We had an issue with our Yamaha cart and after speaking to Russ and Jonathan, they went above and beyond what I expected to help us fix the issue. There’s a lot going on with Covid and being busy and demand, I’m so appreciative of the hard work that they did to make everything right!

Very Unhappy with our experience with Gorilla Rides. We purchased our golf cart back in January Brand New, street legal the battery indicator switch was broke when the golf cart was delivered. Should have known then it was not going to be a good experience. We have been waiting since Janaury to receive the part. Still to this day no follow-up! We called recently to ask for help in having tags put on the street legal golf cart and the staff as always are extrememly rude!! No one ever wants to help you, it is like you are bothering them.. Our close friends recently purchased a Golf Cart from the Cart Guys on 192 in melbourne and received spectacular service. Their golf cart was delivered with a tag! WOW now that is service....and they are nice. I do not recommend Gorilla rides.

They were ready for my appointment and very focused on getting the order correct. Prices were reasonable with lifetime transferable warranty. While I give them a 4star (I know I dont get the free car wash unless I give 5) here are some reasons why and suggestions. You have a car wash, wash the car to give the wow experience. Customers are looking at the window and all they see is smear and dirt. Secondly have a better waiting area as customers can be waiting for 3 hours. More chairs, easier view of the TV, even a vending machine (more money for you). The tint job itself is pretty good only 2 areas where the tint was cut short and daylight is poking thru. Wish they informed me how far down the windshield strip would extend as I may peel it off. Over all a great experience and I will definitely go back!

We rented a golf cart for this weekend through Gorilla Rides and had a great experience. We discovered a bit of a miscommunication when I called to confirm our reservation early in the week. Their records showed they were to drop off at our campground on Friday while we thought we had asked for Thursday. They said they would do their best to get it to us on Thursday and ended up delivering it early that day for us! The cart was in good condition and all charged up for us. Our only issue was that the cart didnt have headlights so we couldnt use it around the campground at night. Next time well be sure to request one with headlights.

I previously gave this place 5 starts... boy was that premature. They have a good product but their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I bought my golf cart 5 MONTHS AGO with a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) package. It took me until last week and dozens of calls, emails, threats, etc. to get this organization to complete the LSV package. I added the emails up.. I sent over 40 emails and Im not sure how many calls over 5+ months. Again, strong product but the process, the people, the service....all really bad. If you do buy from them, deal with Jonathan, the Service Manager. He is the only guy that you will get things done. Andrew, Russ and their Corporate office will provide excuse after excuse why they have not made good on their promises after you pay them. They provide a warranty... my god I hope nothing happens to my golf cart in that time because it will take nothing short of a lawyer to get them to honor that warranty. Gorilla Rides, if you would care as much for your paying customers as you do for your Google reviews, you probably wouldnt receive bad reviews like this and please, do not reply back to this review with another excuse. Ive already been given too many by you.

They may be able to tint windows, But If you want customer service somewhere btwn the DMV & the Post Office, this is the place. 13,500$ on a golf cart and they couldn’t care less about customer service. And the reviews about Mike being great, are comical. Hell tell you what ya wanna hear, but don’t hold your breath. He’s a snake oil salesman. Buy a custom golf cart somewhere else.

My family and I recently bought an i60L from this Gorilla Rides location. We dealt with Mike who happens to be the manager at this location. From start to finish, our experience was phenomenal. Mike was extremely easy-going, affable, answered all of our questions and was also very respectful. We went to see what they had to offer on a whim after spotting the 6-seater outside. We spent about an hour initially, and had to leave to care of a few things at home. Mike wrote everything down for us - the price, the options - basically everything prior to us leaving in case we wanted to shop around! The customer service experience was wonderful. We checked out a few more dealerships in the area and ultimately decided to go with Gorilla Rides. We look forward to being long-term clients at this location, and are excited to take delivery of our brand new golf cart!

We dealt with Mike at Gorilla golf carts in Melbourne Fl and he listened to what we wanted. They did not have the cart we were looking for at the time but in 2 days we got a call back from Mike to come to look at a cart they just got in. It was what we wanted. They have a large selection and will do everything to accommodate you to get your dream cart. I would recommend them. Great service and they delivered it.

Went to Gorilla Golf Cart & was impressed with the quality & professional sales staff. Met with Mike/Sales Mgr & Mikey/Sales. They were both very knowledge. Also very kind & friendly. We came in as they were closing & they took the time to show us all the models & give pricing. Will definitely go back when it’s time to make a purchase.

After a rocky beginning (really, really poor dealings with manager, Joe) our experience ended on a high note. We were contacted by manager Mike and our experience from there was extraordinary. Mike went above and beyond! Our cart was picked up on time, all service was performed with an eye for detail, and our new speakers were installed to perfection. Despite being returned in between rain squalls our cart looked FANTASTIC. The speakers work great. We couldnt be more pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Gorilla Rides for all of your golf cart needs. We arrived on a Saturday and spoke with Mike and a new employee. They were great and directed us to a golf cart that was what we were looking for. Unfortunately he said he would swap out the batteries to the cart because the ones in it were at the end of their life. He said he would put in batteries that were 1 year old and we would be good for a couple of years. On the day of delivery he called and said the batteries he was going to swap were not what he thought and were older than the ones in the cart already, sorry but I can offer you our batteries at cost (200.00 each and we need 4 of them). He said there nothing he can do because he was just doing us a favor by changing the batteries. We were very disappointed in this because we thought we were getting the other batteries and now feel slighted in the sale. You shouldnt say things during a sale you cant fulfill. So if they offer you anything that is not already on the golf cart be sure to get it in writing. Also I am still waiting on a horn to be replaced weeks later.

They did a wonderful tint job on my 2015 BMW 650I convertible and 08 Toyota corolla. The work was worlds away from other tint shops i have been to in the area. I also enjoyed the nice selection of fully custom golf carts as i am looking to buy one soon. The place was nice and clean too! I will be a repeat customer.

I went down today 8/29/20 to get my car a Kia Soul looked at for getting my windows tinted. I only got the front door windows tinted because the rest have privacy glass and looks dark enough. I was not pressured to get all of my windows done and pricing was very good. My car was taken in shortly after and was done in under an hour. Very informative on the different tints available. I will recommend to my friends this wonderful place. Thank you Mike Lee Vicente for checking up on me occasionally as I sat outside because of the amazing breeze out there today. Gorilla Rides is a WIN WIN experience! After looking for a golf cart for 6 months we just couldn’t commit with all the different brands, performances, upgrades and prices. My husband and I casually visited Gorilla Rides and were hooked on the 2020 ICON. It hit all the marks and then some!! The customer service worked together to educate you happily without pressure of any kind. The ICON seriously sells itself. AMAZING! The workmanship that goes into these golf carts is top notch. It has all the upgrades but without the ridiculous over the top price! Independent wheel suspension rides smooth like a car. Highly advise Gorilla Rides if your thinking of shopping for a golf cart!

This company has really cute electric bikes for sale by a company called Bintelli. The bikes only cost $1600. Thats a good deal. Buutt....the parts are cheap. Even the brake handle is of the cheapest plastic. I could tell that would be an issue soon when I was testing it out. I read about the Hub motor model that is being used inside the back wheel; and it is graded as being acceptable but not the best quality. It is also graded as not being recommended for heavy weight. Gorilla Rides has it being posted that it is good for any size/weight. The manager and sales rep were both nice and let me ride one, which was fun; but the sales rep got aggressive when i was inspecting it. Which, you should inspect anything before purchasing it. When I was getting the details off the hub motor to research it, he kept asking what am I doing and said that all the info/details comes with the bike once I purchase it. He also told me that if there was an issue with anything or the parts, that i would be taken care of. The Bintelli company contradicts what the rep said and the Bintelli standards as well. Bintelli said on the BBB website recently in regards to a complaint, that once purchased, if any damages are found, there is no refund and it will not be warrantied by them. Then they contradicted that by saying parts are warranted. The manager at Gorilla Rides did tell me that there is no refund after I questioned him multiple times about repairs and such, but that it is warranted. Yet, the sales rep could not tell me exactly what was warranted on the bike and how it would go about being fixed or what expenses i would incur. So.... I will have to go with a Biria or Pedego bike, which both are sold by bicycle shops. The Biria bike has German made parts, which has better quality than the Bintelli bike. The Bintelli bike has Chinese made parts. The specifications that Bintelli gives are different than the true test from a company not associated with Bintelli.

They have top notch customer service. Each staff member I was in contact with was so helpful. I was shocked at the great prices for such a high quality job done. I will continue to support and recommend this company. Thank you!

Had my Chevy Malibu tinted here and could not be more pleased! Had all my windows done, including the front windshield for UV protection. Absolutely amazing customer service. I went in to get my windows tinted and the guys noticed I had a chip in the top of my windshield. They advise me to get it fixed and then they could tint my windshield. They said the heat may cause the crack to get worse. It was a great catch and they were timely with the call. I had them tint my other windows and could not be happier. They did an amazing job, and I can’t wait to go back and get my windshield tinted. If your looking for a top notch place with good prices, well this is the place to go.

Highly recommended.They installed their best ceramic film on my 2019 Honda EX-L a week ago. I went with 30% legal on all the windows + 50% on the sunroof and no film on the windshield. I really like how it takes care of the heat, but doesnt make the car too dark. I always leave the sunroof shade cover open & no heat from the sunroof. Their installation & customer service was excellent.Highly recommend 👍👍

My wife and I are retired and just moved permanently to Viera, FL. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! At this moment, I wish I could give them a 0. We took my new 2020 car there for a full detail, inside and out, and my grandson could done a better job. The inside was not vacuumed, the radio screen was a blurry mess, the chrome details on inside were all (every single one) smudged. To top it off, I had damage to my car that I know was not there before I dropped it off. They said it must have been some rocks that kicked up off the road, but with the door open, damage was on the inside of the door panel. No damage on the door, just the outside and inside of the rocker panel. The door had to be open when this happened. I will not go back. I will not recommend to others. Now I have to pay to have part of my brand new car repainted.

Above and beyond customer service! Was in a bind on a Saturday late afternoon. My golf cart at my vacation rental property blew a tire. Mike V. arranged for the cart to be picked up the next morning...A SUNDAY!!!, and put used tires on the cart so that my vacation home guests would not be without a golf cart while the new tires were being ordered. He dropped the golf cart back at the property the very same SUNDAY afternoon!!!! My guests were so impressed and so was I! He made me look like a Rock Star in the eyes of my rental property guests! He was a Rock Star and from now on I will ALWAYS go to Mike V at Gorilla Rides when my three golf carts need service and will purchase only from him when I am in need of a new cart. I recently purchased a new truck and was driving around like a goldfish swimming in a bowl. It was bright out. I rarely could find my sunglasses. It was always stupid hot inside. There was a need for TINT! I shopped around, hard. I talked to numerous places, tried to short cut it through the flea market dealers, small shops, etc. One day while grabbing a cold drink from the gas station next door I see this Gorilla Rides joint on the other side of the fence and sign that says, Window Tint. Im literally standing in the sun, trying to cool off, drinking a cold drink I had to spend more money on which wasnt healthy for me at all and I was stressed. I decided to stop by Gorilla Rides (Cool Golf Carts by the way), and asked about the window tint. Im sorry, I cant recall the persons name but they inquired on what I was looking for. There were multiple options from the good ol lower end film and this new ceramic stuff. I was quoted out on the numerous options and went with the standard tint but what a FANTASTIC JOB!!! Clean, affordable, no longer a fishbowl! Great work. Great customer service. Did I say AFFORDABLE?!?!?! Im really appreciative for the quality. Top-notch stuff here. Anyways, Im sorry for the long review but I leave few and it needed to be detailed! Thank you Gorilla Rides!!

I got two of my cars washed and detailed by one of their personnel, Dominick. Both cars were supposed to be completed in the same day, but Florida thunderstorms occurred half way through the second vehicle. With the thunderstorm taking too long, he had to call it quits. Dominick promptly came back first thing the next day and finished my wifes vehicle.He was very accommodating and did an amazing job with cleaning up our vehicles. I cant talk about their full staff, but I absolutely know he does a great job!

Family owned and operated, with services from mobile detailing, tint, car sales, and custom electric/gas golf carts...is really a one stop shop for your vehicle needs. Actually for boats and RV’s too! They seem to have it all covered. The store is in a convenient location in Melbourne right of 95. They even offer a maintenance program to service your golf cart, not to mention an in house warranty program. Very cool shop with lots to look at an explore for your customizing needs. From audio to lift kits. Boats to cars, they seem to do it all. Definitely with checking out their inventory one day!

Went to the mall location. Stay away from this place!! Bad business! Unprofessional!! I was told to bring in my old batteries and get new Trojans same day. Drove 30mins home loaded the old batteries in truck. Drive back to the mall batteries in hand. Show up get charged for the new batteries. Then i was informed there are no batteries here.( They waited till after I was charged to fill me in on that little bit of info.) They are in Melbourne. You can come back and pick them up in a few days. *Edit* after talking to a regional manager they did the right thing and got us batteries asap. Stand up business practice. In the end I was very happy and satisfied with their service. Will be doing business with them in the future.

DO NOT take your vehicle here!!! The young guy at the front doesn’t know what he’s talking about (deflected complaints from other customers twice while I was within earshot—told them he doesn’t know anything about anything and to talk to “Joe” b/c the issues aren’t his fault) and they take way longer than he tells people. Got two more opinions on the tint job from separate individuals who know about tint, professionally, and confirmed the tint was not the actual percentage I paid for. (even held a sheet of tint I was expecting to get next to what is installed on my windows...) Dishonest, unprofessional—not all employees, but definitely the guy up front. Take your business elsewhere—Of note: they give free full detail flyers to customers who give them 5 star reviews...and if you’d like to see the unprofessional part I’m referring to, sort through the “owner comments” under the NOT 5 star reviews..

We had a great experience at Gorilla Rides when we purchased our ICON Golf Cart!! Austin (and Chris) were very accommodating, Austin worked with us until we had the best cart configuration for our needs. We found the ICON carts to be far superior to the average cart, with 4 wheel disc brakes and coil over shocks on a very stylish body! Love the on-board charger, just take your cord along and plug in anywhere! The value and price were, in our opinion, the best value for the dollar!Thanks again, we highly recommend you stop by and talk with these folks before purchasing a golf cart anywhere else!!!Went back to Gorilla Rides again, this time for window tint on our car.LLumar is an excellent product, and we found a very good price and excellent service. Had my mustang window tinted for the first time. Highly would NOT recommend these guys! They may have been good when they first started, but the TWO times I went to have it tinted, they seemed to care more about selling cars then any of they’re other services! If ya wanna sell cars, fine but stick to just that. It is clearly affecting your other services by not putting as much time into them. As I said two times because I took it to them and the tint started coming off a couple of windows so they had to redo it. Tint stays on now but it still has bubbles in it more then a week later. Found shards of tint all over the interior of my car too, if your going to do a professional job then at least have the decency to clean up after!!! Long story short I would go somewhere else to get my car window tinted!

Poor service done on my truck, window tint looks perfect but they were not careful to protect the door handles and linings. I returned my 2020 truck home with the interior damaged on both sides! Door handles with damaged finish and scratched door lining. I went for the first time by appointment and I will never take any of my cars back in that place!

Had a great experience here! Got my car washed and detailed for the lowest prices Ive ever seen! The employees were all super kind and ask questions and were honestly curious about me, would and have recommended this to both friends and family!

Not sure about their other services but I would not get a vehicle detailed there again. Attention to detail severely lacking. White residue on plastic trim and wiper arms. Areas not even cleaned. Interior seats not treated evenly, spots where sprayed and not spread evenly. Trim had spots. Not a professional job by any means, especially for the price.

Mike helped us get our vehicle looking new again. We couldnt be happier with the detailing services! We will never take our vehicles any where else again!

This business is horrible. I was told by an employee that the batteries I was looking for were physically in stock at the vero beach location. So I drove 30 minutes with my old batteries because i was told i could pick them up same day. Only after i arrived and swiped my card for over $1000 was i told by an employee that the batteries were in fact not in the store, that he thinks they could be delivered to the store on Monday & had no idea why/how I needed to give my old batteries. He called his manager Brandon twice & still didnt know what he was talking about. I asked for this managers phone number & was told that I couldnt have that because his manager does work on his cell phone. When I asked if there was an office number i could reach him at, I was told he bounces in and out of the store and has no real schedule. I will tell everyone I know NEVER to use gorilla rides and/or iFixit for anything. This is how people get scammed & I sure hope someone from gorilla rides reaches out to make this right.****UPDATE: Brandon & Tim of gorilla golf carts definitely do right by their customers. They made every effort to make a bad situation better. They delivered and installed my batteries at no extra charge as well as giving me a discount for the inconvenience. I will be happy to recommend gorilla golf carts or iFixit to my family & friends.
