I had found a 45-year-old boat. The boat had not run in years. I took it to Brad and he was very upfront about his pricing and what he could do. Brad was like your old school mechanic. He actually talked with me and he actually took time with me. Brad made the repairs to my boat engine and on September 9th 2020 I hit the water with it and had an enjoyable time. I am truly convinced that if it moves he can fix it.

This place is a joke. I took my car there to have the timing belt changed. Brad told me the job would take a few days and I was fine with not having a vehicle for a couple days. A couple of days later, I was driving home from work using another vehicle and I saw the vehicle I had dropped off to Brad being driven around Medina. I followed the car to Walgreens and it was his son who borrowed my vehicle while Brad was out of town. Being the nice person I am, I did not decide to press charges, though I could have for unauthorized use of a vehicle. I never thought something like that would happen while dropping my car off to get fixed. It gets better though. I called a couple of days later and told the woman who answers the phone for Brads Auto that I would like to speak to Brad. I told her who I was and left my phone number. Never heard back from him. I called two or three more times just to have the lady take a message and never to hear from Brad. At least take responsibility for your sons actions and call back with something as simple as an apology. I was nice enough not to press charges on your son whole stole my vehicle to take it for a joy ride. Never again will I go to Brads Auto.

I have had a very positive experience with Brads. they are easy to get along with. Work has been done in a timely manner. They also asked questions of me so we made sure we were on the same page from the start. Thanks!

Brad actually took the time to talk to me about what was wrong with my vehicle and what scenarios could happen if left untreated. He actually cares about peoples cars and to me that is a rarity in this time and age.

Took my jet ski here for service (get ready for winter/summer, any other odds and ends the ski AND trailer needed). Constant contact with Michelle and Brad took care of and worked on it as if it was his own.
