Good car wash, hose exploded on my husband while spraying his truck

Purchased a wash and it didn’t do the rinse at the end just skipped to dry, I had to go over to the self service and pay more to get the soap off my car.

Terrible. Hose leaked. Sprayed all over work clothes. Now need dry clean pants

Worst Car Wash in Medina. No pressure for the wash, hoses constantly leaking. Never again.

I loved this place last year, I went for the first-time this year to the automatic wash, I paid 13 for the ROYAL wash but it said I only got the DELUXE which is not what i chose, so i got ripped 2 dollars and the colored soap or protectant that is suppose to be sprayed on the vehicle didnt work on the whole drive side. Of course the phone number is no longer in service. As much money as we have spent here it may be the last😕

Paid $15 for the top wash and it sprayed, water, then soap and the the air dryers came on and the doors opened. I had to pull out and around to a bay and put in $3 dollars to rinse it off. What a joke.

Poor. Paid fir the best automatic car washAnd came out still dirty. We used clean rags to finish drying and rags were black!

The vacuums cost a dollar in quarters, and last like 3 freaking minutes. What an incredibly stupid thing.

Convenient location. The bays were clean and easy to reach the brush and nozzle. The vacuum works good

This place always takes my money... the automatic car wash has started three times in a row now and twice hasnt even started and yet the door opened and failed to provide a wash at all..

Every single time I go here, one of the machines takes my money and gives me nothing in return. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Today it was the drying towel machine. I am done with this place forever. There are plenty of car washes nearby that actually stock and maintain their machines. Dont waste your money here.

Open at all hours and prices are what you expect for a self-service car wash. Has vacuuming and other options for cleaning your car.

Pressure dropped off to nothing right in the middle (6 minutes left)of my wash while the timer just clicked my money away. This is not the 1st time this location has blew my hard earned cash but it will be the last! Time and Time again their high speed timers, lack of soap and spot free rinse, wax and water pressure drop offs have cost me a potentially good wash! This used to be a great wash location back in the day, but anymore its just a rip off...$20...it took $20 to get the same quality wash that only cost me $9 at a different wash location here in Medina!

Didnt do a very good job of washing the car.

I havent used the manual wash bays just the automatic car wash. Its a laser wash or some call it touchless. It accepts credit/debit cards and cash in increments of 1-5-10s, no 20s. Ive certainly been through better car washes that were less expensive. The cheapest wash is $11 which feels pricey to just spray a bunch of water and soap on my car.

Always go there and my car looks good each time.

Great laser wash. Next to a detail shop. Terrible machines as far as cars readers especially for the brand new laser wash but good sprayers. The foam can be underfilled or clogged maybe sometimes.

Last Saturday got a laser car wash which was fabulous and really cleaned my SUV. However when I got home and checked my account, I was billed twice for the same car wash. Tried calling to leave a message for the owner on Saturday, Monday, Thursday - last two during business owners - no voice mail, no way to leave a message. This is very frustrating and poor customer service. All I want is either a refund or a token for a a second car wash which was billed for.

Not enough water pressure if multiple stalls are running. Works alone.

What a terrible facility. I brought my 40k $ Nismo here today dispensed $5 and after washing and spraying hard water all over the car the Spot free dionized water 💦 would not spray out. So thinking its probably this lane is not working. Already annoyed, i moved my Car to the other lane. I had no cash left so i swiped my credit card just to hope i could get some spot free water so i wouldnt have hard water spots all over my brand new car. The spot free water would also not dispense from the other lane and my Capital one app on my phone displayed the wash charged $10 for nothing. Being extremely annoyed because of my time and money wasted i called the washes phone number and it just kept ringing. Not even a voicemail setup🤦‍♂️. Nothing to tell people the wash is out of order, the owner just expects people to come spend money and be cheated. I will be disputing this charge and will most likely not return 😡

This place is a joke. Every time I come here there is always something wrong. This time no soap or rinse and went right to air dry? Never seen anything like that before. Hate to complain about 13 dollars but when the car doesn’t even get a rinse and still need to wash the car. It’s pretty disappointing.

Manual car wash stations are good but, I spent $14 on the automatic laser wash and it was a waste. Still had residue and water spots after the wash was over.

The best for washing your car

Went through this car was with my 07 Honda Ridgeline. The water pressure ripped the antenna cover right off the top of my car. Estimates of the damage range from $300 to $500. Tried to call MLW, but the number they have listed online is a fax. Went to wash and found a number. Called it, talked to the owner who could not have cared less and more or less told me to go fly a kite. Very disappointed. If you value your car, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
