Jonesys was recommended by everyone I talked to in order to get my wedding dress cleaned and boxed but I had an AWFUL experience. They ended up holding my dress for 3 months when they told me it would take no more than 3 weeks. They never called me when it should have been ready, so after a month went by I called them. They had misplaced it and had no idea where it was. Again, I waited to hear from them with an update and received nothing. The women I talked to was extremely rude every time I talked to her and had no explanation other than they are short on staff. The price I paid was not worth the quality or service I received. I would have been more understanding if they would have showed more compassion toward something so important to me or worked with me on a slightly lower price for all the inconveniences I experienced. I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere for your wedding dress and all dry cleaning needs.

A dress for a wedding ended up with the sleeves too short. Alterations were expensive which would have been fine but I am unable to wear the dress. Owner was unapologetic. I would have taken a gift card or a partial refund.

Outstanding service across the board. I had a funeral for a family member who passed on a Friday. Saturday, I dropped off my uniform to have it dry cleaned and updated (service stripes sown). The owner said she would personally drop my blues off at her tailor Monday morning, and have her tailor complete the work THAT DAY. By Monday afternoon (1600-ish), I got a call that they were ready for pick up. Perfect execution, top notch customer service, and excellent follow through (they kept me updated throughout the entire process). This definitely won’t be the last time I use them. HIGHLY recommend you do the same.

After many, many years of our young children grabbing and pulling at our drapes with muddy/chocolate hands, I finally took the drapes over to Jonesys for a well deserved deep dry cleaning. The very patient ladies over at the South Court Medina location, really did a beautiful job on these drapes. You can tell they spend some time on these. I just wish I took a before photo. I did not think anyone could repair the shredded sleeve to make it look like it never happened. I was prepared to settle for a repair that was just okay. I brought in a dress for an alteration and a shirt that needed repair. As always, Cindy and Delmar are so friendly when I dropped them off. My clothes were ready the same day, and done beautifully! I dont leave reviews for businesses unless they really do outstanding work, and this team is truly excellent. I left them with a vintage lambswool and fur coat that needed a few repairs after five or so decades, and it now looks brand new. We also dropped off a leather jacket that needed some clasps repaired, and its softer now than when we originally purchased it. Every Dry cleaners can clean your clothes, and Jonesy’s does a great job at that. I travel often and it’s great to pull out a “boxed” shirt that can be worn right out of the suitcase.This is not the best thing about Jonesy’s. I have a Patagonia jacket (puffy warm) very lightweight and expensive. I somehow tore the sleeve on this jacket and realized it was garbage.My wife took it to Jonesy’s Classic Cleaner, and it was fixed. Not just seen up but you can barely tell it was torn. I will never give up on a garment again, because now I know, Jonesy’s can fix it! I’m still in shock!!!Morris

I had several area rugs cleaned at Jonesys and they came out beautiful and the service was very reasonable. I would recommend them for your area rugs. I have used this cleaners for years. They are always polite, professional and do a great job with our clothes.

JONESYS at 1033 South Court. On December 31, I brought them six pairs of pants that needed to be shortened. Time was of the essence since I might need them as soon as next week. They were ready and pressed by 7 am this morning. The price was very reasonable, especially for such expedited work. They do dry cleaning, shoe repair, carpet cleaning and more. They are now my go-to dry cleaner and tailor.

I had an awesome experience with Jonesys Cleaners in Medina today! My regular spot said they couldnt get my shirts done before 5p. So I started calling around, Jonesys was happy to help, wonderful staff and owner. 4 Shirts done by 1p and my husband and I are both happy!

The last three attempts to use Joneseys ended in poor experience, poor service, and in one case literally no service.Every time I try and give them my business they find a new low.Twice we’ve taken my suite there and wound up not being done in time. The second time we specifically asked because it was a very important event we were preparing for and after the first I wanted to be sure... Didn’t have it done on time, would NOT refund any money.Last time, the suite, we paid $15 to have pressed literally could have been better pressed by a blind person. Double press lines down the front of the legs an inch apart. No press at all on the jacket and wrinkled every where. When I checked it out I took it back and asked them to rush press it and they assured they will have it perfect. When I came to pick it up they said everything should be good now and literally every single wrinkle was still there... and they had the nerve to say “don’t worry no charge” as I walked out but still had no problem taking the original $15 without a refund since they literally didn’t perform a service.I’ll never use them again, three strikes you’re out

My sister is from out of state and had her wedding here last weekend. I called and asked if they could press her dress overnight and they assured me they could. The dress was dropped off at 3 PM on a Friday and was ready to go at 11 AM the next morning. Service was wonderful. Thanks very much!

I’ve taken my slacks and dress shirts to Jonesy’s multiple times and they’ve done a great job each time. I’ve also used some of their alteration services for my jeans as some where getting too big and they did a great job on alternating my pants as well. I would recommend Jonesy’s to anyone who needs dry cleaning or clothes alteration services.

We’ve been customers for years, 15+ years. They offer a good day-in day-out service. However there times when the service is tremendous/incredible/damn good.Like today, a Saturday, we’re returning from a trip very late tonight. Clothing we need for Monday travel won’t be able to be picked up by close of business. A quick call to Jonesys and they delivered to our home!We have a choice in cleaners and we continue to choose Jonesys!

Jonesys did an awesome job on my daughters skirt. We needed it done in a very short amount of time and was done perfect. I am very impressed.

As an attorney I have to be properly dressed. I have been taking my dry cleaning to Jonesys for over a year now and will tell you that I have not had any problems with missed creases and wrinkled shirts (unlike other dry cleaners). I have also used their seamstress to alter slacks and jackets and have always come away happy!

I chose this company based on the reviews. I regret that decision. In all of the years I have been taking my clothes in to be dry cleaned, I have never spent as much as Jonesys charged for my clothes. I typically take a months worth of cleaning in at a time, and spend about $100 - $130. My total at Jonesys was $190. That was the beginning of the shockingly bad experience.Now I have to share exactly why I am so disappointed in my experience. First, when I picked up my clothes, the clerk told me I should start taking some of my clothes out to the car because I had so much to carry. Really??? The sign on the door say curbside service. Once I looked at the clothes at home, 5 of my pressed shirts were clipped together causing the sleeves to wrinkle. Then one of the shirts which has pleating that should lay flat looked like one of those 70s tuxedo shirts. I called to complain, and the next morning, Cindy, the owner called me. My experience with any service-related companies here is ridiculous. I pay more for services and receive the worst customer service. When I expressed this to Cindy, she said that she took exception to this. In the meantime, I have take my shirts back to the cleaners to be fixed, but then I also found two pressed shirts in between two jackets. When I confronted Cindy about this, she told me that was not supposed to happen. I responded by telling her that I should have to explain how clothes should be organized to a dry cleaning business.Best of luck Jonesys, you will never see another dime of my money.

Ive rarely dealt with a local business as unprofessional as this one. They quoted me one price and then charged me 50% more. I think the word here is bait and switch. They told me the work would be done in seven days, and I had to keep calling to find out where it was. Eleven days later they finished. And then the work wasnt what I ordered. There are many dry cleaning businesses that are very professionally run, but you should run as fast as you can from this one.

Brides beware!My seamstress recommended I have my wedding dress spot cleaned and professionally steamed by jonesys so I took my dress there. I dropped it off 2 weeks before my wedding, and called a few days before I was picking it up ( at noon the Friday before my wedding day) to make sure everything was ok and It would be ready. The spots were taken care of no issue there. However I unzipped the dress bag in the store when I picked it up, and my dress was even more wrinkled then when I had dropped it off. I am not joking it looked awful, I almost had a melt down. The man who was working acted like this was not an issue and I was over reacting by thinking it needed to be fixed. We left my dress there and said it needed fixed and we would be back to get it. Then the manager called and said “you have a silk dress, this is the best we could do” basically saying it was my problem. Mind you i paid $120 for it to be steamed and spot cleaned and it looked horrible. The manager made zero apologies, and was no help. They said they would mail me half my mkney back and of course I never received it. I then had to take my dress back to my seamstress the night of my rehearsal and she had to use a professionally iron and iron the entire dress. Apparently silk has to be professionally ironed, I didn’t know this but you would think that a dry cleaner would. So I finally got my dress back at midnight the night of my wedding after my rehearsal dinner. It was extremely stressful and upsetting.. especially the way they handled the situation, they were rude, unapologetic and didn’t not care to try to fix their mistake.Will never give them my business again.

Not sure if anyone uses Jonesys Cleaners but we wont anymore. I dropped my husbands expensive OSU jersey there to be cleaned in a bag with his other shirts. Guess what wasnt returned???? His jersey. We called and every week they said give us another week to find it and the manager even said he had two open cases at this point. After calling each week they finally called us back to tell us that they rarely make mistakes and are not going to replace the jersey and arent willing to do anything for us. So were just basically out $100 stitched team jersey. My husband said his wife (me) would make sure she posted on her medina posts as well as other places about this and the manager said go ahead, no one will believe you because our reputation is too good. Im asking that you please share my experience. We have been dedicated customers for all the years we have lived in Medina. I cannot believe the arrogance of the owner/manager and clearly how little they value their customers.
