Selection! Genuine staff with the ability & willingness to work hard! After literally running around, they found me a car that fit my needs all the way around. They have too many cars, too many customers and too much to do than to haggle and bs. After leaving Serpentine of Chevrolet, where the entire floor staff including my salesman, were playing ping-pong instead of giving me back my paper work so I could go elsewhere, it was a HUGE RELIEF to walk in the doors of Medina Auto Mall & have my questions answered instead of I dont know followed by zero attempt to find an answer. I found my car and I love everything about it! I will always recommend them to everyone I know looking to buy new or used!

Horrible customer service. Lots of emails and people checking up on the salesmen but dont bother replying to them by phone, email or text because you wont get a reply from any of them. I asked for copies or the car fax and list of items to be fixed on the car and was told I would get copies. I did not. Waited over an hour and a half to sign papers when they already had all my info needed before I got there. The salesman was too busy the entire time to even communicate with me. When I got there I waited 20 minutes on my salesman who then once he approached me asked if I had looked at the car. I said no, as I had seen the car only online. He said it was sitting outside the doors running, go look at it and if everything is good well do the paperwork.I was told the car would be ready by the following Monday (9days later) I received no contact back till I called that Friday to talk to a sales manager. He called me back and informed me it wouldnt be done until Tuesday (8 days later than promised). Some things are out of the dealers control but communication would be nice.Do better is all I can say.

Excellent experience. I came in with a bad credit situation (like really bad, specifically on the payment history portion of my credit report due to an ongoing dispute with my last car financing group) and I was able to speak with Justin from Medina Auto Malls financing department before even stepping foot in the building. We exchanged some information and he went right to work. Gave me a call a few hours later to tell me he was able to get me approved for not only the exact type of vehicle I was looking for, but with one of the more major lenders that have some perks aimed more towards helping someone that is rebuilding credit as opposed to finding a way to take advantage and profit off of the situation. I came in for a test drive of the vehicle I was approved for and even looked around the lot to see if anything else caught my eye, but Justin picked the best vehicle right off the bat and now I am driving a newer gently used Jeep Cherokee with low mileage WITH a warranty. The vehicle drives as smooth as a hot knife through butter and is easily the nicest vehicle Ive had to date. We checked any recalls by the VIN, reviewed the carfax report and there was nothing to hide. Everything checked out. Leaving the lot the Jeep was fully serviced with a fresh new set of tires, brakes, rotors, battery, oil, fluids, and all other routine maintenance service to ensure the vehicle was in perfect shape leaving the lot. Best part, this was all included in the up front price of the vehicle. That number remained the same number, INCLUDING taxes so it was really nice to not see 1.5k+ dollars added to everything at paper signing.TL;DR The folks at Medina Auto Mall were great, worked with my bad credit situation, told nothing but the truth, got me a nice vehicle, and gave me my first car buying experience where I not one time felt like I was being ripped off and that they genuinely cared I left the lot happy with my decision to come to Medina Auto Mall. Kudos to your whole staff, Ill gladly come back when its new vehicle time.

This was the worst car buying experience in 35 years. Bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler with 86k miles. Was told by the Salesman that he took it in on trade and it was well taken care of. Manager Jeff decided to wholesale and discounted for us due to supposed EGR valve and oil leak, estimated $1500-$2500 in repairs worst case. We flew into Ohio from Out of State to pick up the vehicle. Was told it would be 30 min as they were “detailing”. An hour later we were told they would bring it to us and we could take a loaner to lunch. Than the Mgr changed his mind and only wanted us to go “pick up the vehicle” at another lot?? We should have stopped there and realized this was a bad deal. The salesman than said Jeff directed him to take us to Akron Auto auction lot to get the Jeep as it was taken their by mistake! 30 min ride to their and found out it was actually at another auction lot I think in Mansfield - 30 more minutes away. Pouring rain, we get to the vehicle and No gas - I pay to fill it and drive back to the dealership to get our paperwork and a plate -We get it home and have our local mechanic shop check the issues we were told about ….. listen to this. Frame damage, extensive rust damage, no floor board, massive oil leaks, holes in exhaust, after market manifold added and even fully bolted on, EGR and cold air sensor with check engine light, driveshaft issue, u-joint failing - Exterior of the Jeep looked good - What Dealer would ever sell a vehicle in this condition? Unbelievable . Local shops said to dump it and the best offer is half what we paid! Buyers Beware of SCAM Dealer

The WORST dealership. Extremely rude. Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and the most uneducated people working there. First time we went, our car salesman was a jerk. Yet we still bought the 80 thousand dollar truck. Came to pick it up the next day, they didn’t even bother cleaning the mud off of it. We have been there multiple times because of THEIR mistakes. Also, months after we traded my husbands truck in, we got a bill for it because they never paid it off! this place is a scam. The past 2 months dealing with this place have been hell.

I purchased the 2015 Mercedes-Benz SUV with 66,000 miles. The sticker when new sold for $80,000. I purchased this vehicle for $26,000. Not only did it have every option Mercedes offered that year, but it was like in new showroom condition. A small issue with the brake calipers and pads were replaced before I took delivery at no extra charge. While I waited for my car to be serviced I was given a brand-new fully loaded car to drive. I spoke to the dealer where my Mercedes-Benz was originally purchased and he told me that the prior owner made sure that the car was kept in perfect condition by their service department and that I bought a Gem. I took the car on the 2600 mile road trip to Texas and back and it performed perfectly. My seats were air-conditioned with a massaging feature built-in. Every time I drifted over a solid line the vehicle pulled me back into my lane. Ive had the car now two months and Im still finding fantastic hidden features daily. When it parked itself on a side street in Texas, no hands, it blew my mind. Medina Auto Mall has made me the happiest driver on the road. Financing and service were superb. I buy a car every two years and this dealership has treated me better than any other dealer in the past. Thank you Medina Auto Mall staff for giving me my dream car. I went there on 8 /21 /21 hoping to finance a new car and trade mine in they advertise the highest buyback guaranteed but when they go to buy my car they only offer me $1000 which I owe 5800 on my car that would leave 4800 to roll back into the new car and I’ll be paying for a car I don’t even know no more the sales rep then told me the credit was down and he couldn’t pull my credit I told him I didn’t wanna do 3000 down and I didn’t want to sell my car for 1000 how ever after I left they pulled my credit which now I have about five hard inquiries on my credit report I didn’t authorize us I told him I didn’t want to do the deal with $1000 by my car or $3000 down however they still pulled my credit I believe I’m going to have to seek a lawyer to have these hard inquiries removed and the damages that was done on my credit report

Koudie assisted me with a difficult decision got a excellent price for my trade in and purchased another Jeep. I never have received such excellent service as long as I have been purchasing cars. I was made aware of this auto dealership through Facebook promotions that were being advertised to me. However, when I tried to get more details through messenger, I was mislead after explaining my situation to the representative. They told me that they will be able to assist with my current interest for a trade-in of a used vehicle and still would be able to use the promotion for vouchers. I scheduled the appointment with the dealership and once I got there no one was aware of that appointment slot however a representative did assist me. I was informed that I did not qualify for the vouchers, because it was only for customers interested in new vehicles. I didn’t want to feel like I wasted my time and gas driving all the way there, so I decide to still make a trade with my vehicle. Pretty much after the trade I left feeling as if I was ripped off not getting the full value of my trade-in and I spent more money than I intended on just to not leave with anything, because I was in need of a bigger vehicle for the expansion of my family. The representative appeared to be new although he was nice and friendly throughout the process the representative behind the scenes making the negotiation deals ( named Sam) did not consider all of the money that I just invested into my paid off great condition vehicle. And the fact that I had way less mileage then the vehicle that was provided to me. I don’t believe that I received top quality service as advertised for the promotion of VIP service but overall I’m just happy that I was able to expand the size of my vehicle for my family, but I don’t believe that I will be going back to this dealership. They definitely lost a great customer that would’ve referred many people.

If you want to do your business at a dealer that only cares about $$$ and cares less about fairness to consumers, this is your dealer. Came in to get alloy wheels replaced while in warranty on my Acadia. Finish was peeling off on three of the four. Would only replace three. Was toward the end of the mileage covering bumper to bumper. Fourth wheel did the same thing except was after warranty expired. The dealer would not stand behind the vehicle and replace the fourth wheel. Would be understandable if it was a new condition but it wasn’t. This dealer is exactly what people joke about when talking about dealers. Be cautious here considering there are many other options form GMC and others.

I bought a truck from here it wasn’t 3weeks haven’t even made a payment on it and it broke down called them they said there’s nothing we are going to do . I asked if I hauled it up there if they could at hook there computer on it to tell me what’s wrong so I can fix it they wouldn’t even do that so I had to take it to another dealership to have them fix it $500!!!! I tell you great people I’m half tempted to hire someone to drive back& forth in front of the store and with huge sign that says MEDIAN AUTO MALL SOLD ME A LEMON BEWARE .

Dealt with Brad on the phone and email since I am in Missouri. They had a vehicle I was interested in. Brad sent photos and information, we negotiated a good price. They shipped the Jeep to me. I have never bought sight unseen or shipped before. But the Jeep was as described and shipping was easy, I got the Jeep in a few days.

We had an appointment to trade in two of our vehicles for a used SUV. We have terrible credit and knew this would be a task. My wife had been in contact with Steve Styers, the sales person. He was a great guy to work with. He was honest through the whole process. He, along with the finance guy whose name I do not remember, worked on our deal hard. They were able to get us a better deal than I thought we would get. Everyone at the business working at the time were very pleasant and had smiles on their faces all the time. Mike Homolak was my sales person. He was AMAZING!!!!! he worked with me every step of the way. the car i purchased was actually one of their loaner cars, he showed me cars that were just like the one i wanted so i was able to see the option while he got my car back. He worked with my schedule and banking to get me my car. He took great care of me. my only disappointment was my car was not detailed when i took delivery the next day(which ended up being 2 hours after they closed due to the paperwork) But once again great service from Mike!!!!

It often feels like a disingenuous and artificial interaction with a person that levels you with sales tactics and ego kept strong from their best beer pong days in college. This is not Alan. Every aspect of my vehicle purchase was enjoyable. He was accommodating to my negotiations and honest, as well as forward and realistic with what was possible. He never tried to sell me anything but instead kept focus on the vehicle that I intended to get from the start of my search. I wasn’t going to buy when I drove onto their lot searching but because of Alan’s integrity and character, I bought and couldn’t be happier.
