It washes the car good, but doesnt dry very well at all. It has very strong vacuums.

They were extremely nice to let us set up cake and balloons, so that my 4 year old grandson could celebrate his birthday. He is obsessed with car washes and absolutely loved it! Thank you so much, awesome place!

Although the wash did a good job cleaning my car, soap was left on the paint which in my opinion is not a good thing. For the price better nozzles and / or higher pressure should be used to ensure all remaining soap is removed. Additionally the free vacuums provided little to know suction when I went to use it. The tire shine did an excellent job.

I think this is the best value car wash in my area.

2nd time in. Should have never came back after the first time. Barely cleaned both times. Bug guts still over front of car. Spotty and barely dried. Also the 2nd time through by windows were scratched badly and had to fill out an incident report with management. Tried to take pics of glass but it just shows reflection through camera

This was our first time going we waited in line for an hour and a half to see 4 clowns inside the car wash 😳 luckily my 7 year old enjoyed it but this can be alot better its more clowns and people with masks on walking the parking lot coming up to the cars than it is inside the actual car wash. Hour and half wait to see 4 clowns in a 2 minute car wash never again i know a few streets i can ride down to see for clowns!

Excellent value on the unlimited wash deals. Always a complete and thorough wash. Staff is friendly and helpful... I had lost a small plastic cover off my front clip during a recent wash. I called the location, got an automated system, and left a message. Within a couple hours a very friendly employee called back and explained that she would personally look for the piece in the catch basin, once closed for the day and wash is shut down. Sure enough, she found it and the piece was waiting for me in the office the next time I went through the wash! EXCELLENT service... above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Free vacuums are wonderful! Its very convenient to have before a nice car wash.

Prices are really cheap. You stay in the car and ride through the car wash, so it is easy and convenient. The wash machines do a very thorough job and it is quick. There is never a line to wait in. The vacuums are free and there are several machines with long hoses available too. This is the only car wash I will go to.

This place is affordable and you get a great wash quickly. Check out the annual packages. They have to be purchased in person but the price is awesome and now our vehicles are always shiny.

Haunted Car Wash was amazing!!!! Need to start it earlier in the season and have more hours so others can attend. I will be back next year for it! Definitely worth ever cent I paid for it!

The carwash works really well and they have some of the strongest vacuums in the area. My only take away is that 2 out of 3 times that Im there, there arent any attendants that wipe off the excess water, which isnt a deal breaker but its nice to have.

I paid for a car wash. As I was entering I noticed that the car in front of me as it exited it still had soap on it. My car was the same and STILL DIRTY!!!! It was only minimally dirty to start with. I will never go there again!!!! I literally when to the splash in Montrose... MUCH BETTER!!!

My car came out looking great. This location is just as good as the others, but as a plus this one has free vacuums to use!

I went for the haunted car wash. I would have given it 3 stars but one of the clowns inside the actual wash kept slamming on my windows. I thought my windows were going to break. My front license plate came out of the wash all bent up. Ugh!

First time using the this car warsh, we try all the locals here in NEO. After running through, still had dirty wheels and bugs on a new car, after being warshed 4 days prior. I would not go through here again if my car was covered in bird feces and on fire. This place uses the out dated floppy spinning brushes that do no washing and scratch your paint. They use free vaccumes to bring in customers but we were the only ones in line despite it being a nice day to warsh your car. They need a major update if they want to continue business.

Went to the haunted car wash and it was well worth the money. I’m glad the actors walk around while you’re in line to “scare” you as well. Kids would definitely enjoy it! We were in line and out within 45 minutes and we went at 7 on a Friday. Totally worth it, I wish they did it more than 2 weekends cause we’d go again!!

Fun ride for my toddler every time we go for car wash here.

I took my niece to the haunted car wash. Although we waited one hour and 40 minutes in line, it was worth every minute. We laughed, we screamed. It was just an amazing evening. After waiting that long in line, my nine-year-old niece said “Can we go back and wait in that other long line and do it again?” Not only was it a blast, but every person working there were kind and entertaining. We can’t wait to return. Congratulations on your creativeness in the car looked great too!!!

Went to the this car wash yesterday, checked the rear end where I knew its most dirty and didnt get as cleaned as the rest of the car. Truly dissatisfied. Paid the highest amount for the best car wash to get not fully washed.

We attended the haunted carwash. It was great my kids enjoyed it! It was also great for my autistic son, we stayed in the car and he got to enjoy it because we were in the car.

Went through and the towel dryer broke my rear wiper. So not only did it cost me $16 for the wash, now I have to go buy a wiper for my back window.Will not ever be back!!

If you cant fit everyone into your parking lot, you need to wave them on. You cant block road traffic irrelevent of the reason. Your property ends at the street line, the street is not your parking lot. Wave people on, you cant block traffic. People are driving against traffic creating a dangerous situation.

I just wanted to leave some constructive criticism on the haunted car wash and some thoughts for this event in the future.My friend an I traveled in from out of state to go to this (and visit my parents — but this was the main event). I preordered the ticket and sat In line at 8:30pm. It was a super long line — but we stayed in it. It moved fairly quickly as well. It wasn’t until we reached the end that we realized it had closed. Due to being out of state we can’t use the ticket on a Sunday as we travel back and Saturday was the only night we could attend.I wish it would have been made clear about the length of the line and that there was a possibility that you wouldn’t get in. I think for next year you should do presale tickets only and you sign up for a date and time. That way no one is waiting until the last minute to know if they got in or not. I am now out $20 and a much needed car wash as the ticket is non-refundable and is only for the haunted car wash event.

I’m a fool. I fell for it. It looked cool from the outside, so I figured “why not?”Let me tell you why not.Admittedly, my car was dirty. However when I got out, my car was not dry. I paid extra for the “dry and shine” among a few other things. Let me tell you my car was not dry by any means.The last part that infuriated me, was the back of my car was not clean. At all. Almost untouched. I tried to go into the shop to find someone to see if they could help me however there was nobody to be found. Oh well.Splash is a far better option. You get a better wash and dry for a dollar cheaper.

I am beyond upset with this car wash and this company. They are willing to damage my 40k car to make a couple dollars off a $45 pass. Before using this wash I specifically asked the technician about the car wash even mentioned specifically I am worried about micromaring. He told me that their car wash will not cause micromaring to my paint and their wash is actually safer than laser washes. After 3 washes I noticed long micro scratches all up and down my brand new car. This car wash is so bad it even scratched my emblems 😰The wash attendant lied to me. I called their Medina location and asked to speak to a manager. The tenant said there is no manager available today and that they will have one call me Monday. Monday I spoke to Eli and he even agreed that their car wash should not cause micromaring or scratches and that he will have to have Medina manager call me and possibly take a look at my Nissan 370z. I said that is no problem because the scratches are extremely visible. He told me if the Medina manager does not reach out to me to call him back and let him know and he will get on him about it. 3 days later no call from Medina manager so I called Eli He apologized and said Im so sorry i thought that your issue was already resolved. He said he will call the Medina manager and that he is off tomorrow but he will call me the day after tomorrow. Well still no call from Medina manager. 3 weeks of dealing with this i had to call Eli again. He didnt answer my call so i tried the number again. This time he acted like he could not hear me and stopped answering my calls and would not return my voice mail. I cant believe this company is in buisness. I would give them negative stars if i could!!!!Update 9-6-18: Why respond to my review? I recieved a call monday from your medina manager in which I returned the following day only for your Medina manager to tell me that i probably had those scratches before “on my brand new car” he said your general manager will call within the next two days well he has not called me! Its been over 4 weeks since i first contacted your companys management.

The staff here is always friendly. I’ve never had a problem in the time that I had a wash package here. Sometimes my EZ Pass would interfere with my wash pass and the staff would rush out to help (and would usually upgrade that wash for the inconvenience, which was nice). The only reason I discontinued my wash package was because I would not be near any of their locations anymore. I also didn’t give five stars because there were a few spots that never got clean when I went through. I do understand that the machines can’t get everything though.

Does a very good job of getting the car clean and the subscription packages are efficient and economically priced.

Great value. Always leave with full ultimate wash. So satisfying watching water bead off your windshield after. Tire shine holds up amazing. Also all the workers are ALWAYS friendly and smiling.

It was a very big disappointment as a haunted place. Not worth the price or long hrs wait.

This is BY FAR my favorite car wash I have ever been too! Great service and staff. They are very helpful! Adam goes above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience and even gave me another coupon to come back! I will always recommend my family and friends here! It does an amazing job cleaning all my cars too! Very pleased with this wash and will continue to always go out of my way to come here! They even offer memberships at great prices which you can use the wash as many times you want in a month! I also really love the free vacuums! Much easier then grabbing my shop vacuum and the extension cord at home.

Great car wash, got the car pretty darn clean (it has been a couple of months) and am amazed that the $17 was somehow dress your tires. That is amazing! Overall very impressed, used the free vacs and will be considering a pass in the future.

This is absolutely the best car wash around, Ive tried them all. It cleaned dirt and road mung off the back of my F150 with cap when all other car washes failed miserably. Great wheel cleaning and tire shine too. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful. The vacuums really suck and I mean that in a good way! If there is a better car wash than Rainforest, you probably wont see it until you get to heaven.

Im pretty convinced there is no better drive-through car wash. My father-in-law drives a BMW M5 that he goes out of his way to take to this car wash every time, because he wants the best for his car and thats what they gave him. I love the different price options that they have available for precisely what you want done on your car, and I like that the overseeing employees will do what it takes to make sure your personal trim gets the best attention to its shape thats possible.

This is a really decent tunnel car wash. When completed my car looked good. Workers should secure mirrors and roof antennas. I still prefer touch less car washes because I am concerned about scratches.This one is good, but at $17for everything it is rather expensive. They also spend too much time selling multi-wash packages. I would return.

The fact we have one of these stores in Medina is awesome! They have free vacuums that do a great job on the inside clean up and make it easy for car owners. I have yet to have a bad wash experience and use them exclusively.

Need to start off I’m not want to give bad reviews but felt this was needed. I went through the automatic wash with intentions of getting the salt off my vehicle and a sparkling look but what I left with was areas that didn’t get washed but almost a worse looking vehicle. Again I would’ve been happy with just the salt sprayed off. When approaching them they told me “that some vehicles are hard for the machine to get”. I guess they should’ve notified me that their wash is not a good choice for F150 owners. I will not be returning until they make a putt putt golf facility out of their building (which I would probably give that layout 5 stars. Sorry guys.

Finally got a chance to run through here. It has 4 diff wash choice with a nice and cheap $6 wash. Its not really the fastest wash but it seems thorough.
