They did a fantastic job, came out right after we called them and worked with our insurance carrier to get all the work paid for. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I cant say enough about Lori and her team. No one plans for a disaster or having to deal with mold. While there are many contractors out there that claim they can restore your space cheaper. When it comes to restoration and mold removal, I am 1000% ok paying a little more for a well-known brand of professionals to handle the job. Not only is the staff professional, their team is always ready to respond at all hours 24/7, as disasters never come at convenient times. Servpro Medina has helped me out several and they recognize do to the nature of my business, I need to minimize down time and Servpro always aims to accommodate my needs. We have used them quite a few time for our large pipe breaks that we have had over the last 15 years. Every time we have called they have had a team hear in no time and got cleaned up without any delays. The last flood took almost a week to finalize as far as total dryout but no smells after copletion. They do a greta job and would recomend them everytime.

We had a house fire on 7/2/19. The fire damage was to the kitchen with smoke damage to the entire house. We contacted Servpro through my renters insurance by 7/3/19, we were told that a crew was scheduled to come out on 7/4/19 (we verified this due to the holiday and were told it wasn’t an issue). My significant other waited at the house for hours and no one ever showed up. The house did not have electric and it was 90 degrees. When we called to find out what happened we were told that no one ever called and scheduled anything and it was my claims adjuster that didn’t do his end of authorizing things...(not true) not to mention the person I spoke to was rude. I spoke with my claims adjuster the morning of 7/5/19 and he had scheduled the service and had notes from doing so. He had to conference call Servpro to make sure we all were on the same page and finally got them to send a crew out the morning of 7/6/19. They were scheduled at 0900. The crew showed up at 9:15 and worked until 1600. They said they would be back at 0900 on 7/7/19, again showed up around 9:15. Started to work at about 9:30 and then had to leave for an emergency job only 45 minutes after arriving. Not to mention had my boyfriend not been there the crew (one guy and two older women) would not have been able to carry the furniture from the basement. He had to help ( I am in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy so I couldn’t help with that). They charge more money on the weekends. So they left and said they would be back on 7/8/19. My boyfriend has now missed work ( x2 12 hour shifts) so he could be there to go through the contents and assist the crew with any issues. They said 0900 for 7/8/19 and I had to call the office around 0945 to see if they were coming. They forgot to let us know they had to dump some stuff from the truck so they would be late. They finally show up after 1000. We have packed up all the clothes and contents we didn’t need them to clean or do anything with so it wasn’t so much for them to do. Again they show up with now only 2 crew members the male and the older female. So my boyfriend once again has to carry out furniture with them. I understand it is our stuff but this is the whole purpose of hiring a company to clean or claim and dispose of items. We finally get everything claimed and they finish up around 1600.I will say that the crew themselves were very polite and tried their best. They are understaffed and the customer suffers due to this. If they are unable to provide adequate staffing for a job so that it is completed in a timely and professional manner then they should not take the job. Having a house fire while almost 30 weeks pregnant with an 18 month old at home is already stressful enough...I shouldn’t have more stress from the company that is supposed to make it easier on us. I contacted the office to give them my email on 7/12/19 so I could get a copy of the pictures and so they had my contact info. I was contact today (7/24/19) and informed that they still needed my email so documents could be signed to process my insurance info/send documents to insurance. I thought everything was processed and moving forward and it was not. It has been one headache after another with this company and I will not recommend or use them ever again. The lack of communication at the office level is ridiculous! Their only highlight is the two crew members who were polite and did the best they could while they were there working.

Bill and I have used ServPro on two occasions. We received excellent immediate service by courteous professionals who went out of their way to care for the items in our home. We would recommend ServPro of Medina without hesitation.

Tried to waste my time. Only after I gave them all my information and scheduled them for an estimate. They inform me there is a fee for a free estimate. ($125) if I use them, it will go towards the cost of service. If not it is non refundable. Thanks anyways. Dont waste your time calling them.

My sink faucet broke and I had water everywhere. Servpro of Medina County came in and dried my kitchen and family room out. They were efficient and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very great company

Came out to my house, didnt give an estimate, then sent a bill for 12K. Insurance company had to try to negotiate pricing down because they ripped the walls and flooring. Left us with much more work that needed done then should have been left. Company is shady!
