had done to diagnose the repair and the tests came up negative BUT they did explain this to me before hand not to be surprised. That helped when I found out that it did come back negative I was not surprised but just happy to be informed in a timely fashion. As soon as I found out from Jalil he was already preparing my computer to be sent back overnight priority to Apple, hassle free for me :) ! I also had a chance to speak with the Manger Rocco he was very nice and professional and kept a smile up and answered every annoying question I had while sympathizing to my issue. So all in all these folks are great to work with and people keep in mind they can only do so much with their resources. I will be up there this weekend so they can look at my Iphone 6 screen. Thank you Susan, Jalil and Rocco!!!!!Keep up the great customer service!!!!!
This is the worse store ever! I called ahead of time and told them i had an iPhone in need of repair and asked if this was something they could help me with, seeing as I was driving 40 miles to get there, I wanted to be sure. They said they could fix it for a flat service fee. I get there and Im told there is no way they could humanly fix it without sending it to an apple repair store which would cost over $100 and so I might as well just buy a new phone at that cost. Its a Saturday afternoon and the store is packed and there is only ONE person working with a store manager hiding out in the back. I know this cause I see him as he passes the long line of customers to get to the front door to leave to go out and buy himself a drink only to return and hide in his office again. I think the girl didnt want to help me cause she didnt have time, which I couldnt really blame her. The next day I took my Iphone to Tmobile and they fixed it in 10 minutes for Free!
It is nice but wish there was an Apple store closer than Orlando
My iMac was having an issue, which turned out to be hard to troubleshoot and diagnose. Jalil, the tech, went the extra mile to figure out what was going on. 10/10 will go back.
I have been on the waiting list for an iphone loaner while my iphone 5 was supposed to be fixed. I called there 5 months ago before writing this review right now and was told it would be 2 weeks and that Im number 6ish in line. No problems at this point. A month goes by and I call again, same story, 2 weeks and Ill have a loaner, except this time I was in line number 9. Weird huh? Another month goes by and I call, irritated at this point, and they tell me it will be about 4 weeks now. I dont have time to drive to orlando to go to the real apple store, so i stick it out and just wait, I mean hell its already been months, how much longer can it be? I called after 4 weeks just for them to tell me they dont know how long it will be and that Im in line number 16 now. Outraged that some how I keep getting bumped up in line and being lied to multiple times, I just let them do their little speech about the waiting time and then end the call. Another month goes by and I call just for them to tell me Im better off buying a new phone and then bringing them my iphone 5 so THEY can ship it out. SO I went and picked up an iphone 6 and proceeded to meet these people Ive been talking to on the phone to. I walk in with my iphone 5 and ask for them to ship it out and explain who I am. The employee tells me that I have to call apple now and have them ship me a box because I activated my iphone 6 (THEY TOLD ME TO DO THIS ORIGINALLY!!!). So now that Ive wasted countless months on this idiots as well as gas driving to their store just for them to send me away, Im outraged and will be hammering their joke of a company any time I can. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE NOR SUPPORT THEIR COMPANY
I spent an entire day back and forth with several employees about fixing my iPad. Everyone who I spoke with was very helpful and gave me the exact same price estimate which was exactly what I was willing to pay. After several phone calls and a visit, I left my iPad there and felt relieved. I received a call from the manager verifying a price much higher than I had agreed to that I wasnt willing to pay (almost the price of a new iPad to fix my cracked screen). The manager was extremely rude and unapologetic claiming he didnt know anything but whatever I was told was wrong. NOT what I expected after spending 24 hours with several people and being reassured multiple times the same information. The employees were fantastic, the manager was AWFUL. I returned to pick up my unfixed iPad and he was nothing but cold and unprofessional. The Apple store in Millenia Mall ended up fixing my iPad for less and they were super awesome!
They helped me the most they could, even though it was a hardware issue and they did not have the parts I needed.
They know their stuff!@
The staff is very knowledgeable
Didnt know how to sort out problem with my air drop!!!!
Friendly and efficient.
Worst place. Dont take anything there. The service is nonexistent.
Glad they are in our area
BAD SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.They refused to allow me internet access to factory reset my operating system and start the repair. Just for wanting to charge me $ 60. Unethical. And it leaves the Apple company very bad.I drove from Orlando and missed my trip dont waste time on this business.I left and I am requesting a new appointment to Apple support where I will put my complaint.RESPONSE TO ASTONISHMENT OWNERS COMMENTIn Apple they allow you internet access, to perform backup, etc. Dont take another route. What is bad is charging for something that the customer can do himself. The rest is blah blah blah.If providing the Apple customer service experience isnt important to you, its your problem. But I warn the same as other reviews, the place does not meet the expectations of a customer used to the Apple experience.I did not go to ask for a service, I went to have a service provided.I hope they take corrections.CONTINUATION. TO THE ANSWERDONT GO TO THIS SITE, DONT WASTE TIMEAnd moneyYOU READ I THANK YOU FOR THE CLARIFICATIONBut they are still very badWuaoooo they are tech savvy and they cant keep public internet access safe, I cant believe it.I installed the software at home in 20min. Apple sent me a box and I resolved, I ended up having my computer back in 2 days.I already made the Apple claim for the lousy service. For something they have so little score in google, I think Im not the only one who has presented problems.Greetings and I insist, I took corrections.
