When it first opened up was really good and staff would do a pre soak. Now your lucky to get a wave. They usually just stand around and talk to each other.Wish their plans would offer multi family vehicle discounts.

Updating from 3 to 4 stars after another wash and the car looks much better this time. Not a 5 because I think its on the expensive side without having to sign up for a plan.First review:Appreciate the free car wash offer and friendly service, but the front of my hood near the nameplate didnt get cleaned as well as 3 streaks down the hood didnt come clean. Just normal surface dirt. The rest of the car is spotless. Ill try again sometime soon and if its better, Ill move my rating up.

It’s the cold beginning of January, 2021 and our car was covered in salt. We stopped in and were warmly greeted. $10 for the cheapest car wash. I’m not going to complain because it’s too cold for me to wash. I pulled into the auto wash line. All the equipment looks brand new. Everything is sparkling clean. We progressed through the car wash with no equipment touching our car. As we neared the end, some kind of wax or water repellent sprayed over our car and the fans blew 99.9% of the water away. No one toweled us dry, but the car didn’t need it. It literally came out looking brand new. (It’s 5 years old.) There are free vacuums available, but I wasn’t up to it. I was very pleased with their service. They offer unlimited car washes for $25, and I’ll probably go that route next visit.

This Medina location is fantasic and handsdown better than the Strongsville location. The Strongsville location still gets your car clean, but the employees arent as friendly as Medina. Ask for Mike Herman at this Medina location. He shows professionalism and will help you in choosing a monthly plan that best suits you.

Car was cleaned but need to dial back the drying air force. Thought my back window was gonna pop out. Force is a little over board. Had a friend that had her back window blown out and now I see why. Price was fair.

Great value, I love the unlimited wash plan. It is great for keeping your auto clean and sparkling, especially when road salt season is upon us. The employees are pleasent and helpful. The price is actually cheaper than just buying a wash from Minute Mart once a week.

$25 car wash and it didnt remove the salt from the hood or the rear hatch on our Honda Pilot.

Nice customer service but there is still always soap left on my car afterwards. They need to add more pressure to the rinse at the end

I love the new place! I like the monthly plans because you can go every day if you want for one payment. Its not that crazy expensive if you go with the plan. Only thing is you have to pay every month or cancel in person. I also lost my back windshield wiper. I almost certain it came off during the wash. They were so nice and replaced it for me! Definatly will recommend and go back again.

Very friendly staff and a good wash too! I purchase the monthly silver plan and use it about once a week. However, the drying could be improved. I bring a towel and finish drying the car. And currently there are no vacuums, but I’ve been told they will be installed shortly.

This is in a very convenient location. There is a a person who helps you with the different wash options and explains what they are. The entire process took around 7 min. I was impressed with how clean and spot free my car was upon exiting.

They do a great job. I have their monthly pass and well worth the money I spend. I highly recommend you give them a try. Friendly staff!

The car wash itself does get the car cleaner than most other nearby car washes, but since they began operating under Sgt. Clean, they dont offer any towel drying service, which leaves water spots and streaks on the glass and paint. Servicemembers no longer recieve a discount on individual car washes, the discount is only available for wash packages, which makes no sense for me because I usually hand wash my car and only visit a wash to get heavy bugs or salt off my car which may be 3 to 4 times a year.

You get a great carwash here! Prices are in line with other places around town. They also have free vacuums, which is a plus!

HORRIBLE CAR WASH. I have a new 2017 Wrx Sti and it was in pristine condition, i am usually one to wash my own car for the pure joy of cleaning my own car, but having to get my car clean in a hurry i stopped at Sgt. Cleans hearing good reviews about it. At first glance i thought there wash did a great job! That was until i looked closer and saw little scratches on my driver side door, with further investigation i then found more on my back Corner panel of my car right above the wheel. To top it all off i found a chip out of my mirror. I was divested seeing i just bought this car two months ago. I will NEVER go back to this car wash and unless you want scrapes on your car i wouldn’t recommend you using this car wash either.

Have always had a nice experience at this place. However yesterday when I stopped to get a car wash, the same bird poop that was on the upper back quarter panel was still there after the wash. Guy drying the car let it go too.This place has changed....used to be so much nicer.

I was in the area so i stopped by on Thursday afternoon to get a vehicle washed the sign said open but the doors were closed waited for a few minutes no one came out so i left and went up to Buckeye car wash just up the street.. Something telling me they were not really open to the public because of no vehicles waiting in line
