Cleaner arrived in a timely manner and went to work. This was the first visit. The house was assessed, then she began. It was clear she knew what and how to provide the cleaning service. She was organized, attentive to the task and deliberate. At completion, the floors and surfaces shined without residue. Grime and scum were gone. Welcoming the next cleaning.

I looked forward to coming home today, knowing that Michele had been here. When I opened the door, I saw shiny wood floors and gleaming counters. She had done a really great job! In the past, I have had the house power washed and play dough scraped off the carpet. I very much appreciated these extra services. What I like best about this business is how it is managed. I have used several cleaning services through the years, and this one is the best! He explained what he was doing and what I can expect. I asked Kris how often am I supposed to get this done he explained yearly and why also told me about the other services they offer. There is no greater feeling than coming home to a spotless house, especially after a rough day. My father lost his battle with COVID-19 the previous day and this cleaning could not have come at a better time. In fact, it felt like a blessing when I came home to a fresh-smelling home, stripes in my carpet, and my bathrooms shining. My master bathroom was absolutely disgusting due to my lack of motivation and laziness, especially around these unusual times of COVID. Tonya and Cindi scrubbed my shower, removing all of the terrible water stains soap scum that had been accumulating over the weeks. My toilet had looked like something out of an abandoned house in a horror movie. The weight lifted from my shoulders seeing my house clean and refreshed was amazing and I could not be more thankful for the services that were provided. We hired this company based on their review. Sean came out to give us an estimate. He ensured us how we well his employees trained, how they clean under beds and move small furniture, they wash everything down. He went around our home and swiped his finger on cabinets and light fixtures and counter top and appliances and showed me to see how much dust we have or how dirty things are. He said my house is not bad at all, I just need help from them to get it going. He said my house is nice and clean and organized etc...We know our house gets dusty and we know why we hired a cleaning crew. He gave us his folder with all the details how great they are and the Deep Clean Reference List checklist with what we can expect from this company when they come to our home. We were so happy to see that list, thinking if they do all that for us we will be ahead of the game. Dont get fulled. Our happiness lasted until we returned to our home and find out what a lousy job they left us with. We were totally disappointed. Fingerprints everywhere, none of the window sills were touched, none of the small furniture were moved, no vacuuming under the beds, light fixtures were not touched, carpet was not edged, floor was washed here and there, they did not even moved the keyboard or the pencil holders on the office desks, top of the microwave is still sticky...etc. We sent an email back to Sean and attached pictures for him to see what was missed and asked for correction. No apologies were offered or sorry we goofed, just we can come back at this day and this time. He complained to us that our laundry room is dirty and dusty and they can give me a tip to change my filter in my vacuum system because they vacuumed all the dry wall dust. Well it was made clear to them NOT to clean anything in the laundry room as it is under construction, paintings and cabinets are getting done. We agreed for them to come back at the time they given us to correct what they missed. Then we came back home and find that the lamps are still dusty, the fans are still dusty, the corners are still dirty, they pushed the vacuum under 1 bed and pushed everything out on the other and left it there, so basically did not go to the other side either...When we sent our second email back asking to explain how his services are and how his company offers these services but not getting it done, just so we understand why his words are bigger that the actions. He just sent an email back to go and find someone else! We attached pictures for all to see what we are talking about here.Very poor quality of work what this company served us with, he at least should have come with his employees to show them the house around - this is what we talked about when it comes to cleaning. Disappointing.

Sean came to the house and showed us how dirty the house was and boasted how his cleaners would do a great job. Cleaning day came and the items on his list that he said would be addressed where not . We called Sean he offered no apology just said that kids were in the room and construction was going on. He would send someone out to clean again. Again the things where not clean. We spoke to him again he offered no apology just stated he cannot make us happy and we should find another company. Great customer sevice.

We had been very happy with MTO Cleaners in 2013 and so they were our obvious first choice when we required carpet cleaning and routine house cleaning in anticipation of our second child. We had no problem getting on the schedule for either and Sean assured me over the phone that their carpet cleaning team would have no issue moving light furniture – I specifically asked about the crib since it was sitting on top of some stains we wanted removed.Our carpet cleaning was scheduled for 8/13, and I was home to let the cleaners in. When my wife arrived home that afternoon, she noticed that light furniture had not been moved. There were visible brush marks around the legs of our piano bench, for example, showing that it had been cleaned around rather than moved. The crib had not been moved and the spots under it remained.During the cleaning, when I turned on a security camera in response to a loud noise, I observed the technician in our tiled kitchen, not near any carpet, pick up a wallet on our counter, open and flip through it, and then return it to the counter. I took screenshots of the technician with the wallet in his hands and the location of the wallet. After the technician left and I confirmed nothing in the house was missing, I gave Sean a call and let him know what had happened. Sean requested a follow up email with the photos attached, which was provided on 8/13. Sean followed up the next day, 8/14, via email, with a request for video of the incident and said that “the situation is getting handled immediately.”We heard nothing further from MTO or from Sean until I followed up via email on 8/17 asking what had been done and what we could do to get resolution on this issue. Sean responded on 8/18 with an offer to put us on their carpet cleaning schedule for 8/28 to hit the missed areas, and stated that the technician was no longer employed with MTO. At no point over phone or email did Sean offer an apology, reimbursement, or reassurance that our home and possessions were safe in their hands.We have since discontinued our business with MTO and would not recommend that others in the area use them.

Had Vibrant Cleaning Services clean our home before we moved back to Ohio. When I started to move in and put things away in the kitchen I noticed a sticky film on the cabinet doors?? I applied a little Goo Gone and it seemed to remove it easily, so I asked myself why did the cleaners not remove this?? So I called the company and spoke to the owner and explained my disappointment with this. I also mentioned that we like to use a cleaning company once a month. I explained a little goo gone took the old greasy film off. He said he wanted to speak to his wife who helped with the job. When he called me back he explained that they do not use products like Goo Gone as it removes the finish on the cabinets(NOT). He also said that my wife was informed about the film not coming off the doors of the cabinets(NOT). If he said it once he said it twice that goo gone takes the finish off and they would than have to pay to have the doors re-stained and finished....After paying $250 plus dollars for their service I am NOT 100% Satisfied as there web page says 100% Satisfaction GUARANTEED I feel I was given a BIG Excuse for them not coming back and making it RIGHT, OR maybe he should of heard me when I said we USE A CLEANING COMPANY ONCE A MONTH!!! I can say it will NOT be using Vibrant Cleaning....nor will my family or friends...I guess they have enough customers,

Cant say enough about this cleaning service. I had them do my windows and carpeting. Did an excellent and very professional job. So nice to not have my carpets wet for days which has been the case in the past with other carpet cleaners. I was a little skeptical of MTOs claim that the carpets would be dry in about 2 hours but it was true. Very happy with this company and would definitely use them again.
