I guess this place is no longer Parrish-McIntyre. But don’t worry. These guys are honest and friendly. Quoted me prices for tires and got me in quick. You can tell they are good because they are always busy. I will spread the word to family and friends for sure.

Great experience every time. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful to get the best resolution possible. Was able to get scheduled for oil change service and had two leaks in a tire repaired. Nice amenities (especially wifi) as I waited and helped make the time fly by.

I hit a pot hole with a run flat tire which created a large cut in the tire. I called Van’s and they were very helpful in finding a hard to find tire and were able to get it in stock and installed before noon the next day. Quite impressive!

It was alright but they should have put paper down to protect carpet. They left grease footprint on carpeting under front seat. Now Ive got to try and remive heavy grease footprints on carpeting .

The folks at Vans’s in Medina did a fantastic job. Had alternater issue late Friday night. I dropped car off Saturday, they called me Sunday with diagnosis and had car ready by Monday noon. Great customer service!!!

I recently visited my sister and brother in law in Cleveland. My brother in law set up an appointment at Van’s Auto Service for an oil change, tire balance and tire rotation on my car . I have to say I was amazingly impressed with their service . They did a car analysis and took pictures and sent me the report before they did the service . I was able to see everything. There was an issue with the balancing of the 4 tires. They worked on it until they figured it out.it wasn’t a simple tire balance. They also fixed my trunk hatch that was leaking for free. I was overwhelmed with satisfaction at their friendliness and service . I highly recommend them.

The team at Vans did an excellent job of pricing and performing. They quoted work that was less expensive than the dealer and found parts that were going to take dealer a week to get. Great care & customer service! My brakes were grinding a bit and I described an issue that had been present since buying my car two years ago; the brakes bounced/pulsed when I pressed on them. I called end of day on a Thurs since I was headed out of town the next day and was concerned. The gentleman on the phone said he didnt want me driving in that condition and theyd try to make time. They allowed me to drop my car in the morning. I ended up needing new brakes, my ABS was locked up and my tires were near worn. They were able fix everything before the end of the day. The communication and care they put out is awesome. Thank you guys!

My wife and I were driving from NY to Dayton when we noticed a strange sound coming from our tire. We were thankful to find this garage about a half a mile away from where we were. This place has gone down hill ever since Vans took over Parrish Mcintyre .I know countless people who have left these stores because of Vans . Very unprofessional when it comes to credit cards being pushed down your throat . The older woman that works there Becca or Rebecca never seems to want to help, Face is always stuck in phone, Very pushy and doesnt take No for a answer . I honestly feel like this place does not want to help with what actually needs done to your car there just constantly wanting your money for things that are not needed . BEWARE of this place .. Call around if you want things done the right way . This place is a total Joke .

Tow truck dropped my car off after it slid into a ditch to put the tire back on and have a safety check to make sure there wasnt anymore damage. As always, great service. They are good mechanics and dont try to screw you. There may be cheaper places but when you walk in and they know your name and car history, Im willing to pay a bit more for this type of service.

Now this is what I call good service. I was on a trip out east I just left my home with a trailer and tow when the tire started to come apart. I limped the trailer over to Parrish McIntyre and was looking for a replacement tire. Why we did not have the tire size I needed they were kind enough to search other local dealers not affiliated with them and found me a store that had that tire size in stock why then went and got the tire put on. I was able to make my trip on time thanks to these people great customer service attitude cant beat it thank you very much.
